Always love staying here.
Pros:

Love the location, on Queen street right above Louis Vuitton shop, very central for shopping and only a block away from the ferry terminal. I love the ambience of the hotel, it’s beautifully decorated in a 1920’s style to suit the building. The rooms belie the small lobby. We ate in Cookes restaurant and the food and wine were excellent. bathroom is gorgeous and lovely,fluffy towels. Love having a Coffee machine in the room.

Excellent location and room
Pros:

The room was very well appointed and the location is fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent.

The rooms are quite small but ok for one person

Pros:

Very convenient location, beautiful decor, good breakfast. I would return.

Cons:

Room design was a bit cramped and we had only one lounge chair. A bit noisy on Friday night but it is in the city centre.

Good location just poor service
Pros:

The rooms very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. It’s a good location especially as we were going to Spark Arena.

Cons:

The lack of welcome, the reception area was a mess we never received a welcome or explanation of the services. We were just given our room key and that was all.
