Pros:

This place was expensive for an older, rundown motel. Very rundown, like an old motel 6 or something. Should cost less than half what it does. No breakfast either.

We were only in town for one evening. This hotel was in a perfect location near the night scene.
Pros:

The location was awesome, property was nice.

Cons:

The bathtub was dirty and had black dingy ring around it. The bed was extremely hard.

I like the room decor.

Cons:

The coffee maker and land phone weren't functional. And the shower handle on the top wasn't working properly. The inside of the oven was dirty. The swimming pool was filthy and wasn't appropriate for kids to swim.
