Posizione invidiabile
Pros:

Decisamente la posizione. Di per sé è ancora molto attraente e ha una posizione unica ed invidiabile

Cons:

poco spazio per giostrarsi al buffet. Stanza bella grande, un po anonima ,con ancora un bel pavimento...mobili e vasca da bagno davvero datati. Comprendo lo sforzo che procura la gestione, ci vorrebbe una persona che insegni davvero l'attenzione che fa la differenza per un 4 stelle .....dai forza !!

Buona struttura anche se mancano alcuni dettagli per meritare le 4 stelle.
Ottima colazione varia e di qualità

Cons:

Fastidioso il modulo che mi è stato chiesto di firmare al check in per autorizzarli ad addebitarmi sulla carta di credito eventuali danni alla struttura.
Prezzo un po' elevato.

chambre spacieuse. lit très confortable, propre hormis les baies vitrées. personnel globalement sympathique surtout le maître nageur Mattia. les repas étaient très bons avec suffisamment de choix chaque jour. par contre le café du petit déjeuner au self service vraiment pas bon. infrastructure agréable. la plage un vrai plus et sans algues dès le 2eme jour. top. soirée animée un plus aussi

Pros:

Splendida vacanza in famiglia, insieme ad amici e bambini. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all’ultimo giorno grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di tutto lo staff e della direzione.

Un grazie speciale a Mattia, il bagnino, a Claudio (bar manager), a Valentina e a tutti i ragazzi della sala, sempre sorridenti, attenti e pronti ad accontentarci.

Le nostre camere erano un po’ datate, ma molto spaziose e sempre impeccabilmente pulite. Un plauso anche a Michela, bravissima cantante, che ha reso le serate ancora più piacevoli.

Torniamo a casa con bellissimi ricordi e con la voglia di tornare presto. Grazie di cuore a tutti!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, con la fermata dell'autobus praticamente all'uscita del resort, comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Trapani.
Cucina eccellente, con una splendida serata siciliana e prodotti sempre freschi e di qualità. La colazione è buona, anche se un po' ordinaria rispetto al livello del resto della ristorazione.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Claudio il responsabile del bar e Maurizio, persone delizioseUnico aspetto da migliorare: le camere risultano un po' datate e i letti avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati, per essere all'altezza dei servizi offerti dal resort. e sempre disponibili.
Personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile, capace di far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole che consiglio volentieri. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L’hotel è molto curato, con una pulizia impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti e un servizio sempre attento e disponibile.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Claudio e Valentina, che con la loro gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più bella.
Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, torneremo sicuramente con piacere!

Pool area, private beach area. Had massage at spa. Amazing! Room serviced beautifully every day. Had life guards which was great. Maids and Mateo were very pleasant. Singers on in an evening.

Cons:

Some areas dated, some staff didn’t speak and morning breakfast staff seemed a bit grumpy but the staff who did speak were lovely and helpful.
No advice given about where to go etc

Extremely disappointing and not at all as described.
Pros:

The location on the beach, close to the town, was nice, and the young lady at reception was welcoming.

Cons:

The property is tiered and unloved, compounded by the staff's generally uncaring attitude. We booked a sea view room with a balcony. When we arrived, there was no furniture on the balcony, and the room was positioned over the restaurant. We realised why there was no furniture when we went out on the balcony and saw the kitchen extractor was right next to it, and all you could smell was the fat from the kitchen. The room was not ready until after 4pm, and we questioned whether the bathroom had been cleaned. The chair in the room had a cigarette burn on the seat, even though it was a non-smoking room.
Other than the young lady who greeted us when we checked in, the staff were not interested and answered with a shrug of the shoulder, and that’s how it is!

Fine settimana in qsto resort

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più la vista di un tramonto eccezionale perché è situato in un posto davvero bello

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo ci comunicano che il parcheggio è a pagamento, a noi nn lo hanno pagare ma non mi sembra affatto corretto che un cliente che già paga il soggiorno vada a pagare un supplemento in più per parcheggiare. Ora mi domando la macchina me la metto in testa una volta arrivato? Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta il servizio pensione completa, capisco che bisogna pagare le bibite i caffè insomma gli sfizi ma quanto meno l'acqua che sarebbe un bene principale accorpate la xké non è carino che si debba pagare l'acqua. Nel buffet vi era poca scelta o per dirla tutta quatteo cose contate, da notare che cmq il resort era abbastanza pieno, sabato sera vi era presente qualche pasticcino tutto li, domenica a pranzo mi aspettavo qualche torta qualche tipologia di gelato ma nulla niente di tutto cio solo un piattino con qualche dolcetto.Tra il mare e l'ingresso in giardino manca la possibilità di potersi sciacquare e togliere il sale del mare in pratica dovevo fare circa due metri per lavarmi e poi andare in piscina. Ultima pecca che non mi è piaciuta per niente, impossibilitati a fumare una sigaretta nel cortile eravamo costretti a recarci sul prato a distanza e fumarla li, oppure cosa sbagliatissima in spiaggia non si poteva fumare ora dico perché non mettere dei posa cenere e fate rilassare i clienti? Il prezzo è stato decisamente caruccio per le mie aspettative

Pros:

Hotel super. Obsluga na wysokim poziomie, w hotelu czysto, pokoje porządnie sprzątane codziennie. Korzystaliśmy ze śniadań, codziennie to samo ale bardzo smaczne i duzu wybór. Basen i brodzik spoko, pomimo siesty ratownika można w tym czasie pływać. Plaża piaszczysta, jest trochę glonów, w morzu są meduzy - taki urok tego miejsca. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci - zarówno rodzice jak i dzieci zadowoleni. Przystanek autobusowy przy samym hotelu, można dojechać do centrum Trapani i Erice. Polecam!
