Overpriced garbage hotel.
Pros:

Leaving.

Cons:

The hotel was like staying at an overpriced backpacker resort.
The rooms are incredibly small, the front door would not open all the way as it hit the bathroom wall!
We were then greeted by a ramp leading down to the room and the promised chairs and tables were non existent.
The car park is very small, as is the hot tub and sauna which were always full of backpackers.

The property's hot tub/sauna courtyard exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast room exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly (I wish I had brought cash to tip them). The food and selection were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

De hotpool was fantastisch en ook het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer lag zowat tegen de hotpool aan, waardoor je iedereen hoorde praten op de kamer. Heel gehorige kamer en je hoorde de waterleidingen van de bovengelegen kamers heel goed. Elke toiletgang of douchebeurt was luid en duidelijk te horen

Good stay for trip to Banff
Pros:

The breakfast was well stocked and the staff were efficient and courteous. We also enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Covered parking was available.

Cons:

The floor to our room was cold and we had some noise from occupants in adjacent rooms.

Pros:

Great location for the shuttle service to the mountains. Staff are fantastic, have a coffee shop in the lobby giving a great atmosphere. Rooms are great showers are huge. Fantastic value for money, cleanliness is spot on. You do get a little noise from the freight trains in the evening. Overall fantastic holiday and great hotel would highly recommend.

Our favourite hotel I think ever
Pros:

Perfect location. Close enough to town that you’re away from the hustle and bustle. A close walk to Louise and Sunshine shuttles. The buffet breakfast each morning was great, although it can get busy ski season. We loved our room, it was super spacious, dark and quiet. We heard hardly any noise from the street or people on the property, albeit we were on the top floor.. Rooms out in the atrium might experience noise? We loved our stay here and will 100% be back and recommending it to anyone visiting! Oh, and the front staff are fantastic, they are so friendly and helpful. Also the environment initiative is so good! We loved our free coffees.

The cafe in the lobby on weekends can get super busy
