A heaven run by the best team ever
Pros:

The Executive Lounge at the JW Marriott New Cairo is more than just a nice room with good food—it is a little haven of peace and kindness.

What truly makes it special is the team. Every single person working there is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Mahmoud and Ashraf, who took care of me like family, but also to the whole team behind them—Mohammed, Salem, Meryem and everyone else who works so hard to make guests feel at home. You all have such beautiful energy, and it shows in every detail.

The lounge itself is cozy, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is just perfect for relaxing. But the team is the heart of it.

Thank you all for your kindness. I already miss you and can't wait to be back

Wonderful experience
Pros:

We had a family wedding, stayed few days it was amazing service Mr. Victor Barsoum took care of our stay A to Z. I must say staff where professional and courteous front desk Dina Yasser and Mariam Hatem where 2 of the amazing help we felt like royalty we want to say thank you and can’t wait to visit again

The breakfast is fresh with a good variety of meat, cheese and local food. The service is very good with lovely people working in harmony. Mr. Nagy and his team is really doing well. I really recommend this place.
