Qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding prima optie in South Beach
Pros:

Voor de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is dit een prima hotel, pal aan het strand, midden in South Beacht. Verwacht niet teveel qua inrichting, srijl en comfort maar alles is basis op orde en de bedden zijn goed. Prima douche en kitchenette. Het is wat gedatteerd, de ramen kunnen niet open en het is vrij gehorig maar wat je krijgt voor de prijs is prima. Zeker als uitvalsbasis om lekker veel buiten te doen is dit prima optie.

The room was very spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. The proximity to the beach was perfect...especially when lounge chairs are waiting for you!

Cons:

Sound insulation was les than ideal: I could hear car noise from the street, people walking around upstairs and loud guests across the hall. All of these issues were intermittent and manageable.

Easy access to beach amd chairs available, clean quiet facilities. Bed was super comfortable. Easy access to shopping, dining, and more within walking distance. We will definitely stay again! We were able to do early check in no problem after our cruise and it was great!

Too much for what it worth! But cool area.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

- Noise every time: Even I complained they told me I needed to pay $50 more per night + taxes.
- Gym special timetables on weekends (9-2pm)
- Bathtub included in the price but didn’t guarantee so I had a shower. (Mis-selling).
- Release of deposit & deposit block really high +$250.

Sorry but I need to score you with 1/10, really expensive for what you offer. And the welcome email is a bit “harassing” like check out before 11am or we charge $50 extra, check out between 11:30-1 and we will charge you $100… so a bit of poor Cuatomer Experience.

Life saving!
Pros:

This hotel went above and beyond for us! We were stuck in Miami for 3 extra days due to a huge storm, being forced to sleep in the airport overnight. When our delayed flight was cancelled at 6am and we had been at the airport for 12 hours, we were desperate for a place to stay one more night before we were able to fly out. Not only did they have a room, but they allowed us to check in around 8am so we could get some sleep!

The suite was roomy and we were able to purchase some groceries and save some money on eating out. And the view of the beach was awesome!
