Pros:

Staff molto amichevole. Struttura nel centro di Chicago, comoda per diverse attività e con molti ristoranti/ locali intorno.
Camera molto accogliente e discretamente pulita (per avere la pulizia quotidiana è sufficiente chiederlo al momento del check in e verrà effettuata puntualmente).
Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Cons:

Solo una piccola cosa: la caffetteria contigua all’hotel potrebbe essere migliore, ma in camera c’è un piccolo frigo per cui ci si può organizzare per colazione e prendere solo il caffè in caffetteria.

Neat boutique hotel
Pros:

I have to admit I was a bit reluctant to book this one, based on some of the quirky things I saw in the photos (illuminated lips on the bathroom mirror, etc.), but went ahead with it anyway. It was just one night. The hotel is ideally located just a couple of blocks off Michigan Ave, and in the middle of the River North restaurants. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was very nice - small, but nice. The only amenity woefully lacking was any coffee. Not only does the room not have coffee - there is none in the lobby or anywhere onsite. You have to leave and walk 4 blocks to get your morning started.

Beds are a bit worn, but other than that, the finishes do not show a lot of wear. Looks like a new chain is taking over the property's franchise, so that will surely bring some improvements. Overall, not a bad property at all. I'd stay there again if the price was right.

Belle Immersion à Chicago.
Pros:

La proximité avec tous les commerces, la chambre était super agréable et les lits super confortable. Le personnel était bienveillant et agréable.

Cons:

Le manque d’eau à disposition.
La cuisine équipée était top mais malheureusement il manquait des couverts, une cafetière ou bouilloire pour du thé.
