Sempre muito bom.
Pros:

Sempre que vamos a Miami procuramos ficar nesse hotel. Estrutura de residencia e conforto de hotel. Sem falar na localização que é excelente e ao lado do Aventura Mall.

Cons:

Dessa vez tivemos 2 problemas na nossa hospedagem. Em um dia de limpeza a funcionaria Jenn jogou fora uma sacola com uma compra nossa dentro, e tambem simplesmente sumiu com a naninha (travesseiro de ursinho) do meu filho. Suponho que tenha enrolado com a roupa de cama e colocado pra lavar. Porem ninguem do hotel achou para nos devolver.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Desde que llegamos el personal nos recibió de forma amable. El desayuno es completo y de calidad. La ubicación está cercana a un mall importante. La habitación es cómoda y el hotel tiene un diseño renovado y actual.

Pros:

We love this hotel, been here many times over nearly 5 years, it is truly our home away from home. Staff are very helpful to any needs we may have. PS-Laury on the breakfast crew is the best! We love her!

Great hotel next to Aventura Mall
Pros:

Good location a few steps away from Aventura Mall. Ample parking around the building. Good-size suites with kitchen facilities, two TVs, refrigerator, microwave and safe. Very competent and accommodating staff. We had a small problem with AC, which was solved immediately. Abundant food in breakfast buffet. Hotel is popular with families, so expect many small children. Whether room rates could be lower is a matter of debate, but you definitely get a lot for the money.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet closes at 9am on weekdays and at 9:30am on weekends. Both a bit early when you are on vacation. This was not a surprise to us, and it is not a point against the hotel, but new guests should also be aware that while you can walk to the shopping mall, the nearest beach definitely requires a car ride.
