Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel appear to be a older hotel. The hallway had a terrible odor as well as the room. We asked to me moved and they did without hesitation. The new room was without odor but at the price of the room, I just expected more. So, it was just an average for me with dirty widows. We also had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot.

The hotel was just average or below for me.

La atención de Juan un joven Colombiano muy cordinar y preocupado por la comodidad de los. Huésped. El desayuno estuvo bien. Y el aeropuerto esta a 10 min.

Cons:

Que no incluye el parqueadero, teniendo en cuenta que aunque no es Hotel de los más costosos, con ese precio cobrado puede estar perfectamente incluido el! Parqueadero.

Fun at the bar!
Pros:

Hung out at the bar with Raphael and had great conversation over World Cup football. I enjoyed his time, energy, and drinks. I recommend to others.

Staff are Stellar!
Pros:

It had been a long travel day and rough connection, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff took care of us in tremendous fashion, especially Rafael the bar tender. He anticipated that we were worn out and made sure to keep us entertained while our food was on the way out. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The staff will be the reason we stay here next time.

Overall a decent stay
Pros:

The breakfast was alright, just wished there was more variety with the selection but still a good breakfast experience.

The location was good, close to shopping venues

Cons:

I wished that I knew about places that the shuttle would transport us for free. It was not advertised and I only found out when I checked out that they offer complimentary drop off to certain locations. I also did not like how busy and crowded the hotel got when cruise passengers passed through
