Pros:

My husband and I were visiting Chicago from Atlanta. I was very pleased with both our hotel and the city itself. The concierge, Liz, was very friendly, kind, professional, and informative. This hotel is prime location for a first time visit to Chicago. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit.

Great hotel with awesome location and helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was optimal; we were right in the middle of everything. The staff was also very helpful with any questions we had about the hotel or the city in general.

Hotel is fine, but I'd like to try another room away from elevator shaft next time.
Pros:

Location, no street noise.

Cons:

Elevator shaft right next to my room, fairly loud noise elevator going up and down. As seasoned traveler, I bring earplugs everywhere and am trained to use them. Definitely ask about your room location if you're noise-sensitive.

Great staff!
Pros:

Very helpful staff! They anticipated and accommodated our needs. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was great walking distance to Neaderlander Theater, lots of great restaurants, and shops.

La ubicación es lo mejor. La vista desde la habitación es genial. Desde el hotel, es fácil de llegar a cualquier lugar.
Las camas son comodísimas.
El servicio de café es muy accesible.
El personal de Front desk es muy amable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan un cambio de alfombra, se ve muy desgastada y no da el mejor aspecto. El resto de mobiliario está en buen estado.

Hace falta un lobby bar o cafetería.

The best hotel and staff in Chicago~*
Pros:

I and my niece stayed in River Hotel for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay with the best river view room. Our room was very cozy and clean. The location of hotel is perfect and very convenient. It's beside the Riverwalk. Also staff is very friendly, respectable, helpful and kind, especially Pedro. Special thanks to Pedro. He gave us the best river view room and unforgettable memories. I would stay in this hotel again.

Ubicación inmejorable en el centro de Chicago. La habitación tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, check-in y check-out muy rápido y práctico, disponen de café y agua ilimitada de forma gratuita y Ronnie, el recepcionista, una persona encantadora que se nota que disfruta de su trabajo! ¡Si quieres visitar el centro de Chicago, no puedo pensar en un alojamiento mejor!
