Right beside train station and convenient to everywhere
the rain ! ⁹
Very good location literally right next to train station in the centre of Inverness. Good value for room. Luggage storage was available and I had continental breakfast included with room.
Zentrale Lage, schönes Hotel
Winziges Zimmer, nicht für 2 Personen geeignet
Location perfect within walking distance of the bus station and train station also great as its near the shops
Nothing wrong with the hotel but the rooms are a little tired could do with a little refresh
Central location. Let me check in early they also have a room for luggage if the rooms not ready
Customer service was excellent from duty manager and reception staff. They helped where they could.
The gluten free breakfast was limited. No bread rolls, croissants or pain au chocolate. Breakfast staff challenged husband with his assistance dog. Even asking if he needed her or keep he leave her in the reception. Someone with ptsd always needs them.
The location next to the station. The magnificent foyer.
A small window with no view. Bathroom needed re flooring. Staff could be a little more welcoming.
As always the room was spotlessly clean, the food was great and the staff friendly and efficient
Just really great hotel - I was a bit nervous before arriving because it seemed too cheap
Breakfast was good
The rooms were a bit dated and the floor seemed to be on a slope as was the corridor,a bit strange to walk on for 60/70 year olds.
The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Inverness close to the rail and bus stations.
Throughout our stay all staff were friendly and helpful and our evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. There was a good selection available at the continental breakfast.
The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout.
Comfortable bed and good night's sleep.
Continental breakfast was good with a great choice of cereal, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. In a very palatial room.
The staircase was lovely.
Rooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh.
Bathroom also adequate but dated.
I like that I can have a single room, with a price that reflects that. Close to railway station for early morning departure. Near to town too.
Slightly noisy with bedroom window open but that is due to its great central location.
Food
Bar shut at 10.00pm
Very central
Continental breakfast was very basic
Taxi que right outside hotel so lots of noise as nightclubs are closing
Location
No lifts and was on the 4th floor.we
