It was great! It was the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Staff were extremely friendly!
Pros:

The area is very convenient for me to travel back and forth from my family in Lynn and my family in Boston.

Cons:

They weren’t able to provide a cot for my autistic son. He was having trouble sharing a bed with his little brother and needed his own. I had to share my bed with him to make him comfortable.

Overall, it wasn’t the most pleasant stay out of the many hotels we’ve stayed in.
Pros:

Front desk lady was very nice. We went to our room. We went to the room (311?). Next door was a woman with two dogs. We understood that the hotel is pet friendly, however, my husband has allergies. We switched to room 302. There was an adjoining door with room 301. The place where the lock was supposed to be was stuffed with paper. We wanted to switch rooms but the front desk person informed us that the hotel was sold out. We didn’t feel safe so we pushed the dresser in front of the door. From the looks of that door that condition wasn’t recent. We had two very restless nights because we were so nervous.

Good but could have been much better
Pros:

I liked the room, it was clean and modern.

Cons:

The Latina lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice. She didn’t seem willing to help, and her attitude was really strange. It felt like she just didn’t want to work.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Air con was great, double double room, so lots of space. Clean, everything thought of in terms of facilities.
Would def return.
East to find.

Cons:

It’s on a main road, which could be noisy but was not that bad & would certainly not put me off staying.

The room value shoulda been under $100.
Pros:

It needs a remodel badly. Lobby very small and room didn’t have enough bath towels. But it was very clean for the value.

Room was Ground floor, limited parking and distance from Boston city.
