Lovely from start to finish.
Pros:

Location was a perfect distance to the airport, and we appreciated the accessible shuttle. The hotel was also very clean and nicely updated. Rooms were a great size and very clean, and it was nice to have a restaurant on site, which was open fairly late. Overall, we had a great experience.

Cons:

Nothing. It really was a perfect stay, which is what we needed since our flight was canceled and this was a last minute booking.

Very clean, convenient location, will stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was great when we checked in! Gave us waters, a great explanation of the facilities and shuttle. We were leaving too early to enjoy the restaurant but having a Starbucks in the lobby with an early flight out was very convenient!

Cons:

We heard from multiple people, don’t walk around the hotel properties. Apparently it’s a high crime area. We felt very safe inside the hotel and had zero issues. I would have never known that was a possible issue.

Was no breakfast. Staff hates their jobs, unapproachable, abrupt answers, inefficient

Cons:

The guy at checking hates his job.
Why would you design your room doors to lockout guests. Safety issue, how did this meet safety.

Perfect
Pros:

The property was gorgeous, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and filled with lovely pillows. Front desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the location is exactly 30 minutes to downtown. Surrounding hotel was a lot of great local restaurants, grocery stores etc

Cons:

I loved everything 10/10 experience
