It was located very nicely
There was renovation going on in the property so there was a lot of sound and disturbances + it wasn’t very clean the bathrooms were a but smelly along with the corridor
The breakfast was good. A bit steep though.
The staff was exceptional, especially Front desk manager Ahsaas and Lino.
They made sure my stay was comfortable. Ever smiling and willing to help.

Hotel is quite nice, outside area moving around is good, restaurants outside and in the groud floor are very nice. Rooms are cleaner and bathroom is spacious. front desk staffs are nice.

2) dedicated ,customer- centric, efficient staff
3) good spread of buffet breakfast, multi-cuisine restaurant, speciality restaurant ( Italian & Indian)
4) lawns, halls for various events - corporate conference, marriage and other
There is a stagnant pond beside the hotel property, resulting into mosquito related issues - I did get some bites while dining at the restaurant- which I have brought it to their notice. They have assured to do the necessary pest control.
The property location helped to move around easily in the city
The property hasn’t done much renovations in a long time , the electricity went many times and I was stranded not being able to get to my room and had to wait in the lobby till they get the generator fixed. There was parties every night than ran past 12:00am and the noise was so loud that I had to fight to change rooms. They had conferences that there was no place to eat breakfast at the restaurant because while renting out conference room they didn’t take into account the occupancy rate.

Excellent buffet, great hospitality and good ambience.
The location is perfect as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The bathtub was a bit leaky. But that's just a minor inconvenience.
