Fantastic location and comfortable stay that could be improved with a few minor tweaks
Pros:

Excellent Location near downtown Coconut Grove and lots of great restaurants and shops. Clean room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Minor issues like:
1. required expensive valet parking which required a valet to get one's car every time.
2. A coffee machine that is timed to become free at 7AM but not before 7AM. Seems cheap for a nice property
3. Was charged slightly more than the final price on booking.com with an explanation that was not really clear

Unpleasant interaction with staff ruined our stay

The location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, is exceptional.

Cons:

As hotel guests, we were given no choice but to use the valet, which was both expensive (more than 40 per night) and inconvenient in that I needed to call for the car several times during the day. Air B & B guests are allowed to park on their own, but not us. Also, the front desk staff did not make us feel welcomed. The woman on duty most days never smiled or said good morning. When the key to our room stopped functioning, and we couldn't enter our room on the 20th floor, we had to return to the lobby and wait at the end of a long line. When we tried to explain that we'd already checked in and the key we were given didn't work, the woman at the desk snapped at us to wait on line. No apology. No expression of concern. A hotel guest anywhere should be able to expect to be treated better than that. It soured our stay at Arya, and would keep us from recommending it to our friends, despite its great location. There are other hotels near by.

Great location and value - highly recommend!
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Coconut Grove. Great dining, shopping and exploring all within walking distance. Arya is a very affordable option.

Cons:

The Arya is a great value, but the rooms are showing their age. Very clean - just on the older side.

Upon arrival my 70 year old wife and I struggled with luggage as the staff sat and watched. The room was very tired.
Pros:

Old Tired Rooms with featuring ragged furniture and rusted appliances.
At every turn, the staff was unhelpful and straight out lied when asked direct questions.
A total disappointment with only one redeemable quality, location.

Clean and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We were so relieved to be able to book this place when our flight had been delayed for 2 days. We loved the size of our suite, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping! The view over Coconut Grove from our room was great and the view from the pool overlooking the marina was even better. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Cons:

Very nitpicky note: the towels for the pool provided by the hotel must stay in the pool area. You can't take them back to your room.
