The breakfast was great and location was nice.

First, The service was okay, the front desk seemed like to help, but it didn't really meet the guest's needs in a professional manner.
Secondly,
I barely slept due to the people upstairs were noisy after 12:00am until 5:00am. I couldn't bare until 5am, then the phone couldn't go through, even I tested to call myself. The soundproofing was really poor, it made me think about the room they original sent to me it wasn't my expected and required room, which should 3rd the highest floor, not in the middle. So, that indirectly caused my horrible night.
Then I went to breakfast as soon as it opened and left immediately afterward.
I've been satisfied Hyatt and this was my first time to feel very disappointment and didn't worth my cost.
Great stay with family. We have four kids, 11 yr, 3 yr, 1.5yr and 3 month old baby. Staff was accommodating and the lobby and suite exceeded expectations
Every thing
clean room
I was recognized and got room upgrade as a globalist. It is a nice hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was clean but there was a musty smell when entering the room. The pool and the outdoor areas are nice, with a fire pit. I will not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.
Great staff, very clean room, good value for money. Nicely maintained.

Breakfast
One elevator broken, Restaurant closed up
Best Hyatt House ever. I have stayed at several over the last few years and this one stood out as the best I have stayed at. Not because of one factor, but because everything was excellent.
The breakfast is delicious, the place is very clean and everything is very organized ,rooms are very clean
Breakfast is great!
Room was perfectly configured for our family of four. Clean facilities.
Seems excessive to charge for parking.
This is an extended stay hotel--practical, apartment style and not a luxury facility. The hotel went through a major renovation in 2014 and the rooms are clean, spacious, has up to date technology. Kitchen facilities are clean with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and has minimal place settings, cups, and pots/pans. The layout in my room was very good--separate bedroom, living area with couch, ample lighting, HDTV. Separate HDTV in bedroom.
This hotel is located in a corporate park and there are not many restaurants or shops that are within walking distance of the facility. So a car is essential if you want to get around. Their website promotes its proximity to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Seal Beach, etc. but it is important to note that there are other hotels closer to those attractions with more amenities nearby. The trade-off of course, the hotel rates there are probably a lot higher. So its a trade-off you have to assess based on your budget and preferences.
