Täydellinen loma
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli mukavaa. Erityisesti hotellin aulan työntekijät. Ruoka & juomat olivat hyviä:) Allas alue oli todella kiva ja aurinkotuoleja oli mielestäni tarpeeksi. Jotkut aurinkotuoleista kaipaisivat kunnostusta, mutta muuten kaikki oli siistiä. Hotelli on vähän syrjemmässä, mutta vuokrasimme mönkkärin, jolla pääsi hyvin tutkimaan saarta:) Hotellin respa auttoi tässäkin ja mönkkäri toimitettiin hotellin eteen joten iso plussa siitä:) Hotelli järjesti meille myös pyynnöstä kyydin lentokentälle. Itse ei tarvinnut hoitaa mitään. Siivous oli myös hyvää ja huone kiva. Ei valittamista.

Καλό αλλα θελει μια συντηρηση στους εξωτερικους χώρους.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία βρίσκεται δίπλα σχεδόν από το αεροδρόμιο αλλά αυτό δεν ενοχλεί καθόλου. αν δεν έχεις μεταφορικό μέσω υπάρχει στα 200 μ στάση λεωφορείου. Γράφω στα Ελληνικά αλλά γενικά δεν έχει Ελληνες το ξενοδοχείο. Μεγάλο και όμορφο, αλλά θέλει ένα ρεκτιφιέ ειδικά στους εξωτερικούς χώρους. και στη μεγάλη του πισίνα ειδικά. Είναι κρίμα ένας τέτοιος χώρος να μη συντηρείτε οπως πρέπει. Το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο (Μύλος) με δική του πισίνα πράγμα που εκτιμήσαμε πολύ. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και χαμογελαστό, βοήθησε σε ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Cons:

Όσο και να προσπάθησαν, τηλεόραση δεν είχαμε ποτέ. Θα μου πεις για αυτό ήρθες? όταν το χρεώνομαι σαν παροχή όμως το θέλω. Η αποχέτευση ήθελε έναν καθαρισμό γιατί αν δεν αφήναμε το παράθυρο ανοικτό του μπάνιου μύριζε όλο το δωμάτιο.

Excelent
Pros:

O experiență de neuitat, o locație frumoasă cu personal călduros. SMY este un loc liniștit , situat la 3 km cca de Kamari(sfatul meu ,pentru cine vine să viziteze insula,este să închiriați neapărat o mașină). Hotelul are propria piscină cu șezlonguri și umbrele (sunt suficiente pentru pentru toată lumea). Piscinele sunt curățate zilnic ca și camerele de-altfel, doamnele de la curățenie schimbă zilnic prosoapele și curăță camerele(sunt ca niște furnicuțe).
Mic -dejunul este variat însă cafeaua este foarte slabă (noi nu prea am fost la mic dejun în cele 9 zile de sejur pentru ca noi nu mâncăm dimineața).
Iar acum doresc să ÎMI CER SCUZE în numele „cocalarilor“ , romani de ai mei(din păcate)care au fost cazați la camera 304 dacă nu greșesc și au făcut gălăgie timp de 7 zile până la 3 dimineața ascultând manele(dani mocanu) la maxim pe telefon și au vorbit pe cameră și au râs și s-au îmbătat și au deranjat restul oamenilor din hotel. Îmi cer eu scuze în numele lor, dati-le crezare, a fost prima dată când au ieșit din „sat“. Nu au fost până acum în civilizație.Sorry.
În concluzie noi am avut un concediu extraordinar, de neuitat. Insula Santori este și va rămână mereu în inima mea împreună cu oamenii acestui loc. Jos pălăria 🫶🫶

La struttura bellissima, pulita, tantissime piscine, staff accogliente e cordiale

Cons:

La posizione molto fuori mano, senza mezzi vicini, in balia ogni volta di un taxi che per 5 min di macchina aveva un costo di 20-25 euro a tratta.
La colazione un po misera senza caffè

Hotel vecchio da ristrutturare, arredi vecchi e rotti, porte rovinate senza manutenzione con ruggine bagno vecchio in tutto. Al mio arrivo ho notato che la camera non corrispondeva a quella pubblicizzata su bouking con foto ingannevoli, la camera anziché la doccia aveva una vasca vecchia con silicone nel perimetro staccato, I letti erano 2 singoli non matrimoniale il vano frigo con la base rotta che ad ogni apertura cadeva il frigo altro che 4stelle ne vale al massimo 2 di stelle. Alla reception subito ho lamentano tutto questo alla direzione, dicendo del mio disagio per quella camera e che mi fosse cambiata, ma mi hanno detto che le camere vista giardino hanno la vasca, ma preciso che la camera che io avevo era vista mare.

Couple 11 nights
Pros:

Reception staff was nice and helpful.
There were only 2 double beds in the room, but they arranged a large mattress for us after we informed them.
Quad bike rental through them went smoothly.
Taxis etc. were also easily arranged.
They also helped with problems with a tour we booked ourselves and we were able to go on the tour.
The Cleaners kept the rooms and common areas clean.
The pool area was nice and quiet, and a decent size.
Towels and air mattresses etc. are also available.
The air conditioning in the room was efficient and not too loud.

Special thanks to Maria at the reception, always happy.

Cons:

Sometimes a slight Sewer smell in the room.
The glass shower door was apparently installed incorrectly and was a bit difficult to use. No rack for shampoo.

Restaurant:
Breakfast ok and The pool menu was good, But..
We had half board which included dinner.
The first 4 days were a la carte. On the fourth night, you ordered the main course, chicken with spaghetti. The food was brought even though the appetizer was still half-finished, The food only took 5-10 minutes to wait for us to start eating it, but the chicken and sauce were fridge cold. I told the waiter about this and he took the plates to the kitchen. We waited 10-15 minutes and the same meals were brought back, apparently just heated in the microwave, the pasta was ruined and the food was left uneaten. We waited our turn for someone to come and ask. We waited while that someone to come and ask if everything was okay. No one came and we left angry, but we went to pay for the drinks anyway. No one from the restaurant ever apologized.
And the dinner menu was confusing after that, sometimes it was buffet and sometimes a la carte. And even the kitchen couldn't tell if it would be buffet or a la carte the next day.

Nu am fost mulțumit
Pros:

Camera foarte spațioasă

Cons:

Mâncarea , Nu exista cină sau masa de prânz
Pur si simplu plătești degeaba ce nu recomand pentu famili cu copiii pentru că nu ai cu ce sa va servească .
Am stat 3 zile nu sa putut face baie in piscină foarte foarte rece apa iar piscinele mici din fața camerei foarte murdare

Beau complexe hôtelier
Pros:

Hôtel situé à 5-10 minutes de l'aéroport et check-out jusqu'à 11h00. Parfait pour un vol en matinée ou début d'après-midi.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. Grande salle de douche. Balcon très apprécié avec vue agréable.
Très bel espace piscine très calme avec parasols, lits et transats en quantité suffisante (même si certain(e)s ne peuvent s'empêcher de déposer leurs serviettes dès le matin !!).
Serviettes et foutas à disposition près du bar.
Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le service de restauration gagnerait à être amélioré : commande de snacks près du pool bar (attente très longue pour les plats), formule demi-pension (buffet assez décevant) et à éviter le café au petit-déjeuner (plus d'eau que de café).
Coussins du pool bar et matelas des lits et transats abîmés/tâchés/chargés de crème ou d'huile solaire.
