Mold and Rust?
Pros:

Worst shower conditions I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. Shower and bathroom not the cleanest/need renovating. Even if it was cleaned by staff, there is visible mold and rust. Made me feel uneasy about showering. Luckily I had an old pair of flip flops with me to wear inside the shower.

On a positive note, front of house staff very nice and helpful. Especially Joseph when I checked in.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff appeared indifferent, customer service felt inconsistent and preferential toward certain guests. Additionally, when addressing my concerns, Janet, the General Manager, repeatedly interrupted me, making it difficult to fully express my experience. It felt as though excuses were made rather than accountability taken.

Overall, I did not feel valued as a guest at Hyatt House Cypress and will not be recommending this property to anyone.

Was OK but not sure I would stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was good and room was clean and OK

Cons:

We were put in a room near famlies, and they were constantly going in and out of the doors at crazy hours. Someone was opening and closing doors at 1:30 in the morning, was rediculous. If I stay there again I would ask to be put in a room by business people.

Active construction-do not stay here!
Pros:

Active construction site! Do not stay here unless you like being woken up at 6:30am every morning by construction noise, enjoy seeing construction mess in the hallways and elevators (only 1 working elevator by the way) and not having a gym. Hotel did not communicate anything about before I showed up for check in.
