Great location to explore Banff from
Pros:

Location, size of room and view, coffee shop, staff

Cons:

Bed to small for us and pillows flat. Its a nice place but it’s showing some signs of aging furniture via damage

Pros:

Rooms were a good size, very comfortable and functional. Bed was really comfortable and quality linen. Breakfast was surprisingly good and catered for all our needs. There is a coffee shop in the lobby which is exceptional and people come from all around the area to get there coffee and hot chocolate. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome stay in Banff Aspen Lodge with friendly staff
Pros:

The design was very modern and good-looking. The room had a divider which was a unique design. It divided the bedroom into 2 sections for more privacy.
The breakfast was very delicious. The servers, Susanna and Ady, were also very friendly and hospitable.
The front desk staff,especially Joel and Rodney, were very helpful and friendly.
I like that they have an enviromental initiative and a recycling bin in the room.

The Banff Aspen Lodge- 5 Star service in every way.
Pros:

I don't often write reviews but the hotel rooms were very comfortable and the amenities and staff were excellent.
The rate was also quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.
In addition, their staff did an excellent job helping us organize excursions.
The location is right on the main street and a short walk to many restaurants and the main shopping area.
It's not the flashiest hotel on the outside compared to others but we couldn't ask for more.
Thanks to all othe Banff Aspen lodge staff!!!

Really good
Pros:

We only had an economy room, but it was fine and being in the courtyard not only was quiet, but we were right by the steam room, sauna and hot tub.
Parking was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty average and the sauna not hot enough

A great hotel
Pros:

We were more than satisfied with Aspen Lodge.
The location, customer service (reception and breakfast) was very good.
Our room 313 was perfect for our needs with a good balcony view, super comfy bed and separate lounge area.
Don't let the appearance from the outside put you off.
We would come back again and recommend it to friends.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Superb hotel right on the main avenue. Buffet breakfast was included and there was always enough to choose from and it was regularly refreshed. There is an outside hot tub and sauna. Staff are friendly and helpful. A laundry room for guests that requires coins and a cafe in the main lobby. Lovely view from our room. Yes you can hear the train but I think you can hear the train anywhere in Banff.

Excellent hotel in Banff
Pros:

We love this property and stay here whenever we are in Banff. The staff are helpful the free breakfast is great and the location is very good.
