...I strongly suggest that you stay at the very relaxing JW Marriott...
Pros:

There is a fantastic five star hotel property in Cairo, called the JW Marriott, Cairo.
We have just completed our two night stay at the JW Marriott. My wife’s comment as we were checking out she said: “That this was her best hotel stay ever”.
We received a room upgrade from a standard room to a great one bedroom suite. This suite was quite large and contained a full length balcony, stretching from the Living Room to the Bedroom. It had a fantastic view from our balcony of the lush landscaping, lakes, fountain’s and golf course.
The hotel has a large open atrium of seven stories.
Our check-in process was quite professional and fast, and they had a designated reception for Elite Members.
The Concierge Team were quite good and helped us with several of our tours that we enjoyed during our short three day stay.
What we really enjoyed was the use of the Executive Lounge and its daily “Happy Hour”. We discovered that the local Egyptian Wine was quite good. In the past it tasted a lot like ‘jet fuel’ but today is has a nice smooth and stable taste.
Each night we also made effective use of the JW Marriott's View Bar located on the lower level. It had a nice band that was always playing nice background music.
So, if you want to start your Cairo vacation well I strongly suggest that you stay at the very relaxing JW Marriott located very close to the Cairo International Airport in Mirage City. And not in the hassle and bustle of the many downtown Cairo hotels.
So all-in-all our stay was a wonderful way to start this great vacation.

Great experience
Pros:

Loved the room and the amnesties. Staff is super polite. Breakfast was very nice, lots of varieties, fresh, and tasty, staff very efficient and polite, especially Nagy and Abd El Rahman.
Check in a little bit slower than other hotels but still very acceptable.

Great hotel. Highly recommended for families
Pros:

We had a pleasure to stay in this hotel moving from Mena House. Location is not central , but it is a resort and had all you need within the hotel .
Rooms are spacious . We had 2 interconnected . The most comfortable bed in years after staying in the most luxurious hotels . Staff is friendly and service at breakfast is outstanding . Great variety of food . Khaled and other team members were great.
Lovely kids club. A lady Mona is wonderful. She is absolutely fantastic in her job and my kids loved going to the club cause of her .
Thank you for my daughter’s birthday cake. It was very delicious . Asian restaurant was also great.
Hotel needs refurbishment to be called luxury however everything else is ticking the box .
The only comment about spa- Morrocan hammam experience is not authentic and it feels staff needs training on how to do proper treatment.
We will come back again.

Guest service at every turn
Pros:

Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Nagy was our breakfast server and was sure to offer hot drinks, inquire about the food and warned us when the meal time was ending. Friendly staff throughout the hotel while we explored its many services and restaurants.

Fantastic service especially in the executive lounge

The executive lounge experience was amazing and a special thanks to abdelrahman for his amazing service and fantastic foul making. Another special thanks to Hany and Youstina in the downstairs breakfast area they were the most hospitable people I’ve met.
