Hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

De schuifdeur in de douche was kapot. Douchekop werkte niet naar behoren. Prijs-kwaliteit vind ik uit zijn verband getrokken (maar dat geldt misschien voor veel hotels in Amsterdam?).

Slightly disappointing experience compared to the price
Pros:

Kind staff at the reception, location was pretty good right next to a tram stop.

Cons:

We booked a bigger double room with a view but ended up getting the smallest possible room in that category with a view to a wall (inner yard of the building with ac machines). It was disappointing since we paid more for a bigger room and were expecting something else. We didn’t ask to change the room because the receptionist told us the hotel was full upon our arrival. Also the lighting in the room was poor because the window faced the wall and especially the bathroom would have needed an extra lamp to the shower corner. We feel like we didn’t get what we paid for. The breakfast was mediocre.

We loved the location and staff were friendly but it was expensive for what we had.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Right next to a tram stop and Amsterdams largest market with yummy food and goods.

Cons:

The shower was very strange as it was an open style, very tiny and poor pressure. The stairs are very narrow and steep. The breakfast area was not inviting either.
