We had a fantastic stay at Baia Resort and would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, with a lovely pool, very clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast. We also ate several times in the à la carte restaurant, and every meal was outstanding.

What really made the difference was the staff. Francesca was always incredibly friendly and helpful, Vanessa was welcoming and attentive, and Andrea, the hotel manager, made sure everything ran perfectly. He kindly helped us with resolving some small issue. He’s Top Class!

A special thank you to Claudio, the bar manager. He was extremely professional, gave us some excellent recommendations from the à la carte menu, and every dish he suggested was spot on. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a great experience.

The whole team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Great service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d happily recommend Baia Resort to anyone visiting Sicily.

La nostra esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. Abbiamo adorato tutto, ma ciò che ha reso questa vacanza davvero speciale è stata la straordinaria professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Claudio, Bar Manager, e a Vincenzo del bar. Ogni giorno ci hanno accolto con il sorriso, facendoci sentire come a casa. Il loro servizio è stato impeccabile e la loro simpatia ha reso ogni momento ancora più piacevole.

Desideriamo ringraziare anche Mattia, il bagnino, per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e dedizione al lavoro. Sempre attento, professionale e pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso.

Our stay was simply wonderful. We loved everything, but what made our holiday truly unforgettable was the amazing kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the staff.

A very special thank you to Claudio, the Bar Manager, and Vincenzo from the bar team. Every day they welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. Their service was outstanding, and their friendliness made every moment even more enjoyable.

We would also like to thank Mattia, the lifeguard, for his kindness, professionalism, and dedication. He was always attentive, hardworking, and ready to help with a smile.

People like them truly make a difference, and they are one of the reasons why this holiday will always have a special place in our hearts.

Cons:

Staff attitude was arrogant, dismissive and too pushy towards selling extra, food quality was well below basic buffet standards at all inclusive. No pool towels were provided. Entertainment was low quality

Nada. Todo horrible.

Cons:

No me gusto nada. De hecho, aun con la estadia paga, nos fuimos antes. El hotel parece un hospital. Los servicios son pesimos. Ni toalla para la playa entregan.
