If I Had a Home Away From Home, This Would Be It
Pros:

This is definitely one of the rare hotels where I can genuinely say the staff are truly kind and make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

A special thank you to David and all of the front desk agents for being so welcoming, friendly, and making the check-in process smooth and effortless.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I loved all the kitchen amenities they have everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals.
The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Aventura Mall, the movie theater, arcade, and a beautiful park for kids.

The complimentary breakfast is inviting and well-organized. The food is delicious, and everything is kept clean and tidy.
The gym is fantastic and even includes a rowing machine, which is a rare and appreciated feature.
The heated pool is also very clean and enjoyable.

I want to thank the entire staff for making our stay memorable every time we visit. Thank you!

Almost perfect place
Pros:

This hotel is almost perfect: great beds, roomy suites, fabulous location, great AC, very quiet, and excellent service.

I only wish that there were umbrellas at the pool that would make it easier to sit out there in the heat.

Oh, and the breakfast: a sumptuous variety of high-quality food. Please don’t forget to tip the staff.

Magnificent experience !! great property, great stay !! We had an amazing experience with Sofia throughout our trip !! She made us feel welcomed and special, which truly meant a lot for mom and I. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, always with a smile going above and beyond whenever we needed anything.

Rooms modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with good quality and a very quiet hotel. The service was excellent from start to the end of our trip, friendly staff in front desk, housekeeping left us chocolates, bellboy … all were truly nice & attentive.

A very nice experience, great buffet, nice pool and several small touches that make a difference from other hotels in Aventura.

Thank you again for such a wonderful experience !! We would return for the great service, location and amenities !
