Amazing location, cleanliness and comfort.
Pros:

Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.
Bus stop right outside the front door to go downtown. Bus 3, 3A, 3B. Perfect location. And close easy access to airport.

Cons:

Lobby smells.
Check in was extremely difficult due to the computer system going down and being told to shush!!! By staff.
We weren't told we needed a permit to park, so the next day when we got a ticket we brought it into the reception, to be told by the same staff member "well you would have been told last night you needed a permit so you didn't mention a car" ... which we did.
The place is great. Rooms really clean. Location amazing. We would come back. But friendly is not the greating we got.

Affordable, clean and safe!
Pros:

Really wonderful for relocation purposes, short term workers, or those needing to be at the hospital. Clean, safe and great staff.

Angelina was so helpful and kind with anything I needed! She went above and beyond to make it feel like home.

The hotel was definitely very nice and clean.

Cons:

However, it said the rooms had a hairdryer, but when I got to the room, there wasn’t one. They did provide one when I asked at the front desk. It also advertised a fully equipped kitchen and basic kitchen supplies, but there were no kitchen utensils at all. In addition, the bed was listed as a queen, but it was either a twin or a full/double, definitely not a queen-size bed.

Great experience
Pros:

This is one of the cleanest Extended Stay America hotel that I’ve ever stayed in.
“Miss Angelina” is the sweetest person who makes sure everything is together & always has a kind smile.
Close to Vanderbilt for work, right off the 440 bypass, and has a parking garage.
