Perfectly adequate clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet location.
Pros:

This hotel was clean and comfortable - our first stop on a Canada tour holiday. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, offering a free 3 day bus pass to take us into town and save the 1 mile walk. Being aways from the town centre meant it was fairly quiet. The bar was OK but did not display any information about what offers were in the 'happy hour'. We discovered that these changed daily and were very limited. Breakfast was very average and we sometimes had to sit outside as there weren't enough inside tables for all the guests.

Fairly convenient location. Comfortable room. Nice underground garage. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Our room had poor lighting. We had a kitchenette but the lighting in the kitchen area was essentially nonexistent. The rest of the room was on the dark side also.

Lovely Lodge close to downtown Banff
Pros:

Lovely Lodge in Banff, a mile or so walk into the downtown area. Reception staff provided free bus passes for our stay, with a stop a few minutes walk. Hotel breakfast was buffet style. Beautiful town, great choice of restaurants locally and the people made visitors very welcome.

Nulla il particolare, è un hotel molto al di sotto delle aspettative tenuto conto del costo alquanto elevato. Il giudizio complessivo di questa struttura è molto sopravvalutato.

Cons:

In generale ho trovato la struttura di un livello mediocre / appena accettabile per arredo, servizi, qualità della colazione, empatia del personale. La valutazione in particolare tiene conto del costo elevato rispetto alla qualità che determina un basso rapporto prezzo / qualità.

Soggiorno piacevole in un lodge davvero carino
Pros:

Struttura accogliente , pulita e vicina al centro , peccato siamo rimasti troppo poco per godercela a pieno

Cons:

Bagno piccolo e senza la doccetta rimovibile per chi non deve fare lo shampoo ad ogni doccia

Zu teuer, für das was man erhält!
Pros:

Die Lodge sieht schön aus, in Banff gibt es allerdings unzählige Lodges. Die Möglichkeit ab 16 Uhr süßes zu grillen ist toll.

Cons:

Für das was es gekostet hat, viel zu teuer. Es ist halt ein Touristenort. Keine Bademäntel, obwohl es Whirlpool und Sauna gibt. Wasserqualität lässt zu wünschen über. Sehr mageres Frühstück. Keine Wurst oder keinen Käse, jeden Tag das Gleiche. Billige Säfte aus Plastikbechern. Man merkt, dass das Hotel auf Reisebusse ausgelegt ist wo schnell wieder gehen. Zur Ortsmitte sehr weit. Das Hauptbild mit Blick auf den Berg entspricht leider nicht der Realität. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen!
