I had an AMAZING STAY
Pros:

Everything was PERFECT!! Each day as I left and upon my return I felt like I was home. The desk staff were beyond caring. Their smiles were amazing. My room was perfect!!! I will forever stay at a Residence Inn.

I’ll definitely be staying here again! My stay was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. I visited with my mom to see family, and from the moment we checked into our room to the breakfast area and even the hallways, we were greeted warmly. My mom even noticed how everyone seemed so nice and friendly, and that’s because they truly are!
My stay was pleasant; both my mom and I slept well and felt very comfortable. The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful! I want to acknowledge the front desk agents, Vanessa and the others whose names I didn’t catch, as well as the operational manager, Sophia! They are really the stars of this place! They welcomed me with genuine smiles, which I appreciated nowadays it’s hard to even get a hello I truly believe the front of the house is what makes your first impression and I was indeed impressed by the wonderful hospitality I received while staying here.When I arrived at my room, there was an amenity waiting for both my mother and I given to us by Sophia! we were absolutely wowed! Everyone here your dedication , your smiles your warm hospitality does not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic Stay for Business or Pleasure
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful service by the friendly and helpful staff. I stay all over the world for business and this hotel really makes you feel at home. The location is perfect for nearby dining, shopping and even is across the street from a 3 mile walking path around a golf course. I highly recommend this property for business or leisure!

Great option in Aventura, shout out to Sofia!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day.

A special thank you to Sofia, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference and made the experience even better.

Great hospitality all around — I would definitely stay here again!
