Clean, comfortable but hot tub does not work.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable especially the beds. Very nice bathroom. Entire facility was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The hot tub did NOT work at all. It was basically a warm water tub with no bubbles. I chose this hotel because we wanted a hot tub so we were very disappointed. I could have easily chosen another hotel without a hot tub but that included breakfast for the same price. Sad.

Comfortable and good value
Pros:

Breakfast is always a nice touch - perhaps a different type of scrambled egg - these don’t taste like egg - quite tasteless. But other than that - excellent!

Cons:

The hot tub had a ring of dirt around the tub on the inside - other than that - very clean.

I enjoyed it but there was 2 issues I had. All in all it was good.
Pros:

Clean, friendly, beds comfortable and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that there was no decaf coffee. They gave me these circle material things that were decaf but they tasted terrible. I really wish there was a coffee machine for regular or decaf coffee. I also found the toilets very low. There are not enough rooms for people who have mobility problems.

Excellent value!
Pros:

Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was included and there were 3 hot items and a full range of continental breakfast choices. Breakfast room was clean and well cared for. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful! We did not use the pool or gym. Location was central to malls and IKEA. Way to go Best Western!

We stayed 4 nights and were told that we were not eligible for the $50 gift card which was very disappointing.
Pros:

Location. Good breakfast selection. Specialty coffee at reception area.

Cons:

Small bathroom. It also would be nice to have low lighting in the bathroom area when having to use the washroom overnight. Lighting is way too bright on the eyes.

The best check in clerk we have ever had. So helpful helping us out with navigation around Winnipeg.
The best gluten free options I have ever had are pancakes, sausage,scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bread and muffins.
