We stayed at the Albus Boutique Hotel from July 30 to August 2. The staff was awesome, both before and during our stay. Noelia, in reservations, was very helpful in answering emails about the hotel and numerous questions I had. She was always prompt and very cheerful in her responses to me. It's not often that the front desk staff remembers your name and are very outgoing, friendly and helpful. Raymond and Victor were very guest friendly. On numerous ocassions they answered our tourist questions, gave us directions, restaurant suggestions, and obtained taxis for us. The hotel was very conveniently located, within walking distance to a number of attractions. We highly recommend the Albus. We will definitely stay at the Albus again, our next visit to Amsterdam. All three of these individuals are definitely assets to to hotel.
Cannot recommend The Albus Hotel enough, what a wonderful stay. Such a personal touch added to every detail. Not only is the location central and accessible, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of in every aspect of the stay. If you’re searching for a great hotel in Amsterdam, look no further.
Room too small, door didn't close unless you pulled it, housekeeping left door open when they left, housekeeping did not clean well they left the dirty cups in the room, no view, neighborhood a little sketchy.
The Albus Hotel was a great choice for my solo trip to Amsterdam. My stay was excellent, and Victor was exceptional and made me feel very welcome from the start. I even ended up extending my stay and Victor was extremely accommodating!
Raymond was great too and provided wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again!

Erg mooi en netjes hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Fijne familiekamer waar we als gezin van 4 (kids van 8 en 6 jaar oud) voldoende ruimte hadden.
It was walkable to locations we had planned to visit.
The layout of the room location was somewhat confusing although we adjusted quickly.
The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The location and the area is great.
I did not like that I received another room which was already occupied and after that I received a room inferior to what we have booked. In the end, everything was sorted and received the room booked. Maybe they should be more careful with this type of issues.
Also, the bathroom had a bad smell the entire stay.
Probably the warmest staff that I have encountered over years of travel. Centrally located and very well appointed. Rooms are compact so storage is limited but everything is clean and well designed. Daniel has a superb staff that includes Jay, Raymond, Yup and Chris. All have a genuine warmth and desire to be helpful.
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Albus, I stayed for a full week in a queen room. The room and hotel was pristine, the location couldn’t have been more perfect, it's centrally located but not too much of a busy street, I couldn't hear anything. I was able to walk practically everywhere and explore so much of the city on foot. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful....Thanks Victor! They went above and beyond to make my stay special, and their hospitality made such a difference.
Between the amazing location, wonderful service, and overall experience, I couldn’t recommend The Albus more highly. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Amsterdam!

Friendly helpful staff in a good quiet location. Breakfast was very good. A/C worked good on hot days.

La chambre très belle et bien décorée, lit confortable, emplacement parfait, beaucoup de rangements, propreté irréprochable, le divan, la machine à café, le calme, le personnel de l’hôtel à l’écoute et très gentil, nous avons même le droit à un petit cadeau d’au revoir en partant
Le petit déjeuner est très cher (29€) si vous ne l’avez pas réservé directement lors de l’achat, la pression de la douche était faible, il faut demander pour obtenir des chaussons, des peignoirs, des brosses à dent, une machine à thé, une table à repasser, etc, ces éléments ne sont pas directement dans la chambre en arrivant
