I loved my stay with this property. From check-in to check-out it felt luxurious! Staff was outstanding, patient and helpful.
This is a great hotel to stay in. We totally recommend this hotel. The beds are amazing and the AC works PERFECTLY!!!

The property has been restored and renovated like a palace. Location is one of the beat. I like the dedication to Franz Kafka. The breakfast was excellent! The only problem we had was the musty oder in the room; it penetrated our clothing even after we were long gone.

Historic hotel in the middle of old town Prague. Convenient, walkable location. Many historic sites nearby. Bar and restaurant service were impeccable. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons
Mattress was very soft - not enough for us to complain and I'm pretty sure it was a mattress stopper that they probably would have removed if I asked.
Very little wardrobe or drawer space. This was fine for us but might bother others.
Lots of great things about this hotel to like. The only negative is the cost of the dry cleaning.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is delicious!! Will definitely recommend. Location is Close to old town, so we walked to old town. Easy access to bus and train station.

Great location
The hotel was in the perfect spot for visiting all the tourist attentions. Easy walking distance to old town square and the Charles bridge. The room was super nice and clean, our only complaint is that the room was too hot and we could not get the air conditioning to work but otherwise perfect stay.
