Fantastic Hotel, Excellent Customer Service, would stay again.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. It was Clean throughout, staff were excellent and room was very modern and comfortable.

Quarto sempre muito limpo, cama e almofadas super confortáveis. O hotel é bonito e o staff extremamente simpático e atencioso.

A receção 24h foi uma grande mais-valia, pois o nosso voo atrasou cerca de 10 horas devido ao nevão e não tivemos qualquer problema no check in.

Localização muito boa, perto do metro, com fácil acesso ao centro e ao comboio para o aeroporto.

Como ponto de melhoria, apenas sugeria mais variedade ao pequeno-almoço, principalmente ao nível da fruta.

No geral, uma experiência impecável e um hotel que recomendo sem dúvida.

Very good hotel in Vienna
Pros:

It is unquestionably a great hotel. Great facility, in a great location, close to a central metro station and the Prater park, and a 15-minute walk away from the city center. The room was clean and the bed was quite good. The bathroom was great, very clean and with all the amenities. The breakfast was superb in quality, very tasty, but i felt it lacked some options. I also liked the styling and the atmosphere.

Cons:

It might appear niche and Vienna is quite an expensive city, but even though I liked all of the hotel and would choose it instantaneously again, I feel like it could have had a bit more to offer for the given price.
