The small refrigerator it wasn’t cold enough for the drinks.

Carpets dirty gross. Bathroom shower dripped water...the mattresses old...they used plastic sheets as mattress covers,, the bed sheet was third world country thin and old...hotel Owner did not pay cable TV bill, so it was off. As in no tv in entire hotel, ...staff could care less...AVOID THIS DUMP BY CHEAP OWNER
Not a lot. Front desk staff tried to do a good job but for the amount of people, it was hard for them to be as efficient as they could have been. The breakfast was pretty good.
Parking was very bad. The doors entering all the rooms were very dirty. Need cleaned or painted. Outside lighting is unsafe not any lighting in the back. I'm sorry but maintenance was called twice to fix our TV and they never came. I went to the desk twice to get help. Front desk said they didn't know how to fix it. They said sorry like it was ok that I didn't have a functioning TV for 2 days.
I was unable to partake in the breakfast since there were no allergen friendly options available for me. Our view and the fireworks were absolutely perfect and exactly what we hoped for.

$85. Parking. With prices of rooms and after staying at your place for week..shouldnt have to pay to park in your lot
Room was nice and clean. Ready at check in. Spacious and clean. Loved the balcony!

Hallway and rooms dirty and outdated. The tv had about 10 channels all with movies no older than the 2000s playing.

The location and ocean view are the biggest advantages of the hotel. Also, the staff was very fast and nice in solving our requests. The pool was nice, very good for swimming and nice view on the ocean.
We appreciated fresh free pool towels everytime we wanted and complimentary breakfast.
The room was not entirely clean when we checked in. We had to clean the glass prints on both nightstands. But otherwise the housekeeping was ok and nice.
The hotel could use some renovation of chairs in the room balconies, sunbeds and chairs next to the pool and maybe more umbrellas in the pool area.
