Personnel gentils
Sal dans la douche...poils...
The hot tubs and cold plunge
And hot breaky
The eggs were pretty gross
My bed was lumpy and not very comfy
Moderne, lässige Atmosphäre und Einrichtung. Sehr freundliches Personal!
It was really cozy, the rooms had a great view of the mountains and the facilities were very well maintained.
Naturally, everyone wanted a go at the two hot tubs available and most people would stay in there for a really long time, limiting the options for the rest of the guests.
Friendly and helpful staff
Nothing to complain about
Beds were comfortable.
No sleep- Very noisy until late at night. Spas, although stating only 4 at a time and no eating, had 10 people packed in each, some eating pizzas and drinking from glass containers. Even people smoking while talking to friends in spa. Appeared to be no staff supervision. Seems to be no time limit for guests and no consideration for others wanting to use facilities. When due to noise we asked to be moved we were told we weren’t the only people complaining. We were moved to another room overlooking the spa area where the noise was no better. Breakfast was disgusting. Besides being very limited and tasteless (pork sausages, scrambled eggs and potato cubes only hot food), the pastries were stale, plates were dirty and the food which had food on it was trampled in by both guests and staff. In 5 nights we ate there once but pasted by each morning witnessing our experience was not a one off. This is a glorified Youth Hostel with a nightly frat party onsite. So disappointing. Plenty of the better options closer to town who don’t have rooms on top of spa area.
I really enjoy their breakfast. Very complete with lots of options.
Bedding wasn’t my favourite not as fluffy and comfy. I requested a late check out and they denied it very abruptly. They are also now charging $20 to park in the property when a year ago that was not the case.
First on the ski bus pick up schedule is nice, fair breakfast, nice facilities
At the edge of town, so you need to walk to most any restaurants or bars. Small hot tub often crowded.
Lovely friendly helpful staff . Bedroom a good size and facilities good. Ski bus stop literally outside the door.
Internal bedroom window overlooked the hot tub area so noise from there when we wanted to rest .
The breakfast was poor - not many options and the egg tasted like they’d been powdered and made up / hydrate on the day. Maybe some pastries would be good please.
So cozy, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast! Excellent facilities
Loved it all! It is on the out skirt of town, so made for a long walk to town, but honestly needed to walk after eating all the yummy food in town.
Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful. Would have loved some plain yogurt as an option. Nice to be one of the first shuttle stops to the ski areas.
It would have been nice to have an opaque privacy curtain for the window given that we were right next to a building with windows (rm 312). There was only a blackout curtain and the lighting in the room wasn’t great.
