La ubicación, la atención del personal.
Un poco ruidoso el sector
El desayuno exquisito, la atención del personal excelente, la amplitud de la habitación y la limpieza.

Ventanal de habitación desastroso, calefacción deficiente.
La atención del hotel y el detalle haciéndome un regalo por haberme cambiado de hotel dos veces.
No tenían amenities como cepillo de dientes y pasta. Y el secador de pelo de la habitación era una antiguedad. Deberian tener secadores de pelo nuevos en cada baño.

La puerta del baño de la habitación no cerraba, fue incomodo en términos de privacidad. Avisé en recepción y no acusaron recibo. Por otro lado, llegamos a la noche y la habitación estaba helada (hacia mucho frío afuera), tuvimos que pedir que prendan la calefacción que tardó tiempo en calentar. Lo demás, muy bien.
Bien pero podría ser mejor, hoy faltaban frutos secos, granola.

La Habitacion decia con Balcon!!!! No hay tal balcon.
El aire acondicionado de la habitacion era solo frio. En Rosario el lunes amanecimos con 5 grados, y en el hotel no habian encendido la caldera. Nos dieron una estufa electrica.
Cuando encendieron la caldera, el radiador empezo a hacer un silbido terrible que no dejaba dormir, nos cambiaron de habitación

El desayuno muy completo y variado. Las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y cómodas.
