Decent hotel, lousy and careless administration

We were incorrectly billed for parking. We did not have a car. We have called and emailed repeatedly and have been unsuccessful at reaching a human being or even at receiving any kind of response. We know there is full staff at the front desk. It is inexcusable that no one answers the phone or calls back.

A lovely place for a few days. I would definitely go there again.
Pros:

Close proximity to where I wanted to go. Felt secure. Staff were professional and courteous. The restaurants were closed except for the pool bar but they had some good food and drinks in a great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious after it was replenished all al a carte. The finishes were very pleasant.

Parking. Room had hair in the tub n litter on the night stand. We thought it was going to be nice by the price n location but instead it is all old and falling apart bandaided by layers of paint.
