Very disappointed with the hotel facilities.
Pros:

The room was clean. Friendly staff too

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room. We were told to pay €15 per a dress for ironing cos there was no iron in the room. No welcome water bottles and the worse of all we had to beg for tea cups. According to hotel policies tea cups are not provided even though they have kettle and tea bags in the room. We were given paper cups for tea which we had to throw away after one use and decided not to bother anymore asking for another tea cups. We saw bugs twice and something that looked like centipede. It was so scary

It waa not a what I expected
Cons:

It’s not what I saw in the picture online. There was no fridge, tv was not working and some of the staff were not helpful. There was no other activities in that guest could do like gym, spa, swimming etc
The food also was not variety enough for guest.

Room is neat, good bathroom.

Cons:

Hotel is good, but doesn't have refrigerator, pressing iron and drinking can/bottled water in the room. Hallway carpet is dirty. Needs to improve more.

The daytime staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaners did a good job with cleaning the room.

The room was clean. The cleaner did a really good job.

Cons:

There was no fridge, iron, or power socket for charging laptops in the room. There were no cups or teacups provided either. One member of staff was quite rude. We called reception to ask whether there were any sockets in the room for charging a laptop, and the staff member was sent up to check. After looking around and failing to find any power sockets, she told us there were none. I also asked her whether an iron was available, and she said there wasn’t one. She then remarked, “That’s what you get when you book a 3-star hotel.” She was working the night shift at approximately 9:37–9:40 p.m. on 20 June. The daytime staff, however, were friendly and helpful.
