Very caring staff, walking distance to Ortigia 40mins is ok - we were ready to it, free parking, good breakfast, clean, good towels and bathrobes, we got room upgrade, good restaurants with amazing sea view in about 10mins walking distance
Controversial design – black walls, a small room with a courtyard view, , the interior in room is already somewhat worn , weird shower entrance through the toilet.

Gentilissimi,pulizia,buona colazione.

Le personnel est sympathique. Les petits déjeuner sont délicieux. Le parking est gratuit. Les massages proposés étaient super.
Hotel loin de toutes les commodités (heureusement, nous avions loué une voiture). Il n’y a pas de réelle possibilité de restauration sur place (a l’exception de snack et livraison de pizza). La chambre est très petite, impossible de régler la climatisation et il n’y a pas de porte à la salle de bain, ce qui peut être dérangeant. Il est dommage qu’il faille payer l’accès au spa (40€ par personne et par entrée!!) en supplément du prix de la chambre (qui est déjà élevé pour ce que c’est). Par ailleurs, si les massages sont de belles qualités, l’espace wellness n’est pas extraordinaire.

Staff attento e gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste, impeccabili. Colazione davvero ottima con prodotti del territorio e ricercata, il menù alla carta è fantastico e il personale prepara velocemente ed in modo impeccabile. Stanze pulite e di dimensioni standard per la categoria.
La SPA a pagamento non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative; dimensioni risicate per quello che si paga ,sovraffollata ed estremamente fredda. Abbiamo fatto notare piu volte allo staff che sia la piscina che la temperatura generale della SPA era fredda, tale da non permettere di stare in costume, ma senza avere nessuna soluzione. Siamo stati costretti ad andar via insieme ad un altro gruppo di ragazze per il troppo freddo. Assolutamente non vale i 40 euro a persona che chiedono.
È andato tutto molto bene, ottima colazione, la pulizia é impeccabile e lo staff è supercordiale.

A klíma hangos, a hely nehezen megközelíthető, a wellness nagyon drága és nincs az árban. A fürdő nem intim, látszódik az éppen tussoló és WC-ző is. A szoba kicsi.
