Безусловно рекомендую!
Pros:

Приятное впечатление. Дружелюбное отношение, быстрая и самое приятное комплиментарно раннее предоставление номера! Огромное спасибо! В целом все соответствует описанию, лучшее место расположения в городе Сочи! Великолепный проминад с хорошей инфраструктурой! Безусловно рекомендую!

Мелочи испортили отдых!
Pros:

Очень противоречивое впечатление! Отель расположен в лучшем месте города Сочи, имеет уникальный бассейн с подогревом,морской водой! В целом отношение дружелюбное!
Однако в номере сейфом начал пользоваться только после инструктажа специалиста! Дверь в шкафу поломана! Главное 04 января с 12.00 до 20.00 висела табличка убрать номер, но горничная пришла после третьего личного обращения на ресепшн и то вошла для того, чтобы поставить воду и шампунь!

Отель очень и очень старый. Персонал злобный. Еда ужасная. Спасает только бассейн. Мы в отеле не в первый раз, только ради бассейна и СПА. Все остальное очень и очень плохо.

Very low service…. No service managers after 6 pm. No one try to fix any problems. All food overpriced and if you will get prepaid lunches and dinner it is not enough food, seats, or plates…. In dining room is hot and not comfortable…. Outdoor pool for kids open till 6 pm…. Not enough places too… people angry and many conflicts because of this problem. the building is very old and poorly maintained. the door to my room just fell out and no one was even going to fix it. the carpet is dirty and everything is in holes, the bathroom is dirty. the furniture on the balcony is broken. I tore my sneakers on the step at the entrance, as it is broken and there are many sharp metal pieces sticking out. They reacted very coldly to the complaint, promised to figure it out, but no one fixed anything in 5 days and no one contacted me. the attitude towards clients is very indifferent. Their good can only note the location of the hotel and the view from the room window. If you want to relax without stress then you shouldn't stay at this hotel. the elevators are very slow and you can wait in line for ten minutes or more.

Pros:

Номер стандарт оставляет желать лучшего( изношенная мебель, кафель в санузле с советских времён )). До этого останавливалась в номере Премиум и Бизнес, совсем другое впечатление. Питание разнообразное, но очереди. Бассейн супер!Очень нравится расположение!

Pros:

Отель старый, но косметический ремонт есть. По общему впечатлению 3ка, но никак не четвёрка - маленькие номера, подубитая дешёвая мебель, не работала батарея в ванной и телефон. Есть безусловное преимущество - подогреваемый бассейн с морской водой, закрытый свой пляж, большая территория.

Конечно это бюджетный отель советских времён и ничего особенного от него ждать не нужно . Очень хорошее расположение и выход к морю это главное , что в нем есть и точка . Брали два номера так как дети взрослые , в одном не убирались вообще за неделю, по несколько раз просила поменять хотя бы полотенца . От еды тоже нечего ждать : столовая . Бассейн был закрыт , как говорят из за пандемии , но в других отелях почему то работал , просто вокруг него провалился пол и видимо у бедных хозяев нет средств его починить .

Запах- плохо, бассейн-хорошо
Pros:

Бассейн отличный. Номер стандарт неплохой. Но этот запах в санузле... Нет чайника( 4 звезды), халата( при бронировани в одном месте халат анонсируется, чуть пониже в списке удобств его уже нет, а я увидела в начале списка и решила, что халат будет). Оформили очень быстро, персонал приветливый, уборка хорошая, территория красивач, бассейн отличный.

Pros:

Bella struttura ma con servizi molto discutibili. Quasi nessuno parla inglese, neanche la dottoressa che fa il primo soccorso,e neanche la ragazza al banco per le escursioni. Ho pagato la cena e non mai avuto il piacere di fare perché, cosa assurda per una grande struttura turistica, chiudeva alle ore 20.00, anche la colazione con poca scelta e frutta solo uva e prugne. E per finire una spiacevole situazione l ultimo giorno, il 5 giorno, che hanno dovuto immediatamente farci uscire dalla stanza e cambiarla con un altra. Insomma una struttura bella che potrebbe decisamente dare di più come servizio ed assistenza.

Прекрасное расположение отеля- набережная, зимний и летний театр, цирк, дендрарий- всё в пешей доступности. Красивая , ухоженная территория, свой большой пляж, два бассейна, рестораны, бары. Нам очень понравился отдых в этом отеле, будем рекомендовать его друзьям.

Pros:

Alles wird mit grossem Personalaufwand sauber und in Schuss gehalten. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr weitläufig und schön angelegt. Durch den riesigen 50m Pool haben auch bei voll ausgelastetem Hotel, alle Platz. Ausserdem gibt es noch einen extra hoteleigenen grossen Strandbereich. Das Hotel liegt super günstig, um abends seinen Promenadenspaziergang zu starten. Hier ist eine Menge los. Das Essen hat wirklich gut geschmeckt, auch wenn es keinen Sternecharakter hat. Frühstück ist für deutsche Empfindung ganz schön abweichend;-)

This is a terrible hotel totally not up to its price! The room looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1980! The staff is not polite! The food in the hotel is just disgusting, totally out of line with what they claim
