Bathroom was dirty. Stained bathtub and shower curtain. Reported issue to front desk who promised action

This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful! Room was updated, new flooring, bathroom updated. More channels on TV than most hotels we’ve stayed. Pool was nice and warm and clean! Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage and other condiments. We definitely will stay here again when coming through. Friendly staff! Keep up the good work!
Needs refurbishing but it was convenient. For the most part it was clean but the ceilings were sloppily painted and the bathroom had black mildew in the shower. At the desk, Tina was very nice. For one night it was fine.
Location is nice, very close to the highway. Customer service wasn’t too bad but I found a bed bug in my bathroom and kept finding blonde hair in the sheets, I have black hair. There were also drink rings on the bathroom counter so I’m not sure how their cleaning routine goes.
We wound up here after a terrible experience with our original hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was spacious and our stay was nice.
The hotel itself was good. Need to enforce no smoking rule-someone was smoking pot. The smell was strong & came thru vent in our bathroom. Hallway stunk. Told hotel staff. They had to have known.
The staff was nice and the breakfast was great. Second time I have used this hotel because of the staff and the indoor pool.
Some of our outlets did not work in our room and we had some slugs on the walls but we were right by the exit door.

Es war richtig staubig und schmutzig im ganzen Zimmer. Die Möbel waren voller Flecken. Die Spiegel im Bad haben alle Spritzer/Flecken. Das Lavabo war verstopft. Die Klimaanlage stand DIREKT neben dem Bett, was sehr viel lärm bedeutet. Die Dame am Checkin sollte wohl eher einer Arbeit ohne Menschenkontakt nachgehen... Willkommen fühlt man sich bei Ihr absolut nicht.
Bis jetzt die schlimmste Unterkunft die wir hatten obwohl der Name Radisson dahinter steht.
Location was great for the wedding I was attending at Oak Leaf Cottage in Trenton, GA. It was also is close proximity to restaurants, Wal-Mart and the interstate.
There was a bit of black mildew in the shower.

Don't get room 101 if you like to sleep in. There is a access door right next to it and you know when someone is going out or coming in with the door opening and closing.

I will never stay there again
DIRTY. the room was filthy. Floors covered in dirt and grime, dust everywhere, hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, musty, outlets hanging out of the walls, shower was broken and moldy, paint chipped all over, key card just stopped working, bedsheets were inside out, hair on the pillows, and burnout light bulbs.

The jolly guy serving breakfast bringing a smile first thing in the morning. And the blueberry waffle mix.
Location. No restaurants close by. Very industrial.
