We had a family wedding, stayed few days it was amazing service Mr. Victor Barsoum took care of our stay A to Z. I must say staff where professional and courteous front desk Dina Yasser and Mariam Hatem where 2 of the amazing help we felt like royalty we want to say thank you and can’t wait to visit again

The breakfast is fresh with a good variety of meat, cheese and local food. The service is very good with lovely people working in harmony. Mr. Nagy and his team is really doing well. I really recommend this place.
Very good hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurants with diversified food options. Excellent service.
Whereas the hotel is great and well equipped with everything you can think of … massive gym… warm water pool…. Etc.
What impressed me the most was the staff and team attitude.
We got stuck here in a crisis as war broke out in Middle East and my flight had to be diverted from Doha to Cairo.
Clearly no one can be prepared for this situation and suddenly the hotel had 300+ guests to check in and handle, the staff really did step up and meet the challenges very well.
I sincerely thank the team for taking good care of us and even at breakfast it was reassuring to see smiling faces of staff members like NAGY and others who were always very very helpful 🎉
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is huge and very beautiful, with impressive architecture and atmosphere. Although it is quite old and clearly in need of some renovation, it still has a lot of charm.
The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it is situated quite close to the airport. During our stay, the hotel was very quiet, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The rooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. We also enjoyed the breakfasts — there was a wide variety of options, and the quality was good. The only downside was the lack of gluten-free options.
The hotel has several very good restaurants offering delicious cuisine, so dining on-site was easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were especially grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip much more comfortable and stress-free.

Ashraf at the VIP Lounge truly makes every visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. His friendly attitude and warm smile immediately made us feel comfortable and valued.
What really stands out about Ashraf is how helpful and thoughtful he is. He anticipates what you need before you even have to ask, always checking in at the perfect time without ever being intrusive. His professionalism, combined with his natural friendliness, creates such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

He is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, and he goes out of his way to make sure we’re comfortable and taken care of. His positive attitude makes breakfast feel like a highlight of our stay. Truly excellent service.
Hotel staff were very friendly in JW Marriott. Their staff member “Nagy“ was very helpful at breakfast time. They greeted us with warm smiles as soon as we arrived, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, they were attentive to our needs, ensuring that every request was met with promptness and care. The concierge went above and beyond to help us plan our daily activities, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. Overall, their exceptional service truly enhanced our experience at the hotel.
