Preferred the à la carte breakfast to buffet.
The air con. Hard to get not draughty on the bed and too hot with it off.

The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable… the tea set was such a cute touch, but a bit unsure why it was there, the room had no tea so you could use it. It was so close to everything, I stayed here before catching the ferry the next morning to Waiheke Island and it was a 5 minute walk, and easy to get to with luggage.
I got room service as I was late due to flight delays, that was very over priced and very underwhelming. The reception area to check in was up a few stairs which was a bit tricky with luggage unless you left your bags sitting in the foyer area unattended.
The staff, comfort of bed, amenities in the room, and great breakfast.
Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Location couldn’t be better. Staff very helpful.
