Will never stay there again.
Pros:

The room was hot, muggy, air did not work, phone did not work. No coffee in lobby when I went down to get some in the evening.

Cons:

The staff were amazing. Everything else was horrible and way over priced!!

A solid stay and would book again for convenience
Pros:

Free breakfast dinner and adult drinks. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Cons:

Dinner options declined the longer we stayed. Pulled bbq pork shouldn't be served on cold flour tortillas. Also paying for parking added up quickly

Our Favorite Place in Cbus to Stay...No Comparison
Pros:

The on-site, FREE, parking makes this hotel our go to when coming in to town for The Buckeyes & Blue Jackets The free welcome evening buffet and amazing breakfast is always top notch.

Cons:

Double check when booking that the room you chose is the same on their end. Call the hotel directly to check.
Staff, pool (you can swim indoors, through a little opening, into an outdoor heated pool. It's awesome!

Clean rooms.
Fabulous breakfast buffet, as well!

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and great staff.

Cons:

We did have a bit of trouble with our room card not working. The staff helped us into the hotel and to our room.

Pros:

The staff was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed breakfast, and dinner/ kickback. The location was also convenient to everything.

Cons:

The view from our room was facing what looked like a conference room. No outside view. Also it would be nice if they could keep the pool and jacuzzi open a little later for adult use only, the amount of kids left unattended was a little annoying to me.
