Agréable séjour avec un personnel aux soins

Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais bon.L'endroit est accessible en bus mais nous avons loué une voiture c'était plus simple.Le personnel est souriant et à disposition .J'ai apprécié de profiter du bar pool en journée et le soir .

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Although a little out of the way, the nearest down is Kamari which is lovely to visit for the beach, bars & restaurants. This hotel has a lovely pool, pool beds, pool bar and seating areas in the shade. You can hear the frequent planes flying overhead but nothing that disturbed us too much!. The pool bar had a good choice of drinks and food throughout the day, Pina Colada being my favourite.

The breakfast menu was really good. Choice of meats, cheeses, fruits, hot buffet breakfast, cereals and breads. Also tea and coffee machines and fruit juices.

The staff were so friendly and made you so welcome. Maria on reception especially went put of her way to greet every guest which such positively and with a wonderful smile.

This hotel is great but you will need to hire a car or buggy to explore the island. Prices were reasonable and the reception staff organises this for you.

There are also a few trips available, all will be ok the reception desk. Trips such as horse rising, greek wedding shows, volcano island tour sunset island tour and more.

Pros:

We have just returned from a week stay at this hotel. As soon as we arrived we were given a free room upgrade, the room we were given was beautiful and had amazing views. We watched many sunrises from our balcony🌅 Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned every day.

Location wise - it is a bit out of the way, buses do not come regularly which means relying on taxi’s if you don’t rent a car. We did however walk to Kamari a few times during our stay.

The pool area was always clean and we were able to get a sun lounger each day with ease. The pool bar do nice drinks however the food on the menu was very limited, especially for a fussy eater like myself.

Overall, we had a lovely stay at this hotel and we are very glad we booked here. We would 100% return in future 💗

Das Zimmer hat mir leider nicht so gut gefallen. Das warme Wasser kam immer sehr spät. Man musste mindestens 5 bis 7 Minuten warten, bis das Wasser warm wurde. Das war nicht angenehm.

Außerdem habe ich gefragt, ob ich das Zimmer wechseln kann. Am ersten Tag wurde das leider nicht gemacht. Später hat man mir ein Zimmer im Keller angeboten, aber das fand ich auch nicht schön.

Pros:

Hotel was lovely, myself and my partner stayed here for a week. We had a great room (430) we had sun on our balcony all day and had a great view of the pool. Rooms are very spacious and clean, most mornings I had Greek yogurt, dried fruit and honey for breakfast which was lovely, there are other options to chose from too. Staff was all lovely and welcoming, any advice needed they were there. Very quiet area even with having the airport close by.
To get around the island I’d recommend getting a car or quad as it’s quite far from Thira and Oia but Kamari is within walking distance and a great wee place.
Sadly only have videos of the room and pool view which it won’t allow me to post.

Santorini is lovely, but don’t chose this hotel and save yourself a headache.
Pros:

The location was ideal, not far from airport and within reasonable distance from most main tourist spots.

Cons:

There were unfortunately quite a few issues during my stay. On the first day, there was no water available until approximately 6pm, followed by no hot water until the following morning.

In addition, my first room was full of ants. I was moved to another room, however the following day there were ants again in the second room, despite it being completely separate from the first.

When I raised this with the manager on my final day, explaining I called multiple times and it took over 45 minutes for someone to come and check, I was extremely disappointed by the response. Rather than investigating the issue, I was accused of being dishonest and told I must have left food crumbs in the room. I politely explained multiple times that the first incident occurred within minutes of checking in, I had simply left my luggage and gone out for dinner. Regarding the second room, I even asked for CCTV footage to be checked, as I had never brought food or snacks into either room at any point.

Whilst there were a few smaller issues throughout the stay that I could overlook, I found this interaction highly unprofessional. The lady who checked me in initially was lovely and helpful, and the older handyman gentleman was also very kind and accommodating. However, the second receptionist and the manager handled the situation poorly. No guest should be called a liar, especially when they are calmly asking for CCTV to be reviewed rather than accusations being made.

Will not be returning to the property.
