מיקום מצויין לטיול באיזור. חניה די גדולה הצמודה למלון. קונספט שלחיסכון באנרגיה ובחומרי גלם כדי למנוע זריקה של אוכל. קונספט של אמון בין האורח למלון על ידי שרות עצמי בבאר למשל ודווח על מה שנצרך.
המלון בנוי על שטח מצומצם ודי צפוף. הצבעים של הקירות הם בגווני אפור ושחור שזה קצת קודר וחשוך.

Location, darkness
Hotel moderno, ottimo stato e bellissime terme. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Abbiamo anche usufruito di un ottimo upgrade della camera.
Unica nota dolente il bagno che si allegava e la mancanza del bidet.
The staff, including the reception manager, are admirable. The breakfast is very good and varied, and the option to order exactly what you want without wasting money is an excellent option.
We did not visit the spa because the price was excessive at 50 euros per person.
Ottima colazione dolce e salata, che, con grande sorpresa, prevedeva un menù espresso incluso. Un percorso SPA suggestivo ricavato nella roccia naturale ed immerso nel verde delle piante, con accesso illimitato per un giorno e trattamenti abbinati in cabina di altissima qualità. Abbiamo provato il ristorante ed è stato sorprendente, oltre le aspettative…cura nei piatti e nel servizio, con un risultato eccellente.

The “extras” charged all along! Eg: 4€for more water (we received only 300ml for 2 people/2nights). A bottle a day should be the minimum!
Extra for the salt room in the spa (when we were told that the price was for ALL the spa, all day!
A part from the spa, there are not the usual amenities for a 4****!
Very Small bathroom (the mirror in front of the toilet is frankly a no no!) no bidet and while the makeup mirror was a +, it was placed very low! (And I am only 157cm tall!!!)
No facilities to make tea or coffee

The breakfast was good.
It's a worn-out urban wanna-be fancy hotel completely misplaced in a residential suburb. Such a weird place. We booked the place, mainly misled by the spa and pool pictures. When we got there, we understood that it was not a pool, but a jacuzzi, and it was not open, but just for people who booked a treatment. So we booked a treatment (very expensive), only to be thrown around unfinished passages, where we in robes shared space with construction workers coming in and out. It feels like you are trespassing while walking around the common areas, but that might be due to the bad customer service experience we had, from the checkin to checkout. People weren't talking to us, making us wait, and just looking unfriendly. I really don't know if it was due to their poor English skills, or some cultural thing, but we never felt welcome. Exception to be made, to one worker during the breakfast that she was great. The location was also not good if you are a tourist interested in exploring Ortiglia; it was a far and uninteresting walk.
We had a very good time in this hotel! We loved the interior design in common space but especially the staff there which was super friendly with special thanks to Silvana who made our breakfasts experience as if we were visiting a good aunt in Sicily! The best person in Siracuza:) overall stay there was solid 9/10
