Problemas con valet parking, llovió y no nos pudieron dar nuestro auto, si ya saben que así se inunda deberían preever esa situación
Tiene acceso directo a la playa y a la alberca, y se puede comer en la playa con servicio de meseros. Me encantó el buffet del desayuno.
Un día no hicieron el aseo de la habitación y en ninguno de los 4 días recogieron las vajillas de lo canapés nocturnos.

Ubicación céntrica, piscinas y acceso a playa
Ingresé una solicitud especial, la cual fue ignorada, indicándome que las solicitudes que yo ponga en booking a ellos no les llegan. En una de las habitaciones una de las camas no tenía una pata, y se balanceaba al acostarse en ella. Los WC no funcionaban adecuadamente
I liked the location, staff, amenities, facilities, food, drinks, price.
I just had an issue with not getting hot water and the WC not flushing correctly on the first night but it was fixed promptly after I called to report it. Very friendly and professional staff.
