La struttura è molto gradevole e moderna.
Le camere sono luminose, spaziose e dotate du molti comfort.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ringraziamo particolarmente Clarissa, per averci aiutato a prolungare il nostro soggiorno ed Alessandra, che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste per la colazione, che è varia ed abbondante, con una vasta scelta sia di cibo che di bevande. L'albergo si trova fuori Ortigia, nella parte alta della città, in un quartiere vivace e pieno di comodità. Ortigia è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina in pochi minuti ed, anche a piedi, è una piacevole passeggiata costeggiando il mare.
È stata una piacevole scoperta, torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso in questo hotel, accolti da uno staff sorridente, caloroso e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con naturalezza e professionalità. Fin dal primo momento si percepisce un’atmosfera autentica, quella tipica dell’ospitalità siciliana, fatta di attenzione, calore e vera passione per il proprio lavoro.
La colazione è stata una delle esperienze più piacevoli: lontana dai soliti prodotti commerciali, offre proposte di qualità presentate con cura da un personale dedicato e attento. La possibilità di ordinare pietanze espresse come omelette e sandwich, arricchisce maggiormente la scelta già ricca del buffet
La SPA è un vero gioiello: ambienti curati, percorsi benessere spiegati con chiarezza e massima disponibilità da parte del personale.Abbiamo provato il massaggio di coppia ed è stato un momento di puro relax, anche lì altro personale dedicato che ha condotto con grande professionalità e delicatezza.
La cena è stata una piacevole sorpresa: una cucina curata, che va ben oltre i soliti standard alberghieri. I piatti riflettono una ricerca attenta degli ingredienti e una mano sapiente in cucina, con un tocco femminile che si percepisce nella delicatezza e nell’equilibrio dei sapori. Ottima anche la selezione di vini.
Ma il vero motivo per cui torneremo, senza dubbio, è l’energia speciale che si respira in questo luogo. Si percepisce chiaramente che chi lavora qui ama ciò che fa: lo si legge nei sorrisi autentici, nei gesti premurosi, nella cura dei dettagli. Un’atmosfera frizzante e positiva che ti conquista e ti rimane addosso.
Un grande grazie a tutto lo staff e alla direzione – il creatore silenzioso di questa bellissima realtà. Posti così si fanno amare… e ricordare.
