Pros:

Stayed 5 nghts in total here. Hotel is in a great location, short walk into town with parking at the back. Room was clean, large with all amenities, balcony was a nice, super comfy bed and nice bathroom. A decent breakfast was included. Friendly and helpful staff. A good choice all round.

The beds are comfy and the views are nice

Cons:

We had the drink voucher on the door and stayed for 3 nights. At checkout we asked for our drink ticket as we didnt get one and had zero room service and they didnt give us one, said no point since its checkout. If we knew that then we wouldve just had our room cleaned during our stay.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is great and the room was spacious

Cons:

The staff could not have been ruder if they tried. We felt so unwelcome from the moment we entered the hotel. They were disinterested and looked at guests disdainfully. We bought a candle from the shop to gift to a family member and the reception staff could not have been ruder or angrier at us for wanting to purchase it.

The sauna was closed for the duration of our stay.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about
