AC broken flooded the carpet, room door would not close. Maintenance had to work on it for over an hour.
Adequate parking area and restaurant available all the time....
The room was crawling with ants and bugs. My coworker and I were comparing videos of different bugs we found crawling all over the room. At least three different types that I saw.
The airport shuttle was excellent from the airport and to the airport. The staff very nice and helpful. The room was very cleaned. They have nice coffee there. The Best hotel to stay

Clean room and friendly employees but there was a big water leak on the ceiling and the bathroom tiles were cracking
Tell staff to fix attitude
This hotel was not like a typical Hilton. Way more run down. The lobby furniture was so stained and gross you didn’t want to sit on it. There was hair in our bathtub and just looked like the dirt was built up in every corner. Gross.
Our room smelled terrible. There was not another room to move us to, so they offered to come “spray” the room, which they did not do. The carpets throughout the hotel are just plain gross. The furniture is outdated and worn. The coffee maker was not clean. I would never go back here.

Give credit to Chris, at front desk. Was polite and helpful. The rest of my stay was horrid. I booked hotel because it had a pool. Pool wasn't working. Had dinner at restaurant. It was horrible. Spicy shrimp appetizer was disgusting. Shrimp was deep fried bits and spicy sauce was vile mayo with no spice or flavor. Chicken on cobb salad was dry and hard and over cooked. Got bill and it was $93. For two apps two salads and 3 beers. Domestic beers were $10 each. I get that its an airport hotel but the food and the bill were vile and obscene. The bed was on a wooden platform and made noise every time you moved. Felt ripped off for what we paid for room.

Very nice place to stay when you have an early flight. Conveniently located near the rental car return and the airport. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great.
Charging for a basic breakfast is crazy. There was nothing fancy watery eggs nasty chicken sausage hard potatoes. Should have came with the room as much as I paid for the stay. Other then that the room was clean bathroom was ok two of my towels had not been changed out they smelled so I did not use them.
The room i had was large and spacious but smelled of old cigarette smoke. Not overpowering, but still you could smell it. Im allergic so i stayed congested all night. Also oddly enough, on the king bed normally there are 4 queen/standard pillows. This bed had 2 and then two small squarish pillows.
The facility was clean overall and the staff was friendly. It was outdated and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The mattresses were literally just put on top of pieces of plywood and were very obviously quite old.
My husband & I stay at this Hilton Garden at least once a year around the same time in August. Most times we do not have problems with this facility. This particular time, we ended up with a broken toilet seat after being repaired the day before & no maid service when asked 24 hrs in advance. Hotel staff wanting me to move to a different room after 11 o'clock at night due to the broken seat. Unacceptable!! Chris, the hotel staff member running the front desk gets 5 stars. As he tried to assist in the fixing of the toilet seat. Even allowing me to go into another room to see if a toilet seat could be removed from one room to ours for repair. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Maid service was not rendered after 24 hours. Unacceptable!!! That being said I was told we would receive a discount on our stay.
Good location near airport. Bed was awful- I think it was broken.
