When we got here the staff was very friendly and helped us with any info we needed. The room depends, they're all nice but some are very small.

Ask about room size, some rooms are small
Ruime kamer met aparte zitkamer, vriendelijk personeel, ligging van het hotel
The room is spacious, location is perfect, had a good experience here. Will definitely come back again in the future!!!

Not being flexible with the earlier breakfast.
You need to buy a normal good coffee. At beeakfast it’s only the bad american coffee.
Good location. Quiet. Good breakfast included.
Nothing. Everything was good.
Very friendly staff, beautiful room, very clean and walking distance to all the amenities Banff has to offer.
Everything was great
I was only in Banff for about 34 hours, but had such a lovely welcome at Banff Aspen Lodge. My room was lovely and quiet, and I have to give a special shout-out to Anthony, who checked me in and convinced me to use my afternoon off to go up the gondola and walk the 2 km boardwalk at the top. It was so lovely! He was also just such a nice guy, and bade me a warm goodbye. Really nice vibe at this place. Nice lobby, coffee bar, good breakfast (delicious oatmeal!). I would totally stay here again.
Good Location, for Banff and outside sights.
Parking available and sizeable cars fit in carpark behind hotel, underground garage is tight.
Large room with two beds, but strange layout with bathroom and sinks between both beds with only a door for the bath and toilet not the sinks area.
Noisy. Neighbour hotel restaurant plays load music to 10pm on the outside eating area, even if it is cold and no one is ever eating outside. My 3rd floor room had some sort of fan running above the room 24/7, a constant hum.
Rooms are dated and need work. For example, sink taps sticky (hard to turn on/off), shower head needs replacement, general feeling of ‘this needs a bit of refurbishment’.
Breakfast room too small for hotel, and is a little chaotic. Limited choices, but the basics are there.
For the first time in a long while: at check-out I was *not* asked ‘how was your stay?’ - personally I think that is a bad sign even if normally they ignore the answer in any case
