I was quiet and wonderful for the most part.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast had more options, it was very limited. The coffee was ridiculously hot and couldn’t drink it till I was done and got up to my room

Location to where I needed to be was right on.

Cons:

A bit run down… the fridge door in cabinet rubbing the cabinets and in backward was really hard to navigate. Showed up 15 mins early and rooms not ready, but the minute turned 3 it was ready and no one on the floor. Room across still had dirty towels on the floor in hallway so my room wasn’t last to be cleaned. Excuses not to let anyone up. Daughter went down for breakfast nothing left but biscuits and gravy that was more like water with sausage chunks in it. Was not good

Pros:

The pool was nice and the there was a good variety for breakfast. MOST of the staff were nice

Cons:

The lady who checked us in was very dismissive and not helpful. She could care less and it was very evident, and unfortunately this set the tone for our stay to a degree. There weren't towels at the pool, there wasn't any ice in the ice machine on our floor, there was no bedding in our room for the foldout bed and had to go get it ourselves instead of someone bringing it to our room, when the toilet flushes it spews all over. Getting "pee water" on ourselves was not good. We will never go back to that location. We've always had good experiences at the Hampton Inn, but if this happens again we will be looking elsewhere.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient and staff was friendly and welcoming.
