We loved it for our family and would stay again!
Pros:

We loved the hot tubs and cold plunge. We loved our rooms. We loved the lobby games and staff and fitness center. We loved the parking garage. We loved the staff, especially the cleaning crew. We loved the price.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been better. They needed fresh fruit and better cooked eggs and sausage.

Decent and clean. Nice staff at the main desk.
Pros:

It’s a basic hotel, but clean and crisp. Lots of little extras like smores, cucumber water, candies. Appreciated a mini bottle of wine and chocolates which may have been for my birthday? Not sure if that is standard.

Cons:

Breakfast got tired and same old after 3 days. Breakfast staff were “just doing their job”. They were helpful but not overly friendly

Lovely hotel
Pros:

A seriously nice hotel and the room ample big enough. Comfortable beds and almost all that you need (see my negative comments). Breakfast was lovely and hot too! Provision of fitness room, hot tubs and cold plunge and sauna all added to a positive rating. They even provided s'mores on an evening! For us being placed at the quieter end of town was ideal, even though it meant a long walk or short drive in for anything we wanted.
The option of parking in the back street was absolutely fine cos it was free. Maybe an issue finding a space in summer but out of season it saves $19 a night to park in the hotel underground spaces.

Cons:

We took issue over one small thing, but to us very important. How can a good calibre hotel provide hot tubs, saunas, free s'mores, bottomless coffee pot with nice breakfast and yet try to charge for one herbal tea bags. Ridiculous! My wife cannot drink black tea or coffee therefore when we pay for a room and the service of a hotel why can't we have a suitable drink provided for her without having to pay. It is actually a serious incitement on the organisation of the hotel rather than the staff who are only following their regulations. Ridiculous !

A great place to stay in Banff.
Pros:

I loved this hotel. Nice, friendly, charming, great rooms, cosy bathroom, great hot tubs with a Mountain View, free parking in the street behind the hotel. Many restaurants a short walk down the road as this hotel is close to one end of town. We ate in Chilis, Old Spaghetti Factory, The Keg, and had flatbreads in the hotel, all of which were great. Nice toiletries to use, hot, cold & ambient water machines around to use. The gym is small but very good. Overall a great stay. Don’t forget your park pass!

Best nights accomodation I’ve ever had and I have travelled around the world
Pros:

Unbelievable customer service-we were treated like family by the staff especially mignon who upgraded our room to a huge apartment and then helped us with tickets to get the bus to the gondola. Just amazing kindness and generosity. Loved all the features and we will be coming back and making sure all our friends know about this place.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. They even gave us free smores!!!!
