Breakfast was good and room was clean and OK
We were put in a room near famlies, and they were constantly going in and out of the doors at crazy hours. Someone was opening and closing doors at 1:30 in the morning, was rediculous. If I stay there again I would ask to be put in a room by business people.

Cost of queen room
The property is undergoing renovation work that makes 2 out of three elevators unavailable. This made getting our luggage to the car difficult.
Hotel is under renovation so the rooms in the location I wanted were not available.

Possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had; I would have left for another location but I had used World of Hyatt points on the booking. I wasn't told in advance that the hotel was in the midst of a refurbishment. A bit of surprise when there was no water for two days and no hot water on a third day. The gym was closed the entire time. You'd think they would offer some sort of discount. Nope! OK, bad timing but the updates they are doing are cheap. The furniture and fixtures are poor quality and the new paint and wallpaper just accentuates the beat up baseboards and casings. The staff seemed totally indifferent to all of the issues.
WE had an amazing experience because of Jade, your front desk agent and Michelle, your manager. They helped make our stay one of the very best we have ever had. Their smiles nd positive attitudes towards our needs made the experience better than ever. I would recommend this hotel, especially, because of their excellent customer service.
