We liked the location, breakfast waffles, and convenient parking.
The elevator was a bit "creaky" and "clanky" so we mainly used the stairs.

No adequate parking on premises, very small garage for small cars. Had to locate a garage to arrange parking.
The room was clean, and comfortable. Having a washing machine in the hotel was a great convenience.
The staff were friendly, hospitable, and always willing to help. I accidentally stained the iron in the room, and the staff replaced it immediately without any hassle :)

Breakfast could be improved
We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the train station going to downtown Boston and its great value especially for families. We like Hampton Inn amenities such as free breakfast, free parking and has a laundry. Our room, breakfast/ lounge areas and halls were clean. All Staff were friendly. We never had an issue during our 5 night stay.
