It’s was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Pros:

Property was clean and good walking distance to some attractions, like the Brickell Mall.

Cons:

The pool was unfortunately closed but they did offer entrance to the adjacent hotels pool.

Clean and Convenient to Cruise Port
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Restraint on-site was nice, although pricey. Shuttle to cruise port was nice and reasonably priced at 10 perperson.

Comodissima la posizione, dovevamo andare al porto per imbarcarci in crociera e ci siamo arrivati in 15 minuti con 15$ di Uber, fantastico! Tutto pulito, moderno, curato, camera grande, buon bagno. C’era anche la possibilità di fare colazione ma noi l’abbiamo fatta fuori. Tuttavia, abbiamo dato uno sguardo al menu ed era davvero invitante.

quise conocer el centro de Miami y cumplió. pude ir a Brickell y movilizarme bien. Restaurantes y cafes cerca a pocas cuadras. Aunque con un calor insoportable.

Cons:

No dan el servicio de desayuno (estaba en los términos del servicio) ni ninguna comida (esto me enteré ahí mismo) porque pertenece a otro negocio (Bistro). tuve que pedir dos veces que limpien la habitación y me den toallas limpias. No había piscina disponible (me enteré ahí mismo, aunque me ofrecieron ir a la piscina de un hotel a un par de cuadras, no es lo mismo)

Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the check-in and check-out process was so easy and hassle-free. Getting to our room was also straightforward and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again!

Cons:

The pool was under maintenance but didn’t bother us that much as we were only staying the one night. We were told we had to pay deposit on arrival which we were not aware.
