It was an experience I will never forget so soon
Pros:

The ambience was top notch, breakfast came in as buffet, the staff were so friendly despite the language barrier. The room was exquisite, I love everything about the hotel. Unfortunately, wasn't able to go to the spa and the pool

Cons:

My chiller was empty, had to call room service anytime I needed a drink(beer/wine)

Spectacular
Pros:

Our one night stay was truly spectacular (as family, 2 adults / 2 children). Once checked in, one does not want to leave the Hotel premises again. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our late departure, great airport pickup / drop off, the breakfast buffet is from another planet, and the pools are fantastic (we particularly loved the wave pool and the ping pong). Thank you.

Exquisite property and staff
Pros:

Everything was perfect. They made us feel like royalty! We could not be more pleased and can’t imagine a better place to have stayed. Everyone was so accommodating and genuinely thoughtful. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience.

Nothing. There was absolutely nothing wrong.
The entrance to the indoor pool and sauna was tricky to find and navigate but they were doing construction, understandable.

Pros:

A very pleasant stay. The hotel has excellent facilities. The Spa is very up market. The gym has a tremendous range of equipment from free weights to machine for weight and cardio to studios for pilates, etc. many restaurants and the coffee shop breakfast is excellent. Special thanks to Sherihan for taking care of us each morning
