Pros:

Największym atutem jest lokalizacja, personel i wyżywienie.
Przed zakupem oferty zapoznałam się z opiniami. Były także te negatywne, więc z dystansem podeszłam do naszych oczekiwań. Organizowalam wyjazd dla 4 osób, w tym starszej kobiety i dwóch nastolatków, więc to było małe wyzwanie. Sceptyczne komentarze nie sprawdzily się. Byliśmy w ostatnim tygodniu sierpnia br.
Lokalizacja jest idealna. Obiekt jest przy głównej drodze, gdzie kursuje komunikacja miejska. Basen czysty i duży, a wejście wygodne z bardzo szerokimi, płaskimi schodkami, głębokość optymalna do pływania. Do plaży i kortu tenisowego 2 kroki. Hotel jest czysty, codzienne sprzątanie, ręczniki wymieniane. Do naszej dyspozycji leżaki i parasole przy basenie i na plazy, przy czym nie rozumiem dlaczego goście się dziwią się, że wybór miejsc zależy od godziny przyjścia na basen i plażę. Personel bardzo dyskretny i pomocny.
Śniadanie kontynentalne i włoskie. Wybór ogromny. Szczególnie polecam kolację sycylijską i słodkości, pychotka:) Na sali bardzo czysto a obsługa na bieżąco wszystko sprzątała i uzupełnia brakujące potrawy.
Wieczorami podczas kolacji, w ogrodzie, przy basenie były pięknie wykonywane utwory muzyczne (śpiew na żywo).

Cons:

Slabości, które dostrzega się golym okiem, to upływ czas dla infrastruktury, co widać i słychać w opiniach gości.
Nasza rezerwacja obejmowala jeden pokój i owszem był duży i przestronny, nie miał niestety balkonu. Problemem bylo więc brak miejsca na suszenie ręczników i kostiumów.

Na krátky pobyt je to skvelá lokalita a dobrá voľba.
Pros:

Naozaj skvelá lokalita, všetko nadosah. Pláž len pre hostí hotela, málo ľudí, čísté more.

Cons:

Zariadenie hotela už zažilo všeličo. Izby bez balkóna nemajú kde sušiť osušky. Ranajky bez obmeny, personál málokedy pozdraví.

Posizione ottima sulla spiaggia con bellissimo mare. Personale disponibile. Da segnalare e ringraziare in particolare il bagnino Mattia che gestiva la spiaggia in modo impeccabile, badando alle esigenze di chiunque senza fermarsi un attimo.

Cons:

Camere e pulizia non all'altezza delle aspettative. Porte delle camere rovinate e gonfiate dell'umidità. Ci è sembrato più un tre stelle sinceramente..

Pros:

La posizione è veramente bella mare e piscina vicino, il mare purtroppo sempre con molte alghe. Il personale molto accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

Manca un po' di animazione soprattutto la sera, il cibo poca varietà.

Good food and a nice location, but the hotel is expensive for what it offers
Pros:

We enjoyed the meals (breakfast and dinner); there was plenty of variety and the food was high quality… mostly fish and seafood.
We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially the young man who usually works at the ice cream stand and the older gentleman who organizes the guests and chairs on the beach in the area reserved for the hotel.

Cons:

We didn't like the value for money... it was too expensive for the hotel's condition... the rooms looked like they were from the '80s, with old fixtures and furniture.
The hotel claims to have a spa, but the entrance is always closed. We never saw anyone going in or out.
Half-board should have included drinks, or at least water should have been free... I had to pay for all the drinks at dinner, including water for the kids.
Once again, I’d like to point out that it was very expensive for the hotel; it has 4 stars, but I think it should be downgraded to 3 stars.

Skuffende mangel på sea view
Pros:

Fin morgenmad. Rigtig god og fleksibel hjælp fra personalet, der håndterede strandstole og solsenge. Fik gratis parkering, hvilket ikke var ventet.

Cons:

Værelset slet ikke som forventet - havde bestilt sea view, men fik kun partial sea view. Dårlig og dyr frokost - spiste kun på stedet første dag. Meget lidt fleksibilitet fra receptionens side omkring besøgende osv. Stranden var fyldt op med tørret tang i vores ende af stranden - det var helt klart ryddet fra de andre steder og lagt foran vores hotel. For stramme regler i poolen - ungerne måtte gerne spille lidt bold, men der kunne ikke springes fra kanten med mere.

Soddisfatti ma non per la struttura quanto per tutto il resto
Pros:

Colazione Top-Un encomio speciale per Mattia , il bagnino. persona eccezionale , ed a tutto lo staff sia del Bar che delle cucine-Il Mare e la location da 10 e lode considerando anche che eravamo ad Agosto periodo in cui solitamente il mare si sporca dappertutto. Anche la cucina , considerando che è una cucina tipica da villaggio è varia e con piatti cucinati bene, gustosi e di qualità. Ogni giorno piatti diversi e di qualità

Cons:

Le camere sono pessime. Anni '80 così come tutta la struttura a cui do un voto al limite della sufficenza. Un albergo 4 stelle non può presentare dei bagni fatiscenti con delle docce inguardabili e sopratutto non praticabili. Suggerisco alla proprietà di ristrutturare perchè è davvero un peccato avere una location di questo livello ed una struttura che è rimasta indietro.
