Clean and comfortable, convenient location to I-24, would stay here again.

Our rooms were neither up to standard nor clean as they should have been. We checked in went to rooms and these are the photos we took within 15 minutes of arrival. I am very disappointed! I told the hotel clerk, but she said I would have to wait until the next day to file a complaint or get a refund from management. Never saw management. I was told they didn't know corporates number. The ladies who were there during check-in were not welcoming. I was questioned when I complained about both rooms. The best part was leaving. The clerk during check-out was a Black woman. She was extremely nice and caring towards us. She made me feel that she cared about my complaints and bad experience. A waste of nearly $1000 for two nights.

Absolutely horrible experience! I turned down the bed and sat down and because of such poor lighting didn't see urine soaked bed,the health issues of those are horrible enough then had to change our own sheets! Our room smelled like urine the rest of the night and they were booked up so couldn't get another room! Staff could care less! Don't waste your money and stay at this awful place! Its just so bizarre I am still freaking out about it!

I am incredibly disappointed with our stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain. The entire hotel was gross, visibly dirty, and clearly neglected by management. We only managed to stay two nights before giving up entirely and moving to a different hotel.

We were initially assigned to room 106, which was completely unacceptable. Because this is a pet-friendly hotel, the room had a massive, overwhelming odor of wet dog. My wife is highly allergic to animals, and this environment immediately triggered a severe allergic reaction for her. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom had deep grime and dirt built up in the corners, which I captured in photos. There was also prominent mold growing around the bathtub.

When I brought these issues to the general manager, I was shocked by the response. The GM admitted that they "couldn't get the mold to go away" and claimed they had called someone to look at it, but based on the state of the room, nothing is being done.

Management ended up moving us to room 304. While the dog smell was better in this room, it still had mold line issues around the bathtub and clear signs of neglect.

The lack of basic hygiene is a systemic problem throughout the entire property. For instance, the overhead light fixture in the elevator is packed full of dead flies, looking like it hasn’t been cleaned or opened in months. It's no surprise the hotel is a mess when you find out that housekeeping only bothers to clean the rooms once every three days.

After two miserable nights dealing with mold and animal dander, we packed up and moved to another hotel. This place is a health hazard and a total waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else in Chattanooga.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good variety and hot and fresh. The staff was amazing! They are all friendly, eager to help, knowledgeable about the area & made sure anything we might need was available and provided. Absolutely I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! We had the most perfect vacation stay in one of the best hotels! Thanks for an amazing experience!!!!

This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful! Room was updated, new flooring, bathroom updated. More channels on TV than most hotels we’ve stayed. Pool was nice and warm and clean! Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage and other condiments. We definitely will stay here again when coming through. Friendly staff! Keep up the good work!

Needs refurbishing but it was convenient. For the most part it was clean but the ceilings were sloppily painted and the bathroom had black mildew in the shower. At the desk, Tina was very nice. For one night it was fine.

Location is nice, very close to the highway. Customer service wasn’t too bad but I found a bed bug in my bathroom and kept finding blonde hair in the sheets, I have black hair. There were also drink rings on the bathroom counter so I’m not sure how their cleaning routine goes.

We wound up here after a terrible experience with our original hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was spacious and our stay was nice.

The hotel itself was good. Need to enforce no smoking rule-someone was smoking pot. The smell was strong & came thru vent in our bathroom. Hallway stunk. Told hotel staff. They had to have known.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was great. Second time I have used this hotel because of the staff and the indoor pool.

Location was great for the wedding I was attending at Oak Leaf Cottage in Trenton, GA. It was also is close proximity to restaurants, Wal-Mart and the interstate.
