Pros:

Everything was clean very convenient for me especially having the Little kitchen with everything that essential that was there helped me a lot very clean I gave it 100%

Won't stay here again.
Pros:

The pool was great. One staff member named Harvey is good.

Cons:

My son almost got his toe ripped off by the kick plate on the door. They offered little assistance to me for first aid. I saved my son's toe but they didn't even fix the can opener at the bottom of the door. They cleaned up the blood off the ground pretty quickly and They gave me one free night of stay. then to top it off when we checked out they charged my card $292. Couldn't get an explanation of charges after multiple phone calls either.

Beds were super comfy, the only thing was our bathroom door knob was broken other than that no complaints at all.

I definitely like the Marriott brand but you definitely get what you pay for

It was close and convenient to where we were meeting friends and having dinner

Cons:

Even though the property has been updated you can tell it’s a very much older building and the HVAC or air-conditioning and heating units are in the room right by the bed and are so loud and they come on all night and super super loud and then the beds like the other property by Talking Stick Resort definitely need an upgrade it was so caved in it hurt my back so not the most comfortable place that’s for sure

Breakfast and staff were great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and smell of the hallways and room were not up to our expectations. We also had to call to get more pillows and blanket blankets for the pullout couch.

Pros:

The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Cage free eggs! Miso and rice. We were impressed. The handicapped accessible room was perfect for my husband and he said he will return any time. The only down side was how loud the air conditioner was all night. I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up every time it came on.

Pros:

We enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn in Scottsdale very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good. I would only complain about the lighting in the room. 45 watts light bulbs made the rooM always dark. Impossible to get any work done at night. Unfortunatley the mattress was so soft, it made the bed very uncomfortable.
