Le petit déjeuner somptueux avec des produits variés et frais et un personnel très attentif. L’emplacement extrêmement pratique de l’hôtel . Un plus indéniable : le cadre de la piscine , par ailleurs chauffée
L’espace hammam/sauna/jacuzzi un peu en retrait, avec des horaires peu pratiques surtout quand on visite l’Ile la journée et pour la période où nous y étions le hammam en maintenance sur les 3 jours et l’accès Jaccuzzi impossible le lundi .
The staff were delightful, top to bottom, and could not do enough for us. Always happy and smiling.

Room & bathroom rather small but everything else more than made up
The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. They were the reason that our stay was so enjoyable.
Our King Sea View Room had a great view but was slightly smaller than expected from the photographs and description - particularly the "comfortable seating area"
A beautiful hotel with everything you could ask for and more. The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was also top class. So many wonderful breakout spaces to relax in and also stunning outdoor seating for afternoon tea or sundowners.

The room cleaning had been poor
There were lots of clothes moths and we had to move rooms
We moved easily and with help but the moths are a problem and the cleaning really should deal with this
Brilliant breakfast - great choice and big selection of seating. We sat outside as weather was fantastic.
