Dirty rooms but nice staff.

Cons:

Apparently there was a stabbing on the floor below us the first night here, I had 3 young kids here that was scary. It was in the middle of the night, but still scary for me because I stay up during the night. I kept hearing this was a bad area but overall it was pretty quiet and mostly families here. The pool is supposed to be heated but it wasn’t extremely cold cold and the pool room itself was freezing. I just wanted to leave my experience. I would say overall a good stay.

Overall is a great experience
Pros:

Most of the staffs are nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is ok but breakfast area is pretty small. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center.

I love this hotel and will definitely stay again!
Pros:

I love that we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite due to the rooms size we booked was sold out. They did not charge us extra as this booking was already paid for and not my fault. I also love they provide free coffee all day long and a FREE laundry mat.

Cons:

The room needed some upkeep. One of the bedroom TVs had lines in it as if someone before us had hit the TV. When we were sleeping the ac vent fell from.the ceiling almost smashing my computer but luckily didnt. The bathtub filled up when I took a shower and a couch cushion needed replaced. These are all small things that can easily be fixed. I did report the issues hoping they will be fixed before the next guest. The main thing for me is the size of the room that made me so happy that I was willing to overlook the small things.

If everything was in good working order it would be a good deal. It wasn't

Good rooms, good location,

Cons:

The heater in the pool was out, so the water was extremely cold for the kids. I'd compare it to a natural spring temperature for the water. There is in house laundry available for free, but half the washers and dryers were broken. The cleaning staff made me question the check out time because it was 930 in the morning and they're asking if why we weren't checked out yet, that were we checking out today. Check out time is 12. The included breakfast is plentiful, but not very good overall. The waffle maker was king, they did have fresh fruit available. the rest was meh at best. Cleaning staff refused to give fresh towels or trash bags and did not service the room once in the 5 days. Had to ask front desk.
