In spite of some relatively minor issues, our stay was good.
Pros:

Room: good water pressure, A/C, house keeping was excellent, view of ocean and pools. Front desk: responsive, able to exchange money. Restaurants: easy to access. The taxi service in front was helpful.

Cons:

Room: bathroom shelf prevented toilet seat from staying up; bathroom vent did not move air; electrical outlet at desk worn and loose so that plugs do not stay in. Hotel: At check in, there were no bath towels or washcloths in the room, we had to request them. Restaurants: the food quality was so-so and priced high for the quality. The restaurants nearby, outside the hotel, were better.

Mala organización en entrega de habitaciones
Pros:

Todo esta muy ,bien excelente ubicación, la comida en el restaurante muy rica el,personal muy amable

Cons:

No me gusto que me hayan dado las 3 habitaciones separadas ,si se reserva con anticipación deberían tenerlas habitaciones listas, ya que las 3 estuvieron en torres diferentes y pisos diferentes

Siempre me gusta el hotel es bonito y bien ubicado

Cons:

Me dieron habitación hasta lo último del hotel de la 2da Torre ademas que al. Llegar a la habitación y ver el servicio de toallas pesimo (deshilachadas)
Lo reporte y de inmediato las cambiaron sin embargo en esta ocasión no me agrado la ubicacion de la habitation
