Great hotel in Banff. Clean and modern, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, great hot tub, great location.

Perfect location. Close enough to town that you’re away from the hustle and bustle. A close walk to Louise and Sunshine shuttles. The buffet breakfast each morning was great, although it can get busy ski season. We loved our room, it was super spacious, dark and quiet. We heard hardly any noise from the street or people on the property, albeit we were on the top floor.. Rooms out in the atrium might experience noise? We loved our stay here and will 100% be back and recommending it to anyone visiting! Oh, and the front staff are fantastic, they are so friendly and helpful. Also the environment initiative is so good! We loved our free coffees.

我很喜歡這間飯店，一切都很好，為我們疲憊的長途旅行提供一個舒適的休憩處，相當推薦。

地點離班夫熱鬧的小鎮很近，走路大概10分鐘，離超市也很近，位置方便。
飯店每位員工都相當親切、熱情，氛圍很溫馨；同時有很多滑雪的客人入住，綜合下來感覺是間很有活力的飯店!

我們的房間被安排在一樓，空間很大，能夠容納我們三個人，並且將三個大行李箱攤開都還綽綽有餘。
因為房間外面就是公用的SPA空間，原本擔心會不會很吵，但門關上就很安靜，隔音做得很好喔!!
飯店附有早餐，雖然是簡單的品項但相當豐盛，很讚!在大廳有間生意很好的咖啡廳，下次有機會再來嘗試。

Great room and great value for money. Really like the hot tub and courtyard vibe of this property. The outdoor fireplace was nice, the steam room was great, and the overall room was great.

Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast, our room and the hotel's location were great.

Comfortable mid size lodge right on edge of town center, convenient to walk everywhere. Good service. Lobby has seating but not big and tend to get filled as it's connected to a small cafe. Room is modern, simple tasteful decor, but small without much extra space or storage units. Good lighting. Balcony, some have better views. Double rooms have 2 full beds. Comfortable 4 pillows. Bathrobes. Small table with 2 chairs. Shower only no bath with sink separate from shower/toilet.

Two outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam room. For 2+ day stays can get free coffee or tea voucher if hanging the white bark card on door for no cleaning. Excellent breakfast, a bit varied meat option day by day. Can generally get a table even during peak times. Ski locker room (access with room key) have chains to wrap around skis (longer ones for boards) and a small lock like one you use at the gym will fit if locking is needed. They will loan you a lock with a deposit. Most people don't lock anyway.

Outlets not the most convenient - all close to the floor but the alarm clock has two USB charging ports. Electric tea kettle is convenient and there are small ceramic mugs provided.

Location is very convenient. Large grocery store IGA just two blocks away and the Dollarama in the Cascade shopping center a block further is a fun place with good deals on snacks and odds and ends.

The staff were universally friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and the room, while small, was quite efficient. The low rating is due to the REALLY bad WIFI and an uncomfortable mattress. My husband and I both thought the bed was too soft and didn’t sleep well all week. The WIFI just simply didn’t work 90% of the time. Should also note that we are both on the slim side. If you’re a bigger person, you might find the bathroom and shower a bit tight. The hot tubs are great and very clean. Breakfast was basic but good.

Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and breakfast is excellent! The hot tubs are a perfect complement to the skiing and are kept clean. The room was spacious (premium room) and the beds super comfortable. Relaxing lobby area with really good cafe. Located just next to ski bus pickup.

Good location, free breakfast which was excellent, staff were very friendly and happy to help out. Rooms were very large!
