El hospedaje es ameno y tranquilo,el personal es atento y amable en todo momento,y pendientes de tu llegada siempre.

Tien buena relación precio calidad, si buscas un lugar no muy caro y cómodo es buena opción, lo único es que no tiene estacionamiento en el lugar y el que tienen es a una calles y cuesta 100 pesos más

Buena ubicación, habitaciones deterioradas.
Pros:

Definitivamente la ubicación es muy buena, el área de alberca agradable y el personal muy amable, el elevador funcional para los pisos superiores y el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones excelente.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, los muebles muy viejos y desgastados, las camas muuuuy duras e incómodas, los focos no servían, los muros de la construcción agrietados, el baño (dónde está la taza) muy pequeño.

Nada, cancelaron arbitrariamente, los estuve buscando por todos lados el día del sismo para corroborar que pudieran recibirnos, nadie contestó más que una señorita de recepción que afirmó que estaban trabajando con normalidad, el día de mi reservación me llamaron una hora antes para confirmar que sí acudiría y aún así 5 minutos antes de llegar al hotel me llaman para decir que no me pueden recibir argumentando qué era por daños del sismo, obligándome a cancelar porque según ellos no tendría costo, siguen sin darme respuesta a mi cancelación en la app para que no me cobren y a buscar un hotel de última hora en temporada alta arriesgando mi seguridad y la de mi familia, al pasar varios días por el hotel nos dimos cuenta que siguieron operando con normalidad y mi habitación la ofertaban aún pero a un precio exagerado.
