Recently upgraded Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Nashville - Vanderbilt offers spacious, fully-furnished suites with full kitchens, crisp cozy bedding and larger 50" TVs, free wi-fi, free healthy breakfast, on-site guest laundry and pet-friendly rooms. Close to Downtown Nashville, Target and Kroger.

Important information:

Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more.

Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea only.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Just checked in and the room/common areas are wonderful, inviting, and spotless. Great safe onsite parking. Angeliq at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and helpful, makes you feel right at home!

Good hotel in a good location, I think the property needs to work on some things (wifi, parking, and clean room better)
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was exactly as pictured, and the location is in a good area from downtown.

Cons:

Lack of parking because half is rented out to a tree company, wifi was bad, and when we got in the room there was blonde hair in the shower and on the table.
