Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! Tha common areas were beautiful and well maintained. My room was absolutely pristine!

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to leave. It felt like home!
I do wish the hotel bar would stay open later on weekends though.

Overpriced for two nights
Pros:

The location to the airport was ideal. The airport gives you direct access to the orange line to take you downtown.

Cons:

It is listed that there is no free breakfast, but the restaurant downstairs is not really ideal. If you don’t want to spend a fortune. There is a Starbucks, which is nice, but my family had to go buy breakfast elsewhere.

In the hotel itself is nice but that’s it. It’s very basic and it cost a fortune even for Chicago and the location.

Pros:

Nice gym! Comfortable beds and great pillows. Should consider placing appliqués on tub floor to decrease fall risk and slipperiness. Lastly, not so sure why you have 2 separate shuttles - it is one area, more customer friendly to have drivers pull in to airport and ask which hotel and take ppl there. One driver let us off the other driver LITERALLY PASSED BY MARRIOT as he pulled in and continued to drive and made my injured husband walk.
