Mérite beaucoup plus d entretien
Pros:

L emplacement, personnelle, agréable

Cons:

Faire un effort pour le nettoyage des salles de bain et les rails des baies vitré surtout les chambres 366 et 144, manque un couteau qui coupe, les frigos mérite d'être changer, ya de la rouille partout

Le manque de savoir vivre de certains clients,piscine à 3 h du matin, clients au dessus de nous à qui on a dû demander de faire moins de bruit à 2 h du matin,cela n'incombe en rien à l'hôtel.

Pas grand chose. La plage peut-être.

Aucun sens du service client. Accueil lamentable. Chambre même pas nettoyée (serviettes des précédents voyageurs éparpillées sur le sol la chambre. Lit d'appoint pas fait. Hotel vétuste et parties communes habitation sales. Chambre une fois nettoyées correcte. Pas du tout au niveau attendu pour un 3 étoiles.

Fabuleux 😍
Pros:

Notre séjour au Canella beach hotel était merveilleux. La vue sur mer était époustouflante. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. La plage et la mangrove de l’hôtel sont de vraies pépites. Mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste Lyvio. Merci encore pour l’accueil et la jovialité !

OK für 1-2 Tage (Ankunft/Rückreise) aber keinesfalls für eienen Urlaub

Bett, Matratze, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Dusche sauber und tipptopp

Cons:

Der gesamte Eingangsbereich, insbesondere der Zugang zu den Zimmern wirkt etwas heruntergekommen und erinnert an billigen Motels in den USA.
Der Fußboden war - obwohl noch feucht vom Wischen - dreckig.
Das Frühstück (mit 17 € ausgewiesen) war sehr enttäuschend.
Aufgebackenes Baguette, bröseliges Rührei, kalter Bacon…

La piscine est sympa, idéal pour une famille, et la réception est sympa et souriante, c est déjà ça pris!!!

Le Petit déjeuner était moyen
Trop d oiseaux qui se baladent, au niveau d hygiène, pas terrible
Les accessoires pour utiliser dans l appartement n est pas terrible, cela devrait être renouvelé, une vrai déception
C'est compliqué pour trouver un place de parking , alors sur le site, c est bien indiqué, parking privé, il n y a pas pour tout le monde, c'est une erreur dans le contrat. RAPPORT qualité-prix, pas terrible
