Great Stay Next to MIT
Pros:

The room was clean, and comfortable. Having a washing machine in the hotel was a great convenience.

The staff were friendly, hospitable, and always willing to help. I accidentally stained the iron in the room, and the staff replaced it immediately without any hassle :)

The location is excellent, right next to MIT

Nice stay with family
Pros:

THe hotel was clean and feel good. The room and bathroom were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly. Always hot tea and coffee at the loby, recommend for families. Room services and towel and other areas was good.

Cons:

Breakfast can be improved. Hallways could be cleaner.

Great Home base for your Boston visit
Pros:

Hampton Inn Boston/Cambridge was a lovely stay for my family and I. We checked in late, around 11:00pm on a Thursday and gentlemen who was at the front was very welcoming and offered us snacks and water after I asked if any restaurants were open near by. I think he felt bad that everything pretty much shuts down at 10:00 in Cambridge. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable albeit a little tight for 4 adults in a double room. But it didn’t bother us since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. The lobby had plenty of tables and seating so when we ordered late night DoorDash and I needed extra room to check work emails we just went there. It’s nice that breakfast was included so we could save money and splurged on lunch and dinner and I loved that there is always hot coffee and tea available at Hampton Inns in the lobby! The staff that set up breakfast were great and always had it set up a few minutes before 6:00 and kept everything clean and well stocked. The World Cup and the Yankees were playing Boston the weekend we were there so needless to say hotels in the area were astronomically priced, but this one stayed affordable and had free parking (we didn’t need it but it was nice to know). The Lechmere green line station is literally across the street which was PERFECT. We could get anywhere in the city we wanted without having to switch trains and in less than 30 minutes we were at Fenway. Even though our room faced the train tracks you couldn’t hear anything and we all slept soundly. If you want the hustle bustle of downtown Boston 24/7 this hotel isn’t it. But if you want all that Boston has to offer and quiet comfortable home base for the your visit, Hampton Inn Boston/Cambridge is the winner!

Pros:

Great location, few minutes walk from Lechmere station. Good breakfast available and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bedrooms were very clean.

Cons:

Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, bit unhappy and serious.
Furniture was a bit tired

Pros:

Stayed here for one night for the Scotland Morocco football match at the fifa 26 World Cup. The front desk staff were brilliant! Let us check in early and wrote down directions for resigns, stations etc. nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room and decent breakfast as well.

Ok nothing special really.
Pros:

It had a large room and bed. The air conditioning was very good to keep the temperature down to a comfortable temperature whist sleeping.

Cons:

The room was serviced every two days. For the price I paid, I like my room to be serviced every day. Not asking much quick vacuum, empty bins and generally a wee tidy up.
