Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Boston - Logan

Good option and decent price. Upon arrival we were asked if we had a preference which that was nice I think. The room was in good shape, good selection of channels and the fact that we could connect to Netflix was a plus. Overall we had a good experience.

Stayed here for one night on arrival into Boston Logan Airport. Hotel located on busy road so can be easy to miss entrance and have to do big u-turn if missed. Hotel does not offer breakfast but does have coffee. Room was nice and comfortable. Close to local restaurants and shops, including Walmart.

Turn in is off a divide

This is a terrible hotel, especially for the price I paid for this room, which was over $300 and that was after using $100 reward credit that I had. My husband and I checked in for one night. First, the room had a terrible smell - musty, damp. Someone from the front desk came up and offered to spray something but we didn’t want to risk that being worse. The room was handicapped accessible ( which we didn’t need) but set up poorly. The sink is outside of the bathroom, but there isn’t even a hook to hang a hand towel. There is a small metal shelf to put toiletries on but when my husband put his shaving kit on it, it came right out of the wall and broke. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim, it was hard to see. Terrible water pressure in the shower as well. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice, hence the two stars. I would never stay here again- my husband said that even if they offered us a free night here, he would never come back!

Rooms were clean we didn’t spend much time there only to sleep. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.There was a lot of noise from the high traffic on the main road(our room was located near the road).

Red Roof Inn Boston-Logan is a great hotel. The hotel is modern, the grounds are pristine, and the room is clean. The hostess was nice, provided the hotel info, and gave us a choice of the room’s floor and we chose 1 because we didn’t want to lug our bags to a higher floor. Usually the bottom floor is noisy from people walking above but it was very quiet. The bathroom sink was in the room which sounds weird but it was convenient when someone is showering and you need to get ready. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice chair and desk. There was 3 HBO channels and free wi-fi. The stay here was delightful I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, welcoming staff. The parking lot had a lot of trash blowing around and we had some rowdy neighbors across the hall.

Checking in was perfect and very friendly, after two nights shift work in hospital, I asked a late checkout and willing to pay late check out fee $40, just asked for one more hour stay to get enough sleep for next night shift work, the front desk lady told me exactly no exception for only one more hour stay even I already agree to pay extra $40. The way she talked to me like a cold rude robot, definitely she is not the person who fit for hotel service.

Lawn had been landscaped with seed. Short term problem.

a little noisy and not the cleanest but parking was easy and very convenient. Our TV would not turn on which was a bummer because we got this hotel to relax after a red eye flight.

Very clean room. The gift pack at check in was a nice surprise!

Everything was a-ok

The property was very dirty, the mattresses are heavily stained and uncleaned there was a dead bed bug and the overall room was dirty there was crumbs on the mattress itself that was left over.

It’s ok for a short trip.
