A "For Sure" Decision
Pros:

The best front desk staff I've ever experienced in my traveling. I stayed at Louisville, Omni in October and the check out desk was very unpleasant. Sad to leave a hotel with a bad feeling after a vacation. Drury was welcoming, thorough and professional. I will return! I have no complaints at all.

Cons:

I liked everything, from the check in process, parking, feeling safe, free breakfast & dinner, cleanliness, shower pressure, quietness, bar area, marketplace, lighting, television, wifi, easy drive in and out, comfortable bed/pillows.

Will absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Very very clean Room was spacious and equipped with everything you’d need Beds were comfortable.Price was reasonable. Came for hockey game 5min walk to arena.

Cons:

Room HVAC didn’t work properly. Temperature was 74-75. Thermostat set at 69 but temperature would not cool. Room was uncomfortable. Checked in late in evening. Informed desk at morning check out but still charged regular rate.

Best customer service of any place we've stayed! Every single employee we spoke to was fantastic! 👍
Pros:

Customer service , every employee we interacted with was wonderful , the attached parking garage , we didn't use it but will take advantage of it next text , $24 a night is a small price to pay for the security of your vehicle , the breakfast was good , standard hot options but the complimentary dinner and drinks was a very nice touch. Every night from 5:30-7 , they have dinner and each adult get 3 complimentary adult beverages , my husband really appreciated that 😂 Great location , short walk to the North Market , overall very enjoyable 👌 Definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

Very little to complain about but there are a few things we didn't like , the hot tub was not hot at all , lukewarm at best , that was disappointing because we really looked forward to that , the pillows were awful , bed was comfy though , amd we found it strange that there weren't any trash bags in the cans provided in the room , but we made it work with bags we got from shopping. This place is very family friendly so there were a lot of children which isn't really a bad thing , just something to consider if you're a couple looking for a relaxing getaway away from your own children 😂

Excellent, memorable stay
Pros:

Our stay at the Drury Plaza Columbus downtown was great. The best part was the friendly staff. I have never stayed at hotel where each and every staff member, from the reception, the kitchen, housekeeping, restaurant greet you with a genuine smile. We were so well taken care of. Cherry on top was the scrumptious breakfast and dinner buffet spread.
