Lokacija je bila fantasticna

Nije nam se svidjelo sto i soba i hodnici jako smrde po prašini i sta je jako zagusljivo. A ni kupaonica nije bila bas čista kako smo očekivali. Mozda bi trebali tazmisliti o promjeni tepisona po hodnicima i servisiranju klima uredjaja

Pros:

La ubicación era bastante buena y con muy buenos restaurantes.

Cons:

El personal muy poco profesional y sin ningún tipo de amabilidad con el cliente. El desayuno desastrozo. 29€ por persona, por café y poco más y el personal muy antipático. Cambiaban las toallas pero el baño no lo limpiaban. De verdad muy decepcionante.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was centrally located and an easy to walk to the museums and close to flower market. The room was large, bed comfortable. Easy to adjust room temperature. I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant SENSES next to the hotel. Highly recommend their “tasting” menu. Very delicious and reasonably priced.

Great location in between the town centre and the calmer museum area - 10 minute walk to both. . Room was good. Breakfast is well worth the money and sets you up for the day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Brought me up a kettle when I said I preferred tea to coffee. The margaritas at the hotel bar were delicious. Great unpretentious coffee shop round the corner that my husband really recommends.

Super centrale. Personale cordiale. Camera spaziosa e pulita con letto super comodo.

Cons:

Frigo assente in camera (ho utilizzato il loro perché avevo del cibo essendo io celiaca, su questo sono stati molto disponibili). Acqua in camera a pagamento (6€ una bottiglia). Si sentivano i rumori esterni (voci da altre stanze).

Wow, wat een ongekende service en een toplocatie!
Pros:

Een betere plek in de stad kan je je niet bedenken. Vlakbij de reguliers dwarsstraat en rembrandtplein. Alles is op perfecte loopafstand.
Maar wat het meest opviel: het personeel. 5 sterren waardig, zo ontzettend vriendelijk. Echt allemaal.
En we waren te vroeg , maar ze hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we de kamer eerder in konden dan normaal. En we kregen nog een welkomsdrankje ook. Echt, dit maak je niet overal mee. En dat maakt dat je graag een keer terugkomt.
Kamer was perfect.

Cons:

De douche had een heel zachte straal en de waterstraaltjes moest je vangen. Maar kunnen ze denk ik weinig aan doen.

Cons:

No había mini bar en la habitación. Íbamos con niños y siempre viene bien para conservar algun alimento o medicación. No obstante se ofrecieron a guardarlo en un frigorífico del hotel sin problemas.
