Localização ótima, mas barulhento e sujo.

Localização perfeita.

Cons:

Quarto muito sujo! Os pés e meias ficam imundos se andar descalço no carpete do quarto. Sinalizamos na recepção mas nada mudou.

O barulho também é terrível. Zero isolamento acústico, tanto é que na chegada você ganha abafadores auriculares de ruído e dentro do quarto tem uma máquina de ruído branco.

O staff do hotel não lhe trata com nenhuma simpatia ou preocupação de proporcionar um bem estar.

Comfortable, convenient stay
Pros:

Spacious room with a view over the pool. We did not encounter any significant road noise and the hotel was conveniently located to walk to Bayfront Park, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The hop on / hop off bus also goes from there. If we returned to the area, we would stay again.

Cons:

Grossly inflated prices for Starbucks coffee and pastries ( virtually double a usual cost). I didn't see any prices displayed.

Hotel location is good but don't use Booking.com
Pros:

Good location. The shuttle picked us up right away and they aren't kidding about leaving early because traffic at the port for drop off was a half hour sitting in traffic. The hotel was OK. Clean and the traffic noise was drowned out by the air conditioning. The on-site restaurant was expensive but the food was fresh. You pay for the convenience. Go to the CVS on the next block if you forgot something.

Cons:

Booking.com was terrible. They charged the wrong account and good luck getting that straightened out. I am now double charged with zero customer support from them. It's AI only and this is the last booking I will make with them
