Pour la quatrième fois, excellent séjour

Suite privilège au quatorzième étage, vue spectaculaire, petit déjeuner incroyable, piscine agréable, parking, bon wifi etc

Cons:

The staff were doing repair work, and there was a lot of noise during the day. What you’re looking for is to relax, and sometimes the noise didn’t allow for proper relaxation.

I didn’t like the staff this time either. I can’t say it was all the staff, only the ones at the front desk and the hotel bar.

What happened was that I went to Acapulco to celebrate my birthday with my family, and on my birthday my boyfriend sent me a surprise. They went to the lobby asking for me by name, and they told them I wasn’t staying there, even though the reservation was under my name.

He messaged me to ask, which ruined the surprise, and I told him I was in room number x They rescheduled the delivery for later, but again they said I wasn’t registered there. So I didn’t get my birthday surprise, and my boyfriend didn’t believe I was actually staying there.

On another occasion, we were at the bar with my grandmother, who is elderly and can’t walk much. She wanted to have dinner, so we asked at the restaurant if we could order something and eat it at the bar. They told us to ask the bar waiter, but the bar waiter said he couldn’t because they didn’t have the restaurant menu.

Que es hotel a pie de playa y saliendo también esta sobre la av principal de acapulco así que tienes todo a la mano

L’emplacement, le choix des Piscines, l’accès à la plage, le petit déjeuner la vue la literie

Cons:

Les travaux de rénovation au-dessus de la piscine les adultes pendant les jours de semaine.
Attention à certaines chambres qui sont communicante et les deux portes ne sont pas du tout insonorisé.
