The location is fantastic and the attached parking garage is about as convenient as it gets.

This is a very friendly hotel. The staff is to be commended. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are very comfortable.
I had never stayed at a Drury before, but will definitely look for rooms at these hotels again.
Our particular room's window overlooked a meeting room on the 5th floor. This was very strange, but it did not hinder our stay in any way. I've just never seen anything like that before.

Great location, very nice room, clean, comfortable beds.
As much as I enjoy the kickback, I feel people are abusing it by the portions they take. Maybe find a new way to control that by serving/limiting each person.
The included food was great. Liked the secured parking garage. We got 3 drinks instead of 2 from last time. We were comped for our parking, that was nice. We were promised a gift card for our disappointment, that was considerate.
Are room was not ready till much later. We wanted to clean up and take our luggage up before the concert. We wanted to get a late-night snack at the bar, and no one waited on us. They cleaned the table but did not come back to take our order (8/2/26 10:30 pm).

Room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was within walking distance to Nationwide Arena where we attended a concert. Staff were attentive.

Breakfast ended early. View from our room was of a meeting room and that was weird.

Stayed at this hotel for a convention at the adjacent Convention Center, so we chose this hotel because it was one option within the event housing block. First time to stay at a Drury, so we didn't know what to expect, but the facilities and staff were great. Location (connected to the Convention Center) was ideal. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet (we had a newborn in the room and didn't have to worry about hearing crying in the hallway). Daily breakfast had great options for a complimentary service. Only visited the complimentary evening food service once, but it was ample as well. Hotel was well appointed for the price point, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Parking was on-site, though a little cramped and pricey, but it was easy to access.
Listen. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. I worked in a hotel. Everything about this hotel was 10/10. Cleanliness of room was admirable. Not a speck of dirt, not a hair left behind. It looked brand new. Bed was comfortable. Every single staff member had a smile, offered assistance, seemed like they truly enjoyed their job. This was my first drury experience and it made me a lifelong customer. Free drinks and dinner?? Clean hotel? Friendly staff? Free breakfast that wasn’t just cereal and waffles?? Amazing. All around. Kudos to Drury in downtown Columbus. You all are doing everything right.
