Location good
The hotel is dated grubby shower doors off track overall run down
The bathroom had a water leak from the ceiling, so we were moved to another room.
The outside noise was horrendous so we didn't get an awful lot of sleep.
Disappointed with the amount of money for a room that we paid for.
Breakfast was not worth the money we paid for either.
Very good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ambience of the reception hall was beautiful
Rooms were small and needs refurbishing.
Was right next to train station , had everything we needed in room , plenty storage, comfy bed , small fridge, lovely breakfast, and nice staff.
The room was a bit tired and could have done with being repainted, new carpet , was very hot and
no air conditioning .
Run down
Location to train
Leider immer Teppichböden
The only positive I can say is we got a 50% refund.
There are 8 parking spaces for a hotel of over 80 rooms, was quite a trek to the recommended multistorey. If you book bed and breakfast it is only a continental buffet, if you want cooked it is an extra £10. Room was very dated and tired. We were on the 3rd floor and there was nothing to stop the window being open fully, there was a makeshift mechanism made from a screw and modified hinge to hold it up otherwise it would drop down and it was a heavy wooden framed window. The shower door was broken. Staff were rude, when we checked in we were not told where the lift or our room was or anything about breakfast. Outside our room for the entire stay was a trolley with towels and linen and a large ladder chained to the wall. Would not recommend at all.
Traditional, charming hotel.
Nothing. However, we felt that whilst we liked the decor, it would have improved it had it been painted ... a little tired in places.

The location was superb, and the feel of the hotel, and number of staff available at all times was very good indeed. There was very little noise transfer between tools, which were of a good size.
