Pros:

Lit très confortable, établissement tranquille. Bel emplacement.

Cons:

Déjeuner très ordinaire. Aucun fruit frais, nourriture tiède.
La vaisselle sale qui traîne sur les tables.
Pas d'eau assez chaude pour un bain, à peine tiède.
Décevant pour le prix payé pour cet hôtel.

Pros:

Great hotel, nice lobby with many board games for the whole family, lovely spa, comfortable and clean rooms. You can get to Banff downtown via bas using a free pass you get from the hotel.

Overall it was a nice place to stay in Banff. It’s on the south edge of town, so we got in alot of steps walking to town
Pros:

The bed was comfortable with a spacious room. The breckfast was delicious especially the fresh pancakes, berries and whip cream. The hot tub and cold dunk was great!

Cons:

The sauna had no rocks to throw steam on. We enjoy a traditional sauna that has steam.

Overall we had a good stay.
Pros:

We love the cleanliness of the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to all the tourist spots.

Cons:

We stayed here for 6 nights but the breakfast food is always the same every day. I wish the hotel could change up the breakfast menu a little bit.
