Pros:

Nous avons aimé le salon avec balcon. Tres confortable. Lit très confortable. Déjeuner tres bien.

Cons:

La salle bain beaucoup trop petite. On doit fermer la porte pour aller au toilette.

Absolutely satisfied. The accommodation is close to public transport, shops, and souvenir stores. The availability of a small wellness area was very pleasant. The breakfast was nice and sufficient, I would say. It alternated every other day. Personally, I would have appreciated some vegetables, which I missed. Otherwise, everything was fine and the staff was friendly

Cons:

There was quite a loud noise in the room, probably from the ventilation system. It was unpleasant on the first night, but we got used to it afterwards

Great stay!
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Shout out to Joel for the warm welcome at check in. The room was spacious and clean, incredible views from the balcony, nice selection in the breakfast room and the cafe, and the front patio with the firepit was the perfect place to hang out.
Lots of nice touches in the room - the throw blankets on the bed and the Rocky Mountain Soap Company products in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

I liked the Queen sized bedroom, the bedroom was clean .The receptionists were very helpful , especially Joel.

Cons:

The only thing I disliked was there was no bar or restaurant at the hotel and when you have traveled far that's a necessity, especially if you have a disability, so you can relax instead of having to walk to find something to eat and drink.

Mooie kamer met een handige indeling (de beide slaapgedeeltes zijn van elkaar gescheiden door de badkamer), lekkere douche, goed ontbijt, handige ligging: het centrum is op loopafstand, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

My 3rd year and for 2 weeks again at Banff Aspen Lodge and it’s as great as ever
Pros:

Jonathan Taylor and his entire team are to be congratulated and warmly thanked for delivering, yet again , a most memorable and totally satisfying stay at Banff Aspen Lodge. My 3rd year choosing to stay here, and hence that in itself is self explanatory. The front of house team always helpful, happy, efficient and welcoming to all guests I’ve witnessed, of many varied nationalities from single guests to groups. Special mention and thanks go to Sam in charge of an also happy , customer focused breakfast room

It was ok but the breakfast room is too small for the amount of people staying there
