Pros:

Free buffet-style breakfast and dinner are wonderful. All those workers are very kind and extend a warm welcome to all guests. The location of the hotel and parking lot is very convenient for accessing the Greater Columbus Convention Center. You can walk directly to the Convention Center through the hotel's attached gate, which I did not know when I booked the hotel. The front desk staff and all the employees are very friendly and kind. I highly recommend the hotel.

Corber room (premium cost) next to stairwell and the door made a very loud bang every time it shut.

Clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and onsite parking, can’t ask for a better stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect! Easy to get to from the interstate. Within walking distance of Nationwide Arena and many restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. Well maintained with friendly staff. Appreciated the onsite parking garage. We will be back to explore Columbus this summer.

Cons:

Honestly I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Usually I can find something I’m not crazy about, but this was a great stay!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very kind, attentive, and helpful. Everyone was so polite. Very welcoming. Very clean. Location was great.

Bed was a bit hard. Had the bed been more comfortable I would have given the property a 10.
