Pros:

I really loved that my room was backed up to a woodsy area with a creek running through it. It was beautiful.

Cons:

The room needed more lighting. I spoke to a staff member of some of the issues in the room. It kind of was bad, only really being able to watch the same channel because my remote wasn't connected to the TV.

Cold showers did not compensate for a good location, not great and adequate facilities not superior.
Pros:

The room was relatively quiet and well positioned to downtown and Calpoly

Cons:

I woke up at 8:30 Tuesday morning to a cold shower with mini crack tiles and not in the cleanest and most sanitary of conditions

Location, friendly helpful staff. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Cons:

Curtains were dirty and worn, lamp shade broke and dirty, hair on the wall in the bathroom. Door key didn’t work properly.

Customer service very poor

The only thing that I like is that locations was very close downtown.

Cons:

I don’t know I don’t like this place because it was it smells very bad and needs a lot of repairs. Also, I don’t I don’t like the customer service, because the person tell me that I didn’t give the right amount of money and he said i didn’t paid him! They need yo count the register cash to make sure and prove that I give the right money ! Was very disappointed because he treat me like I want to still their money and I felt bad that he believe in me. We spent a lot of time counting his for only $ 22.70 dollars.
