This place was everything I needed and more.
Pros:

Everything, clean, towels, kitchen station, close to redturants, quiet.

Cons:

The only thing is the mattresses in room 124 should be replaced.

Facility and area not nice but staff very kind and bed very comfortable.
Pros:

The person at the check in counter was so patient and helpful. The kitchen crew was so kind.

Cons:

The ice machines didn’t work.
Breakfast had no supplies not even napkins.
The rooms are very old and our dark blind had lots of holes.

Staff were ok.

Cons:

We could hear every sound the room above us made and they were noisy all night long. Sounds from the hallway also carried. There were not enough towels in the room. The phone in the room did not work so we couldn't call the front desk. Neighborhood did not seem safe.

Not the cleanest and would hav loved for the bed to be remade for our second night stay. No fresh towels for second day- had to go ask for clean towels. Toilet paper not restocked. Could have left extra roll in room since rolls were almost empty when we got there.

Staff was rude when i tried to check in
My email confirmation said check in was at 3pm i arrived at 230 she snapped at me saying checking in was at 4 i said ok but my email confirmation says 3pm. She said well thats clearly a lie and walked away
Then in the morning went to breakfast and the person working the food was horrible there was no milk and when asked he said well what do you want mento do about it? No eggs didnt even say if he was making more.
They lady at the check out was a delight

Great time
Pros:

When I arrive at the Holiday Inn express Ohio Expo Center the front desk staff greeted me with respect and a great smile. They explained the check-inprocess to me. They explained what time breakfast started. The property looked great I was walking down the hallway and a staff member named Shavon showed me my room.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Planned a trip going through Colombus during the holidays and stopped here. Great service, clean and friendly. The front desk was especially helpfully in getting us in and out smoothly. Terrill was great to work with, we will be back in April!

Clean rooms, possibly sketchy area
Pros:

Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The 4/5 would be for the surrounding area. The hotel was in a sketchy part of Columbus and we didn’t feel super safe in the evenings.
