L emplacement remarquable et le personnel très efficace (notamment avec le soutien de l AI sur what’s apps)
L hôtel est un bâtiment classé ancien très beau mais les chambres sont au standard ancien ; surtout le mobilier (et notamment le canapé !) date des années 70 et est très abîmé … le lit est par ailleurs petit (140 cm) pour les USA … comme quand j y suis allée les 3 nuits étaient à 1600 usd c était franchement un mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The staff at the reception were exceptional! Pedro and his team were incredibly helpful. Best location in town.
Very outdated. Rooms,switches, carpets. Single glazed windows- constant noise from the street, and incredibly thin walls with no sound insulation, so you can hear your neighbours every single word.
Our room was wonderful. It's definitely worth paying extra for a good view as it's the best view in Chicago!

The first room we were given was on the second to top floor and it was tiny- not what we'd paid for - so I had a word at reception and the guy couldn't have been more helpful and upgraded us to a wonderful room!

The room was outstanding. Great location and value in offseason. did not know about the lounge on the second floor until the following day. The eight snacks offered in the room nuts,etc. will cost $9. each if you open them. If you take the toiletries or even use them apparently you will be charged for them . You could potentially add a$100. to your bill.
Location, staff, gym, free self-serve laundry, free all types of coffee, americano, latte, hot steamed milk, etc…, machine in lounge area, and in-room nespresso, and storing bags was a plus.
Next time I was told I need to ask for a room with a view.
