Pros:

Staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean. Checkout was quick. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled great.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Everything tasted extremely manufactured, even fruit was served in fruit cups with added sugar. Pancakes made me bloated. Worst quality sausage tasted like cardboard. Bagel didn't taste different from a regular bun. For me, it was all like the cheapest items you can get from Walmart.

Overall we had a good experience. Will be back again
Pros:

Very clean room, towels were organized great and beautiful. Tall ceiling, room felt spacious. Complementary breakfast was really good. Pool area organized very good, a lot of space for sitting while your kids are playing. One of the cleanest hotels to stay for me so far. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Cons:

Hot tub looked a bit dirty due to some guests "cleanness". No supervision in the pool area resulting in the dirty hot tub and pool. It would be great to have a restaurant in the hotel for the guests convenience.

Clean, comfortable but hot tub does not work.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable especially the beds. Very nice bathroom. Entire facility was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The hot tub did NOT work at all. It was basically a warm water tub with no bubbles. I chose this hotel because we wanted a hot tub so we were very disappointed. I could have easily chosen another hotel without a hot tub but that included breakfast for the same price. Sad.
