We didcheck in nor stay there. We expect a full refund.

We weren't able to stay there because they didn't have electricity

Cons:

There wasn't any electricity at the hotel when we attempted to check in. We were therefore unable to stay there. We were informed that they hadn't had power for 3 hours.

Not my best Holiday Inn Experience. I’d choose another hotel next visit to the area.
Pros:

Location to hospital at ISU.

Cons:

Housekeeping came up short: no washcloths, 1/2 roll bathing suits tissue, lavatory lid was quite loose.

Website says 3:00 check in. Came to the Hotel around 2:50 to ge told my room was not ready and check in was at 4!

For the facilities, it should have been a cheaper one night stay.
Pros:

It wasn’t far from the venue/event we were going to.

Cons:

Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 2:48pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 30-45 minutes. The initial room that we booked was sold out so they gave us an “upgraded” room for free, which was nice of them to do.

Pros:

The room was fine. The location was a convivence on where I had to travel that day.

Cons:

Better breakfast variety. Make sure the food is served at the appropriate time never know if your guest has to take medication with food .
