Breakfast and staff were great.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and smell of the hallways and room were not up to our expectations. We also had to call to get more pillows and blanket blankets for the pullout couch.
Perfect location, close to shopping, mall & a just 15 minutes to my daughter on Scottsdale & same time to my other daughter in Phoenix

The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Cage free eggs! Miso and rice. We were impressed. The handicapped accessible room was perfect for my husband and he said he will return any time. The only down side was how loud the air conditioner was all night. I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up every time it came on.
The hotel is in a great location. Check in was very smooth and the staff were approachable and informative. The room exceeded expectations with everything in good working order and being very clean.
We enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn in Scottsdale very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good. I would only complain about the lighting in the room. 45 watts light bulbs made the rooM always dark. Impossible to get any work done at night. Unfortunatley the mattress was so soft, it made the bed very uncomfortable.
A/C unit in the room extremely loud. Smoke detector above bed flashing like a strobe light all night. Trash pickup outside the room at 4am.
It was very convenient, clean, comfortable and staff were friendly. The breakfast was exceptionally good!

Excellent stay
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a door between living areas, and the bedroom was set in the back so you didn't get any hallway noise.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The comforter clean and fluffy and soft. The only thing the kitchen was missing was an oven which you don't really need at a hotel, other than that it was a full kitchen with all pots and pans, soap, towels, etc.
And it was extremely clean as well. Not a fingerprint on the microwave or counter. The floors were clean. The towels soft and fluffy and absorbent. The breakfast had all you need. The staff was amazing and accommodating.
All in all I highly recommend staying here.
