Great location, a little dated, but more than anything charmingly historic.
Pros:

The location was close to a lot and I loved that it was very close to the train station (attached).
The lobby was beautiful.

They re-booked us in a cheaper hotel across town with no compensation

Hotel we ended up in (NOT this one) was ok, but inconvenient located.

Cons:

We picked this hotel specifically for the location. At last minute we were re-booked into some other random hotel on the other side of town. The hotel we were re-booked into was ok, but less expensive than the one we originally booked and was quite a walk into town. No refund of the difference in the prices of the hotel we were re-booked into and the one we originally booked was offered or given. Very disappointing experience.

Bien pour 2 jours à Inverness
Pros:

emplacement parfait pour visiter
le hall de l'hôtel est magnifique
le personnel au petit déjeuner est très sympatique

Cons:

le barman est désagréable, ce n'est juste pas possible d'être comme cela quand on fait ce métier !!!!
les chambres ont sérieusement besoin d'une rénovation

Inverness was a favorite and this hotel a top stay!
Pros:

We were traveling by train, not car, so it was terrific! Lovely accommodation.

One night in Inverness
Pros:

My 2nd stay at this hotel. Extremely convenient for railway and bus stations. Friendly staff, nice, comfortable rooms. No reduction for a single traveller.
