Always Wonderful
Pros:

Location is wonderful. It is within walking distance of downtown Chicago attractions. Also, it’s right on the Riverwalk! It is great value for downtown Chicago.

Pros:

Just what I needed. Walking distance from everything downtown. On the 2nd floor is a coffee maker, cuppaccino, etc, for guests to help themselves to; that made my day as I never ran out of caffeine. Overall, A really great hotel, great staff, and a place I will ceratinly og back to.

My stay was welcoming and convenient for a last minute booking

Great place to stay for a quick visit!
Pros:

The location was right downtown. I walked everywhere I wanted to go with the exception of needing to take an über to a concert venue about ten miles away. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had. The room was cozy and had all I needed for the short two nights I as there.

Cons:

I loved everything. I guess if someone wanted to park closer or they needed breakfast at the hotel then they should look elsewhere, but I had zero problem with anything.

C’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet établissement, et si je devais revenir à Chicago, je choisirai le même. L’emplacement est parfait. L’hôtel a une très belle vue sur la rivière, j’ai la chance d’avoir eu vu sur la rivière les deux fois. Le lit est très confortable et la température est parfaite.

Cons:

Le personnel de chambre ne refait pas le lit systématiquement, il se contentent de remettre du papier toilette et de vider les poubelles.
