The staff was incredibly caring and friendly, and took care of everything we asked for. The room was spacious, tidy and well equipped. The hotel's location was perfect. We will definitely return!

Promising hotel in great location somewhat let down by service and lack of attention to detail
Pros:

Nice view from the balcony. Most of the reception staff provided good service and were friendly. The room was spacious and the balcony was lovely. Great location.

Cons:

The service from some of the staff was slow and inconsistent. Housekeeping was hit or miss, forgetting to provide new glasses and toilet paper. On one occasion, I went down to reception in the evening to ask for fresh glasses, they directed me to the bar where the bartender was slicing ham. There was no one else at the bar. Despite acknowledging my request, and fresh glasses being right there, he proceeded to slice ham for up to 3 or 4 minutes. The hotel prides itself on taking care of the little details (they even have this written). Clearly that wasn't the case during my stay. There is only 1 bin in the room, and that's in the bathroom, and only has a small round hole. The Booking.com description says there is a desk and the pictures show it. There isn't.

Pros:

Location is perfect close to everything on Old Town but still convenient access to everywhere. Minimalistic elegance , elevated experience for the discerning traveler. Layout and technology in rooms is excellent. Breakfast was high quality and worth the expense.

Cons:

Some stains in the corridor carpet, but other than that the facilities are excellent.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann Prag zu Fuß erkunden.
Das Früstück war einmalig. Alles frisch, nicht überladen aber alles da, immer alles ordentlich. Vor Ort gebackenes Brot und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Selten so tolles Frühstück gesehen weder in der 4 noch 5 Sterne Kategorie und immer alles sauber.
Hatte während meines Aufenthalts Geburtstag und bekam einen Kuchen mit ganz lieben Grüßen auf mein Zimmer😊.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein👏

Mir persönlich, war eine Woche dort, fehlte Platz für meine Kleidung.

Pros:

Great location - close to the center but quiet, thoughtful design of small details in the room - Comfortable bed. Exceptional (although pricey was worth it) breakfast. Free minibar refills.
