Breakfast was good, location and seating was good, as well.

Cons:

TV was very confusing, no instructions. Elevator from parking garage was out of order when I returned from my engagement. I had to climb 3-4 flights of stairs to lobby. I am mobility impaired and that was a real issue for me. Secluded stairwell and if I had fallen, it would not have been good.

Perfect for what we needed for one nite. Would stay again
Pros:

Hampton inn was a great location for us. I found the room to be quiet and comfortable over all. Bed was comfortable too

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t “like”

Older hotel showing its age a bit
Pros:

Positive: room rates were ok and there was free underground parking.

Not so great:
Both chairs in the room had stains in them (see pics)

water damage on the ceiling of the room was showing.

Heating/cooling not optimal - could not keep the room cool at night. Had temp controls on the heater/ac unit under the window and also on the wall - no clear instructions on how to make sure the right one was used.

El hotel está bien, pero el personal de recepción debería mejorar el trato a los clientes
Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien. La situación buena para lo que necesitábamos, unos 20 minutos andando hasta el TD Garden. La cama cómoda y muy grande, pero mucho ruido del aparato de aire acondicionado, que ademas no se puede manejar desde la habitación.

Cons:

La atención del personal de recepción no fue nada agradable, no deberían atender con esa desgana a los clientes, parecía que nos estaban haciendo un favor al hacer checking, ni nos miraban a la cara para hablarnos, aparte de que no es cierto que hablen español como dice en Booking. No pudimos descansar bien por el ruido que hacía el aparato de aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación, ni se podía desconectar desde la habitación, ni tampoco subir o bajar la temperatura y a veces salía aire frio.
