Si quieres disfrutar de la construccion del castillo bien. Si quieres un buen servicio de hotel mal.

Lo unico bueno que tiene el hotel es la construccion tipo castillo.

Cons:

Le hace falta mantenimiento. Fallas en el WC, fallas en la regadera, mobiliario ya muy deteriorado. Fuimos 4 personas y nunca nos dejaron 4 toallas, teniamos que ir a recepcion a pedir toallas adicionales diario.

La realidad es que nada, en la habitacion la cama era incomoda, las sabanas, colchas y toallas eran muy viejas...no sirvio el aire acondicionado, el control de la tele...........pedimos una plancha y nunca nos la llevaron

Lugar descuidado, muy sucio, maloliente solo dure 30minutos es una lástima que dejen caer esos lugares hace unos años me hospede ahi y estaba muy bien ahora es basura definitivamente crearon fama y a dormir hice un pago gratis, me fui a otro hotel

gorgeous castle 1-2 star hotel
Pros:

the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to serve us lunch when they were closed. That was appreciated. The building is lovely (old castle)

Cons:

The room was not very clean, towels inferior, the toilet plugged with every flush. My travelling companion had no towels in her room, and was told she had to pick them up herself at the desk.
