Pros:

The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. Additionally, all the staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Pros:

I really liked the location, it's only a 2-minute walk to the closest mall. Thankss so much for the Valentine's Day card and the heart. The rooms are spacious and have modern kitchens.

Sempre muito bom.
Pros:

Sempre que vamos a Miami procuramos ficar nesse hotel. Estrutura de residencia e conforto de hotel. Sem falar na localização que é excelente e ao lado do Aventura Mall.

Cons:

Dessa vez tivemos 2 problemas na nossa hospedagem. Em um dia de limpeza a funcionaria Jenn jogou fora uma sacola com uma compra nossa dentro, e tambem simplesmente sumiu com a naninha (travesseiro de ursinho) do meu filho. Suponho que tenha enrolado com a roupa de cama e colocado pra lavar. Porem ninguem do hotel achou para nos devolver.

A nice family option.
Pros:

This is a great hotel for a family that needs to stay in Aventura. Nice breakfast, convenient location and generous size rooms.

The hotel is a little hard to navigate and the staff seem either overwhelmed or short. We request towels and blankets multiple times and they never came.

Pros:

ALL staff, from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance ALL very friendly & willing to “go the extra mile” for you.
Hotel VERY clean & well located.
Great for long term stays!
Internet not great - desperately needs to be upgraded. A bit on the slow side.

residence inn shines
Pros:

my ditzy daughter left a whole bunch of stuff, including some medical apparatus, in the room. I live very close to the hotel. she called me yesterday(!) and said she thinks she might have left some things including a medical device. I asked at the front desk and was greeted warmly by Sophia, who quickly got housekeeping to look in the lost and found. Well, out comes a big bag of paraphernalia that apparently they keep for 3 months and then give to good will. I have to commend the residence inn for having a lost and found department that really cares. kudos to the housekeeping! and kudos to Sophia..thank you very much, beverly

Amazing Miami holiday.
Pros:

My family and I came from England, spent a week over at The Residence Inn and everyone was wonderful. We read reviews online and unsure what to expect but our fears were immediately dispelled. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ruth, at reception, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room we had was clean and spacious. I found the laundromat very helpful.
What can be improved on? A little more variety at breakfast for someone staying for a week would have helped.
Overall , we enjoyed our stay and would definitely be calling back.
