The food in particular was embarrassingly poor. The room, architecture, and gym are high points, however the rest of Acro fails to deliver anything resembling a five star experience. It’s basically an instagram filter that feels like it’s run by PE bros.
This was the perfect getaway and the staff was great.
Incredible property, even better than the pictures. This is a very quiet and relaxing experience. A little tucked away but they make having a car very easy. I honestly have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Service was incredible.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I definitely would. It’s such a romantic and private getaway—truly something special. The food is out of this world, with amazing dishes from all over. The staff are incredible and make you feel so cared for. Even the gym is great—super clean and fully equipped. And the sunsets here? Absolutely unforgettable.

We loved staying at the Acro Suites. The hotel is relaxed and quiet. The staff are very attentive and approachable. We loved our cave room and spent a lot of our time there. There is a small beach not far away which is beautiful and has a few restaurants and shops. If you go, ask the staff and they will take you on a golf buggy. We will definitely be returning and we thank all the people who made our stay so special. Great breakfasts too!
This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend the shakshuka and chocolate pancakes, and the daily buffet was also really delicious and fresh. We loved the atmosphere -- there aren't many rooms and it is adults only, so it was very quiet and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. It's perfect for a romantic trip. All of the amenities and facilities were really wonderful as well, especially the spa. The true highlight, however, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. They remembered our names and room number and were happy to assist with anything. Because of the staff, I cannot recommend Acro enough. We don't normally return to the same hotel or location as we like to try something new when we travel, but because of the staff, we will absolutely return and are already talking about when we should plan our next trip.

El lugar es precioso, el spa tiene variedad de masajes con masajistas muy buenas, la habitación de la cueva es una belleza, el desayuno completo y variado, pero lo mejor es la atención de su personal son muy amables como en todo Grecia. La zona de la piscina muy bella aunque pequeña.

Tout simplement le meilleur hôtel que nous connaissons. La cave suite était absolument magnifique, le service rapide et impeccable. Les différentes options de restauration étaient très bonnes et tout à été fait pour rendre ce séjour mémorable. À noter également que la piscine privée était chauffé ce qui n'a pas été le cas dans nos autres hôtels en Crète et qui était très appréciable en ce moi de Mai.
Le seul bémol intervient sur les places de parking très peu nombreuses ce qui force généralement à se garer le long de la rue principale privée la réduisant à une seule voie.
This is an amazing property! Pictures are stunning, but they do not do it justice. The staff was all very accommodating. The food is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Not a real 5 star resort. Prepare to dine with tons of mosquitos, on sub par food. You think your renting a private suite, but then throughout the day staff walks up to the back patio and looks in on you. So no privacy at all. Don't get the loft suite, it's hot as heck in the bedroom. Then the layout. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs! Rooms are dark with poor lighting. The breakfast was good. Wife had a massage and it was terrible. Internet was on and off all week. Terrible parking, walking up and down hills to get anywhere. Read reviews before booking! This is a 3 to maybe a 4 star resort.
