Pros:

The rooms were very nice friendly staff it was beautiful in the inside.

Cons:

Pool water was too cold, food in restaurant was not done and we waited an hour for food , some of the equipment in the fitness room wasn’t working. But the rooms were good no complaints.

Pros:

I have known Armando for a few years now. I am a son of Chicago who moved to central Florida. I visit every March and stay here, exclusively at the Chicago/Oak Lawn Hilton. Armando has always been a welcoming face and an amazing bar tender. Thank you management for keeping him on staff.

Good spot to stay at if your looking to visit chicago. Lots of good shops and restaurants around. Kind of far drive to C

The best airport shuttle drivers :)
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the beds (and pillows) were comfy! The highlight, though, were the two airport shuttle drivers we met throughout our stay. Victor and James were both SO personable, friendly, and helpful!
