Location excellent, facility itself was OK for one night. Extended stay would not be comfortable
Pros:

The location was amazing! Right in the center of all we wanted to do during our stay. Nothing more than a few blocks walk.

Cons:

The rooms looked a little dated and not as crisp and clean as preferred when staying in a hotel (bathroom, particularly).
The view was terrible. Looking right into a parking structure, so that affected privacy when opening the shades (which you need to do because the rooms are so dark)

Excellent location, comfortable room!
Pros:

The location was excellent and our room was very nice and clean. We appreciated the thermostat control, comfortable beds, and use of the mini fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the quirky art throughout the hotel, and we were also able to check in early.

Cons:

Nothing! It met our needs perfectly for our long weekend trip to the city.
