La posizione è ottima, lo staff alla reception è molto accogliente e disponibile, la colazione ottima ed in una location eccezzionale.

Cons:

Assolutamente negativo lo staff in servizio per la cena al ristorante nelle serate di domenica 1 marzo e martedì 3 marzo. Nonostante il cibo fosse ottimo, la maleducazione del personale ci ha costretto a cambiare ristorante nelle serate successive.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this hotel anytime. It was a great experience overall.
Pros:

What I liked about the property is that it offered direct beach access and a beautiful pool. The rooms were equipped with kitchenettes, and breakfast and parking were included in the rate. The staff was also very nice.

Cons:

We had a couple of issues with the electrical wiring in the room, but the hotel promptly fixed the problem. The rooms are not very modern, but the space was nice, and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Canella Beach. L’accueil de toute l’équipe, la gentillesse du personnel et l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’hôtel ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial.

L’emplacement est magnifique et nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de la Guadeloupe et de votre établissement. Tout était parfait et nous recommanderons votre hôtel avec grand plaisir.

Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir un jour pour une nouvelle expérience aussi agréable.

Tout était très bien. Le seul petit point qui pourrait être amélioré serait la présence d’un restaurant ouvert pour le déjeuner.

Si vous ne cherchez pas le luxe mais la como dite et la convivialité c’est l’endroit parfait :
Pros:

La proximité de la plage et les cuisine sur la terrasse. Le personnel est super aimable aussi. Proximité des restaurants et activités à Le Gosier.
Déjeuner correct compris et face à la mer. Plusieurs activité nautiques offertes sur le site. Piscine très propre . Marché locaux et grosse chaîne tel que McDo et autre grosse épicerie à proximité ( 5min ) .

Cons:

Stationnement un peux restreint surtout le week end quand pousser locaux viennent à la plage . Aucune surveillance sur la plage donc souvent les joueurs de volleyball ne font pas attentions à ceux qui sont sur des chaises longues. Le restaurant n’est pas super et cher pour ce qu’il offre au souper. Le bar extérieur n’est jamais ouvert . Manque de musique extérieur .
