We spent two nights at this wonderful place and everything was perfect. A very pleasant stay and every staff member seemed to love their jobs. A very pleasant atmosphere for guests.
-We are dog lovers but one couple had two dogs that barked constantly when in lobby and eating areas.
-Price was rather high but probably the going rate in a beautiful and pleasant town.
Beautiful!! Very clean and comfortable and great vibes and LOVE the outdoor hot tubs and cold plunge and spa! Smokeless fire pit and Smores at night and overall so so so great. Perfect!
The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast, happy hour and evening smores make it a pleasant addition to the hotel stay. The location of the hotel is outside of the Banff downtown away for the crowds but still easy enough to walk to downtown in 10 to 15 min.
We were four of us and had a room with two beds and the AC unit was right near one bed. So the person sleeping near the AC had to use a blanket because it was cold in that spot. The AC also had some issues where we could not keep the fan on all the time without running the cold air.

The hotel was a great distance from downtown. The free breakfast was wonderful for the early days.
It is still a pricier property for the area.
The hotel is a bit further from the downtown, about a mile. However, location gives an advantage to find free stree parking. Also, it gives an experience of local Banff than crowded downtown area. The hotel exterior and interior are very well maintained and gives the luxury vibe. Our room was quite spacious. Bathroom shower was extremely good, Bed was comfy enough to get a really good sleep. Front desk staff was very courteous. Jade even gave us some tips about things to see.
Although I missed omlette, overall, breakfast was great with many choices.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
Hotel room was amazing and comfortable. I appreciated the sheets and the rooms being tended to each day.
Admontites such as hot tub area, fire pit, patio chairs and cocoon chairs were fantastic to use during the duration of stay.
I appreciated Front Desk/Manager(?) Daniel for helping me with check in and saw that I was waiting to be helped. His sense of initiative and customer service was appreciated and well-noticed.
Breakfast was alright. It would have been nice to see some other options at the breakfast bar. The juice section should be located where coffee and tea are. It's also by the cafe where people could be more inclined and in the same vicinity as the coffee/bar shop. It would also give you more options and/or ways to lay out breakfast items.
Modern, bright, very clean hotel and just 15 min walk to the centre of Banff. Great location.
While staff were professional and friendly they could be abrupt. The lady that operates the bar was rude at times. Closed up 40 mins early one night with no notice and refused to serve customer ahead of me.
Breakfast and the beddings
Hot tub too small. I was not able to use it during the time I want to because a lot of people are using it.
The rooms are fantastic, breakfast is average great views close to tour pick place.
A fair distance from town centre but they gave us a bus pass.
