I can not recommend this hotel enough. Small, quiet, clean and peaceful. If you’re a female looking for a solo trip this is ideal. Has everything you need!! The food is absolutely amazing - no complaints. Drinks made fresh and quality. But the best part about my stay was genuinely the staff!! Maria, Irene and Dina especially - made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much to ask! Such friendly service from the workers and cleaners :). I can’t wait to return but next time with company :) xxxx

La colazione era 0 ma proprio 0 il personale che era li alla colazione sembrava che ti guardava male non c’era niente cibo scarso al massimo lo yogurt il resto scarso in piu quando sono andato 30 minuti prima di chiudere sono andato alle 10 non c’era niente nonostante la mia richiesta non hanno portato hanno lasciato vuoti i vassoi pessimo personale (servizio colazione ).
La camera aveva un odore di muffa quando rientravi . Ho avuto la camera sotto la sala colazione . Le piscine lasciate un po andare l’acqua nelle piscine piccole non circolava era sporca .
Le mie aspettative erano piu alte visto dalle descrizioni e dalle foto in vece dal vivo no il resort ha bisogno di un po di manutenzione sui dettagli le piastrelle delle piscine piccole erano rotte non è un 4 stelle o forse lo è stato ma non piu
Zum Zimmer: wir wurden geupgraded und hatten danach die Junior suite mit einem kleinen eigenen Pool. Wir waren sehr überrascht und sehr zufrieden mit diesem Zimmer (404). Die Betten waren unglaublich weich und groß.
zum Poolbereich: der Pool war kalt und für diese Temperaturen angemessen. Die Liegen waren ordentlich, die Poolbar gut und der Service sehr nett. Selbst an heißen Tagen hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, keinen Platz dort zu finden, jedoch hatten sie nicht immer Handtücher für den Pool, wobei das Personal uns ausdrücklich darum gebeten hat, nur deren Handtücher zu verwenden.
zum Service: unglaublich. sehr kompetentes Personal. wir wurden von Frau Suzanna so herzlichst begrüßt und von Frau Maria super lieb verabschiedet. generell waren auch die anderen Kollegen sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück ist leider nichts für uns gewesen. Die Auswahl war spärlich und wir sind zum Supermarkt ausgewichen. ab und zu haben wir da trotzdem gefrühstückt.
Leider war das Licht beim Spiegel nicht ausreichend, um sich schminken zu können.

The SMY Mediterranean hotel is an excellent property. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. This looks like a true five star resort.
Although it is not close to Oya or Ferreira, you can always get the bus to go to Fira bus station, which connects to the rest of the island
If you are thinking of just doing Oia and Fira then I would not recommend this location. Only good if you are renting a car so that you can go around easily. Taxis are very expensive from here.
Our stay in Smy Mediterranean White Santorini was absolutely incredible. The staff could not have been more amazing and made the trip even better by their friendly greetings and conversations every day.
The hotel was cleaned to a high standard all around. The main pool area was such a lovely place to relax and go for a swim.
The location is right next to the airport runway but flights aren’t too early or too late, we actually enjoyed being able to watch the planes taking off and landing each day.
I would recommend renting a quad/car when staying here, we rented a quad and it was a great way to get around the island and only 13 minutes to the free parking in Fira.
Special thank you to Maria at the front desk, who made our trip that little bit more special with her daily chats as we came and went.
