As the old station hotel the location is good being based next to the mail rail station in the heart of Inverness.
Property is very dated throughout and has lacked any major investment for some time.
Note checkout is 1030 which is unusual for a hotel and we were hounded out of our room by cleaning staff and reception in a rather unfriendly fashion.
Location was great . Ten minute walk to the pubs and castle. Really good breakfast.
There is hardly any parking. The room was extremely cramped and our toilet didn’t work. The shower set up was fairly clumsy.
Location, historic charm
Basic breakfast
Die Treppen hinter der Rezeption sind filmreif.
Beautiful historic hotel with a lovely lounge and bar area
Actually there was nothing that I disliked.
History of the place
Nothing
Central location and clean
The price
Location. Hotel decor.
Breakfast. This was continental, disorganised. Spent too much time getting food. No fresh fruit, all carbohydrates, really let the hotel down
The way the management spoke to and treated the staff.
A. Very small room for price paid
Tired decor
