Location on the beach was great
The breakfast wasn’t very good! A lot of car break ins our car was one of them

Where do I start....girl at desk wasn't too delightful,they don't tell you about the $17.50 a night parking,which park area is horrible,for the amount they charge, breakfast should be a little better,

The ocean front view was stunning/spectacular!!
I saw one roach my bathroom in the middle of the night. Tv was replaced timely but it was only wifi smart. No network or local news etc.
The location was nice. Housekeeper working 5th floor Saturday and Sunday was very pleasant and hospitable....
I didn't like that I didn't get the room I booked and paid for. I booked a room with balcony and ocean view yet I received a basic room. Room had roaches and ŵhen I asked for another room front desk rep offered a refund instead of trying to fix problem. Front desk rep was very rude and didn't give good customer service.

The staff was incredible. Did not get room service even though we stayed 3 nights. Requested towels and after a 1 1/2 walked down to front desk. We also noticed roaches on our last night. We have stayed here several times before and had no problems
