Most pleasant stay!
Pros:

Surprised at ho much I enjoyed and loved staying at The River Hotel by Club Quarters. A mix of old school charm infused with modernity. Staff was friendly and helpful. Instead of a buffet breakfast, was given a voucher for meals which I could have at the restaurant next door, which I appreciated. Room was small, but I reckon that's just how it is in Chicago? Like New York? Nevertheless, room was compact and clean. Bed was comfy. Shower amenities were great. Location is unbeatable. Right on the river and surrounded by lots of food options, and theaters.

Fabulous location in the Loop!
Pros:

Phenomenal location! Bed was so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here. Only negative was the wait for one of the two elevators can be a little long when you are on the upper floors.

Location, complimentary laundry, Coffee/Latte machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had an issue with my refrigerator in the room, hopefully the staff took care of it. My eye drops hung in there 😀
