Ottima colazione, caffè e the di vari tipi. Buona scelta tra salato e dolce.
Letteralmente a due passi dalla fermata Lechmere sulla green line.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo non era stato preparato il divano letto per mio figlio. Per il piumino abbiamo dovuto attendere la mattina dopo ma non è stato un problema.

Overall, not bad. Would stay again.
Pros:

The waffles were good and the girl at the front desk was very nice.

Cons:

The elevator was a bit scary and the meat options at breakfast were pretty horrible. The sausage slices and scrambled eggs were nearly inedible.

Pros:

A cheaper alternative in Cambridge. It doesn't offer the real Hilton experience but it does the job. Location is convenient next to trolley (tube) and busses.
Good size room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The rooms are quite noisy. If it isn't the busy road, then you have the train that is next to the hotel.
Breakfast is ok-ish but it is served on paper plàtes and plastic cutlery.

Met my needs, but I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Good breakfast options, I love that it is included in my stay, and the little scones were good. The price was right, and I'm glad I could find an affordable room when having to travel on short notice.

Cons:

The location was not ideal. It faced a busy road and I had to take a car almost everywhere I wanted to go. I felt like the quality and cleanliness of this Hampton in was much inferior to Hampton Inns I stayed at in other cities. I was a little disappointed. But again, I was traveling on short notice, so it was the affordable choice.

Pros:

Clean and modern.

Cons:

A friend in our party asked for a low floor since she doesn’t do elevators and was given the 6th floor even though she called in advance to explain and was told she’d get the second floor.

above and beyond
Pros:

we happened to stay at the Hampton Inn Feb 20-24 during the blizzard of '26! we hand only planned to be there for 2 night but nature had other plans.
the staff was wonderful. they caterered to all the guest needs, kept the sidewalk and driveway shoveled, and the coffee hot.
this is our third visit to this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location and seating was good, as well.

Cons:

TV was very confusing, no instructions. Elevator from parking garage was out of order when I returned from my engagement. I had to climb 3-4 flights of stairs to lobby. I am mobility impaired and that was a real issue for me. Secluded stairwell and if I had fallen, it would not have been good.
