Ideal, central location in Chicago Loop - minimum service
Pros:

The location is ideal, very central and close to many attractions.
The staff in the reception/lobby was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

It was very small for 4 people in the suite, not ideal for the price paid.
They didn't clean our room while we were there and 2-3 times we had to ask for towels and toilet paper because there was never enough for four people. By the time we left we also had our garbage overflowing because they didn't come to clean it. Again, it was ok just not reflective of the price paid.
I had made a reservation for 2 rooms since we had 6 people in our travel group and the accommodations were not met for the other hotel reservation.

Boa localização, com bela vista.
Pros:

O quarto é antigo, com mobiliário antigo e faltando manutenção. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. O colchão era muito mole. A ducha do chuveiro era muito boa. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização é excelente. O hotel disponibiliza máquinas de lavar e secar roupas, o que é muito útil, para quem está fazendo viagem longa.

Cons:

Não gostei do quarto, por estar precisando de reforma, nem da cama, em razão de o colchão ser muito mole.

Liked the hotel but I wouldn't stay there again unless the rate was a lot lower.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The location was great.

Cons:

The rate. The room was tiny. I was gouged because it was Chicago Marathon weekend. Insane nightly rate.

Cons:

Varem pagar el total amb 4 targetes, cadascun de les 4 persones el seu import. Al’hora de pagar varen cobrar un import superior, a 2 de les 4 targetes, errors que s’han d’abonar, avui encara no hem rebut l’abonament a la targeta.
Tampoc hem rebut l’import de les fiances cobrades a cada targeta. La resposta del hotel es que ells han fet els abonament es i que contactem amb el nostre banc

Great Location in the heart of Downtown and Most Affordable I found for Private Room
Pros:

Location 10/10: great location in Downtown. Lots of Downtown tourist sites are just walking distance esp the cloud gate / millennium park. Hotel is right across Hotel and fronting Chicago River, near the Dusable bridge. Right beside London House and Hello Kitty Cafe.

STAFFS 10/10: They are kind & having the heart to make the stay of guests a nice experience

COMFORT 8/10: Quiet but for some reason in my room, I hear the fronting other door whenever someone is talking outside my door and entering their room, I sleep in the morning and my sleep gets interrupted a bit. Other than that, it’s very comfortable, with big bed. Complete with everything I need, fridge, microwave, kitchen, iron, blower, table, hangers, bedside light switch and socket, lamp.

CLEANLINESS 10/10: All clean with regular daily house keeping

FACILITIES: 10/10: It has a free laundry (self service automatic machine with detergent included) and purified water dispenser (with bottled) for every floor.

VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: the most affordable private room I found in Downtown at the time of my booking

Wifi 10/10 : stable

Cons:

I stayed 7 nights, I only had great experiences except for that one mentioned above, I hear when someone is talking right outside my room

EXCELLENT STAY IN THE CENTRE OF CHICAGO
Pros:

In the centre of everything in Chicago.
Everything is walkable . River walk , Giordianos , Nutella cafe in fact everything. Shops , malls all walkable . Just opposite the TRUMP towers .

Excelente ubicacion
El personal es muy amable y predispuesto a resolver tus inquietudes
En la suite hay heladera, cafetera de capsulas y microondas
Tambien en el 2do.piso hay una maquina grande de cafe a dispisicion sin costo alguno
Hay dispenser de agua fria y botellas reutilizables en cada piso
Ademas de un dispenser de hielo en el piso 9

El sofa cama tenia un colchon.un poco.fino

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en el corazón del centro de la ciudad. Cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas, que quedan a unos pasos, sin necesidad de tomar transporte público.
