Badkamer is goed.
Bedden ook goed.
locatie perfect voor als je op doorreis bent.
Ontbijt is goed.
En kortbij kan je goed eten voor weinig geld, bij het trein station.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e per essere un 4 stelle ci aspettavamo molto di più. Camera fredda senza una vera fonte di riscaldamento, letto scomodissimo, frigo bar vuoto ma acceso e carta igienica già iniziata. Colazione alle 8 del mattino già deludente: succhi annacquati, uova strapazzate secche, parte salata calda poco invitante, cetrioli e pomodori già tagliati e lasciati al caldo. Lavorando nel settore F&B e hotellerie posso dire che, per la nostra esperienza, le 4 stelle sembrano davvero regalate. Bello il robot come aiuto per servire e sparecchiare i tavoli, peccato che l'attenzione al cliente sia praticamente pari a 0.

Pros:

Frequento il Concorde quasi settimanalmente: posizione comoda all'ufficio dove lavoro e prezzo competitivo. C'è anche la palestra anche se prima in ristrutturazione, ora con tapis roulant fuori uso, comunque servizio utile.
Tornerò, come sempre, sperando in altre camere!

Cons:

Stavolta mi ha deluso, in particolare la stanza 116:
- tavoletta wc non corretta per il sanitario, corta e asimmetrica; a risparmio per non prendere l'originale!
- la suddetta tavoletta aveva tra l'altro un'incrostazione, tanto da aver evitato di sedermi...
- porta rotolo carta igienica rotto
- mancante il tappo del lavandino, ogni oggetto caduto passava a miglior vita
Insomma, con il bagno non ci siamo proprio.
Hanno poi utilizzato il solito arredamento (conosco varie camere per dirlo) ma mettendo il poggia valigia di fronte il letto, ostacolando il passaggio: ho dato un paio di ginocchiate nella distrazione notturna e del primo mattino. L'arredamento si adatta in base alla forma della stanza, non si fa di tutto per incastrare i pezzi a tetris!

Ideales Hotel für Geschäftsreisende mit Kostenbewusstem Budget.
Pros:

Zweckmässiger Frühstückraum mit aufmerksamen Personal. Das Frühstück ist grosszügig.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, nicht modern aber gut erhalten. Bedezimmer in gutem Zustand und sauber (renoviert).
Parkmöglichkeiten im Innen-oder Aussenbereitch gegen einer akzeptablen Tagesgebühr auch überwacht.

Total entspannt für ne Nacht auf der Durchreise. Gute Trattoria/ Pizzeria ist 10 min zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum.

doable for one night
Pros:

Nice staff, doable for one night while travelling. Although at a busy road, the windows are quit soundproof. Shower is nice.

Cons:

Sound inside is another story... We had a room next to a closet which was being used at 5am. And then the setup for breakfast, we were really close to the breakfastroom for groups. So after the closetppl at 5am there was a large group of ppl at 6:50 for breakfast. Which sounded like they were in our room.....

Sehr nettes Personal, perfekt als Zwischenstopp.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage nahe an der Autobahn. Ideal also Zwischenstopps.

Cons:

Buchung des Kinderbett war kompliziert, obwohl wir das Zimmer ja mit Kind gebucht hatten. Wir hatten es wohl bis zu einer gewissen Uhrzeit buchen müssen, damit es bereitgestellt wird. Das hatten wir versäumt, da wir ja unterwegs waren.
Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat ihre Kollegin zu Hause angerufen, die dann sogar deswegen gekommen wäre. So viel Aufwand wollten wir den Mitarbeiterinnen nicht zumuten. Besser wäre es, wenn das Hotel die Buchung des Kinderbettsvereinfachen würde.
