Front desk at check in was great. Room floor could’ve used a vacuum or sweeping. Room had hardwood floors. There was still some trash in the kitchenette trashcan. Front desk offers kitchen supplies (dishware, pots/pans, cups, utensils, etc) at no extra charge so that was appreciated. Bring your own pillows as these were not very comfortable leaving my ears to throb. Bring good earplugs as their in room HVAC system is SOOOOOO LOUD if you want to run it during the night. However it kicked out good air for cooling and heating. The fridge made loud noises too. Don’t get a room on the first floor parking lot side as you’ll hear the pet owners taking their dogs out to relieve themselves - lots of barking at other dogs out for the same purpose. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the HVAC noise. First night we turned it off because of the noise but then got so cold. There’s only loose sheets on the bed. Second night I used noise cancelling AirPods and yet the noise still kept me up all night. It was that loud. We stayed here for a Disneyland trip and the drive during morning rush hour took about 20 minutes with some light traffic on the 57 freeway.

I took a while to check in, and the traffic noise was really loud could not sleep sound.

While I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the bed to be clean and comfortable, the facility, itself, is in desperate need of renovation! The kitchen appliances and cabinets are old, the curtains were moth eaten (I could see the holes when the sun came up), the vending machines were malfunctioning. The place doesn't offer very much and since it doesn't, what little it does offer should be exceptional.
We won't be returning.

I like that they have security at night walking the building.

The entire property smells bad. The area is so good that I wish some good management take this property over and turn it into a better experience for people. It just need some fine touches in the room, hallway, reception, etc.

Has a washer and dryer with tap to pay and vending machines! Plus has security walking around at night.

To much noise from the neighbors upstairs and our room alarm went on and they just said to turn the AC on because of the steam
