Overall a great stay, with friendly staff and clean, comfortable amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, there was a lot of food variety and the dining area was spacious and clean. Did not have time to try the on-site restaurant/bar, but it looked good and I appreciated the cocktail voucher.

Hotel felt very safe to walk around and easy to navigate. Lovely building and pleasant interactions with the staff.

The room was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.

Cons:

There was some confusion regarding our parking situation. When we arrived, the hotel-garage was full, so we were instructed to park in the convention-center garage next door, which itself was fine.

The issue was that the other garage was pretty expensive for our over-night parking, and we weren't given a very clear explanation upfront if we would have to pay the convention-parking rate, or the hotel-parking rate.

Pleasant stay on our way through Columbus from Buffalo to our home in Nashville
Pros:

From the checking in experience to the breakfast on our departing morning we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. We were impressed with the welcoming appetizers and drinks the evening we arrived. All of the staff were excellent! Our room was first rate.

It was clean and organized. Staff was polite. We loved having access to breakfast and kickback and beverages during the day.

Cons:

There were people wearing furry costumes in the pool so we didn’t feel comfortable taking our children to swim.
