Had to call them to come and clean my bathroom. It was dirty and there was strands of
Hair on the floor in the room. Not sure it’s 4 star? Except they have a different definition of that rating.
Excellent hotel, close to the airport and Nikki Beach
Bellissima location
The hotel is lovely and has a great pool & bar area. Rooms were cleaned regularly and perfectly furnished with good air conditioning. bus service available however didn’t run regularly therefore ubers are the best way to get around the island. Breakfast was varied with the same spread daily and staff were very welcoming.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here for a week. The hotel is smaller than you think, only around 30/40 rooms, which makes it a really cost environment. Rooms were great, nice and clean, food at the hotel was good with a couple of local food places to try (would highly recommend Mario's). Staff are wonderful and made our stay fantastic.
The only thing I would warn is more about Santorini in general - getting around by bus is difficult given the location as they are very infrequent so either rent a car or you'll have to get taxis when going out and about. Taxis are very expensive, minimum spend on Uber was 36 euros, you can get some metered cabs for shorter journeys for a bit less but a 5 minute can from the hotel to the airport was still 20 euros.
All in all we had an amazing experience here, would highly recommend it!
Quiet with nice pool

Unfortunately hotel is situated next to the airport runway and the noise from planes landing and taking off especially at night is extremely loud.

Horrible. Aucun service digne d’un 5*, arrivés avec un jour de retard pour cause de vol annulé, nous avons trouvé une chambre spartiate vide avec un lit non fait, pas d’eau à disposition, un mini bar vide. pas de possibilité de manger après 21h et aucun geste commercial de la part du manager et de son équipe. Pas de service de transfert de l’aéroport donc nous avons été contraints d’utiliser les taxis locaux: arnaque -prix exhorbitants et n’acceptent que le cash. Le petit déjeuner est basique, les chambres dignes d’un 2 étoiles avec une clim marchant que occasionnellement. La localisation de l’hôtel loin de tout avec de nombreuses nuisances sonores liées a l’aéroport qui se trouve à juste 300m. Aucune aide de la part de la réception pour arranger des transferts afin de visiter l’ile, l’équipe n’a pas été en mesure de nous proposer les services basiques dignes d’un hôtel. Enfin, le manager nous menace au moindre soucis au lieu de faire preuve de professionnalisme et d’apporter de l’aide à ses clients. De nombreuses pannes d’électricité sont survenues au cours de notre séjour, doute sur la fraîcheur des produits utilisés en cuisine. Honteux et à fuire.

Établissement ne meritant pas 5*. Accueil médiocre, dans la chambre une bouilloire sans sachet de thé ou café, un frigo vide même pas de bouteilles d'eau, dans la salle de bain 2 serviettes de bain n'ont jamais été changé durant 4 nuits. La porte de la SDB ne fermait pas
Un très bel hôtel , apparement refait récemment , malgré le manque d’equiquiments signalés par le site ...
points négatifs : Reception passive , fils et câbles apparents dans la chambre , évier bouché, et très longue attente aussi bien pour les taxis que pour les chambres , des fourmis dans la chambre , et peu de choix et qualité des produits médiocre.
De plus si vous chercher la discothèque et le spa annoncés sur le site , accrochez vous parce qu’a Moins de les inventer vous ne les trouverez pas.
Points positifs : Bel chambre , très confortable , et bon service au restaurant.

The hospitality from the entire staff was great. We would like to thank Mary and Chis from the front desk for giving us all the insights of places to see and eat. Our housekeeper Evelyn for giving us a wonderful welcoming into our honeymoon suite. She went out of her way to decorate our room with flowers. We were truly touched at how special the entire staff treated us during our stay. Thank you Mediterranean White for a great honeymoon! We will come back soon.

They are willing to overbook and send those who purchase through Orbiz (from North America) to another, less appealing hotel. Saw some sleeping in the lobby overnight, unfortunately.
