Tinha algum inseto que me mordeu na cama e as janelas sujas e muito velhas!
Location to station and town.
Not at all impressed with the staff - no
hospitality skills at all . Worst we found in all our travels in UK.
Convenient location for walking to restaurants, the river and sites.
The window didn't open.
Excellent location particularly for the train and bus station.
Tied bedrooms. Some grumpy senior main line staff.
Not a warm welcome. Extra charge if you want a cooked breakfast.
Continental breakfast mediocre.
Emplacement idéal
Bruyant au petit matin (à côté de la gare)
The communal areas were grand.
The rooms were very tired, more than the age of the building warranted.
There were a mix of staff on reception with the younger members offering a warm welcome but there were others who's welcome was non existent.
The bar staff were led by a manager for whom everything was too much bother .
Breakfast was included but you had to pay extra for cooked breakfast. The quality was okay but the fruit salad being out of a tin sums the place up.
The old world charm of the Hotel, right next door to the train station, we will return one day
Nothing to dislike
Location for train traveller Is excellent.
Room was good.
Breakfast is grossly overpriced at £22.
The location was perfect. The entrance to the hotel and reception area is lovely.
The hotel rooms would benefit from some updating.
The hotel location and public areas were good. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of options and a coffee machine. We loved the historical aspects of the hotel and traditional decoration & furnishings.
Our room decor was a bit tired.
Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal ist freundlich.
Hotel ist sanierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten eher unbequem und die Kissen steinhart.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is excellent being right beside the station
Although the rooms look like they've been decorated since my last visit and everything is clean, being an old building fixtures like the windows and bathroom fitments are past their best and could do with an overhaul.
Location
Very tired looking hotel - felt dirty and in much need of money spent on it.
The location
Rooms are dated
Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great location in center of town next to train station. Stunning Victorian era lobby.
