Very funky
The bar staff on the rooftop are absolutely useless
Staff was great, everybody super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also very good, with something for everyone and in a nice location.
The rooftop bar Quinto Cielo has a lovely view, the food is italian inspired, tasty and reasonably priced.
Not great value for money, rooms are tiny and a bit oldish, tv wasn’t working, the shower wasn’t properly functioning either. The pool is not really a pool but more a big jacuzzi and the spa area is limited to a sauna.
The staff were the best thing about the stay
The hotel felt tired and in need of some refurbishment. Our room was quite shabby, with scuffed and marked paintwork around the door frames, and the area around the coffee cabinet looked stained and worn. At first glance it appeared dirty, but it actually seemed more like it simply needed repainting and refreshing.
Unfortunately, the scent used throughout the hotel wasn’t to our taste and detracted from the overall experience.
On a positive note, the rooftop bar was lovely and was definitely the highlight of our stay, with a great atmosphere and a much more polished feel than the rest of the hotel.

La chambre qui avait une odeur d humidité, le papier peint qui se décolle, le nettoyage des chambres mal fait avec des cheveux retrouvés à deux reprises dans la salle de bain. Malgré le signalement .
Excellent location! Walking distance to the beach. The front desktop were exceptional! Especially Kim in food and beverage and Brooklyn at the front desk
The breakfast was €32 per person… Which I thought was extremely overpriced...! It was a regular buffet with cookies, eggs, fruits, juices. We ate there once, and the rest of the two days we walked to nearby cafés.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, die allegemeine Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ziemlich ordentlich ( fur einige Dinge von der Karte muss man jedoch extra bezahlen )
Von allen MGallery Hotels, in denen wir bisher übernachtet haben, ist dieses das schlechteste.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier der Zustand der Toilette, deren Sitz völlig zerkratzt und die Toilette selbst schmutzig war, ganz zu schweigen vom Schimmel in der Duschkabine und dem fehlenden Silikon ( insgesamt wirkt das Hotel schon ziemlich abgenutzt )
Um beim Badezimmer zu bleiben: Die Badetücher hatten Löcher und die Haarspülung war nicht aufgefüllt.
Zum Frühstück, vor allem am Wochenende, wirkt das Personal etwas überfordert – das Buffet wird nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt (es gab zB einige Tage hintereinander kein Gemüse), dazu kamen noch Fehler bei der Bestellung
Falls Sie ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick haben sollten, möchte ich Sie darauf hinweisen, dass direkt neben dem Hotel derzeit Bauarbeiten stattfinden und es ab 7 Uhr morgens von dieser Seite her laut ist.
Zusammenfassend kann ich personlich dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen - die Note „ausreichend“ ist das Maximum, das ich vergeben kann - von der MGallery Kette erwartet man eigentlich deutlich mehr.

Chambre non conforme à la désignation. Vue sur mer sans mer. Pas d’effort commercial suite à notre réclamation et aucun contact avec le manager.
Service peu professionnel. Manque de management avec du personnel très junior.
Petit-déjeuner servi en rez de chaussée alors qu’il y a une terrasse. Coût du petit-déjeuner élevé avec suppléments très élevés aussi.

The location. It was centrally located to the beach and small shopping area, on a pretty side street. Charming area.
There was a lot of night time noise on both of our nights stay. The second night was punctuated by fireworks at 11:30 pm which lasted for almost an hour. Loud partying and sidewalk pedestrian noise lasted for hours after that. The hotel and staff were lovely but the noise at night was not.
Location of room was not acceptable with building going on opposite. Room service was poor and food on rooftop very limited.
We should have been notified about the building work opposite as we booked in. More variety of food on rooftop.
