De bedden waren prima en de badkamer gedeelte was gerenoveerd wat mooi was. Vanwege internetstoring mochten we als compensatie 2 uur uitchecken.
Avondpersoneel was erg chagerijnig en kortaf aan de bali en aan de telefoon. Er was een internetstoring. Verouderde airco en vloerbedekking.
Breakfast was great, lots of options to suit everyone. The room was clean and spacious. The bar in the lobby was fun and the staff were very friendly.
The lighting in the sitting area of room is dark
It was everything we hoped for: price, location, free airport shuttle, comfy room for our family group travel.

The breakfast was mid, but the kitchen staff was pretty nice. Want to say it was nice to have transportation to and from the airport! That was cool he was nice tipped him 20$ also he took us to the plaza to shop and get food! Shower water got amazingly hot!
We booked on booking.com wasn’t aware of the 50$ per night deposit. Thought it was 50$ for the whole stays deposit. Hotel should communicate with booking.com to make that clear! Our rooms air conditioning had a malfunction had to switch rooms. The sofa/bed horrible my son just kept it as a couch and slept on it like so. Elevators are HORRIBLY slow! Had to take the stairs with food and children. (6th floor) Very rude staff at the front desk! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Towels were disgusting! Tv/cable sucks! Constantly takes money off your card left on file! Keep an eye out for that!!

Pretty poor compared to other airport hotels in the area. No particular thing; just overall not as good and more expensive.
