Pros:

Customer service was excellent from duty manager and reception staff. They helped where they could.

Cons:

The gluten free breakfast was limited. No bread rolls, croissants or pain au chocolate. Breakfast staff challenged husband with his assistance dog. Even asking if he needed her or keep he leave her in the reception. Someone with ptsd always needs them.

It was fine for a night at the theatre.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated and the floor seemed to be on a slope as was the corridor,a bit strange to walk on for 60/70 year olds.

Great location, having single rooms is a bonus.
Pros:

I like that I can have a single room, with a price that reflects that. Close to railway station for early morning departure. Near to town too.

Cons:

Slightly noisy with bedroom window open but that is due to its great central location.
