Pros:

Wassim and KhaLed gave excellent service. The food is superb. They were very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant is very relaxing ambiance.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, don't be fooled by outside of main building, the rooms are modern and clean, Francisco was a true professionalism and his staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Best brunch experience in town
Pros:

Wassin was great in the restaurant for brunch! He gave great customer service and is very attentive to details. He brings a special touch to the Hilton Owklawn Hotel.

Comfortable clean rooms, nice staff but be prepared for unexpected
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, easy check in

Cons:

There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom (bottles were empty). They were not filled up even after I asked at the front desk. Also I found my room door open and lights on one evening when I returned to the hotel. No one was in the room and nothing was missing. Unsure hotel staff forgot to close the door or another guest opened the room.
