Really a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4

Cons:

Room. Staff at front desk (except for Leo, he tried to help us) many things were "off". Worst was the sofa bed. When opened to use, it still had dirty sheets inside. The bed was completely un-usable. Roll away bed just as bad. For $400+ a night will never go back or recommend.

Chicago break.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Walking distance to most places.
Check in was easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was good with an excellent view.
Bed very comfortable. Enough space for both of us.
Bathroom well equipped and shower good.
Breakfast was next door and very good. A good choice of things to have.

Cons:

The lift was sometimes a bit slow.

Pros:

Очень классное расположение отеля. Самый центр и очень красиво вокруг. Понравилось все. В номере есть все необходимое( холодильник, утюг, микроволновая печь). Просторный номер, удобная кровать. Рядом с отелем есть хороший ресторан( соседнее здание)

Cons:

В час пик долгое ожидание лифтов

Der Service war gut und das Hotel selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig - keine vier Sterne mehr.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und höflich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man direkt beim Fluss sein will. Wenn man Glück hat und ein Zimmer mit Flusssicht bekommt, lohnt es sich aufgrund der Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Farbe kam bei den Fenster herunter / ist abgeblättert. Die Fenster sind nicht sehr dicht, deswegen hört man den Verkehr egal in welchem Stockwerk man ist. Die Böden könnten eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen und sind leider nicht mehr sehr sauber.
Weiters war es trotz ohne Klimaanlage noch sehr kalt.
Als wir ins Zimmer kamen war auch der Bettwäsche noch eine Lippenstift und am Fenster waren Spinnweben und das Fenster hatte Dixo auf der Innenseite, dazu roch es sehr stark nach Chlor und es gab keine Klobürste.

The view. They gave us a room on the 21st floor on the river side. Couldn't be better!

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but rather gives you a voucher for the restaurant next door.

Pros:

Location was decent for where I needed to be.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and wifi connection was pretty bad as well as the view from my window. Staff were very nice though.
