Service, good value rooms, clean and tidy
It says desk closes at 11 but they are 24/7, made me panic for a moment
Upon arrival to our destination, I was greeted with Angelina upon check-in. Very welcoming and greeted with a smile!! She made check-in for me very easy. I explained to her that my husband had a heart transplant and was being released the next day after I checked in. The empathy that she has for any guest is outstanding whether you’re here on vacation or here for a medical reason. Here customer service is outstanding and she goes above and beyond for the guests! Will stay here again. Without asking she see us come inside to get a cart to haul our groceries to our room. She said heck no she would take the cart go outside and load our groceries and then take it to our room. She laughs with all the guest I have seen and treats everyone as if they are family. We will definitely come back to this hotel because of her and to see her cheerful face. God broke the mold when he created this beautiful soul. Good breakfast bar for something quick! No cameras in the parking area
We had stayed at this locality for a month earlier when my husband had a liver transplant at Vanderbilt hospital and we needed to be close to the hospital for frequent lab & clinic visits. The hotel is only a couple miles from the hospital, near many restaurants, the staff is very friendly, the neighborhood is safe and very walkable, with friendly neighbors. We will stay there again when we need to visit the clinic again.
Staff were not helpful at all and were rude. I asked about early check out and refund but no information was provided to me and when I checked out early I received extra charge on my card. I contacted them about it and they refused to refund.
it was all pretty much as advertised for a facility like this the room was practically appointed not beautiful. The cooking were sufficient. I had to keep towels on the floor because the sink counter slopes to the edge not into the sink O if I silled any water or anything while washing it ran off onto the floor. But aside from that it was a nice hotel room easy access and the location could not be better If you can walk distances Then it really is centrally located The city bus picks you up 2. blocks to the Right. out the front door and we'll drop you Right. downtown I did all my shopping in the first 2. days and then got rid of my car and I was fine. the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful
The counters that sloped in the direction of the floor so that water was a problem. I don't remember what they said about complimentary WI fi, but you get WI fi access automatically, but then it promptly asks you if you want to pay for so many days and they put quote extra services. Quote The WI fi prompts you the minute you'll log on. That was minor though because the WI fi really good and did everything I needed it to do
The microwave had some kind of chemical smell that made anything you put in it have the same smell. Very dangerous

The property is currently being renovated, so baseboards were missing, awaiting new carpet to be installed...but everything else was great, including very convenient location right off the interstate. An excellent value!
