Best hotel for your money
Pros:

Bed was amazing room was amazing and that’s where we stayed most of the time
Pros:

Staff food hotel pool and hot tub was amazing but picked the wrong time to go. We went just to get away and there was a dance and cheer team that overtook the whole hotel thank god we got in the hotub and pool when we did before check in because from 3pm till 10pm it was a madhouse and even the lobby was full of drunk loud cheer and dance mom and dads poor kids has to listen to it all and the kitchen and bar was amazing short staff but they did their best. The dinner was awesome but still couldn’t believe from 5pm-12am how much a mess they left it for staff to clean up.

Pros:

Lots of friendly faces and perks. Like their complimentary 2-hour snack and drink bar, where all staffed served with a smile and socialized with everyone making each person/group feel welcome!

Cons:

Not a thing best stay over all hotels in the area, walking distance to the Arena District which is usually why we travel to downtown Columbus.

This hotel prizes itself on hospitality and friendliness, working to achieve whatever unique accommodations requested!!!
Pros:

Conveniently located in heart of downtown and connection to convention center allowed us to walk down a large section of main street leading to shops we wanted to visit while still being able to stay warm using convention center access. Pool that connects to year round outdoor pool and hot tub made it a more appealing pick than surrounding hotels. Would definitely come and stay again!!!

Great place to stay !
Pros:

There was not only free breakfast but free dinner too which I didn’t expect. Parking is attached to the hotel and it’s easy to access the floors through elevator. There is walk in bridge connected to the Greater Columbus convention center. Pleasant staff.

I was ok, could have been way better for the price
Pros:

Cons:

Dinner was not good. We weren't able to park both vehicles in garage. Pool was down. Did not get Sr. Citizen discount. Not much variety at the Store. Bathroom was very small for the price of the room.

We had an excellent stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Like the social hour with drinks and apps , like they had a restaurant inside we did not need but it was good to know and convenient for late night hunger. The staff was very nice . Location was great

Great location, staff approached me in the lobby to ask how they could help me, was this my first stay w them. Breakfest was very nice, clean facilities everywhere. I would highly reccomend this property!
