Worst Hotel ever!!!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a trip, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

First, the room was extremely cold. The heating was clearly insufficient, and I had to sleep wearing my jacket just to stay warm. That alone made the stay very uncomfortable.

Second, I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checkout. No one contacted me about them. After a few days, I called the hotel myself. They confirmed they had found them and promised to send them to me via PostNord. However, when I received the package, it was empty. The package was properly sealed and glued, so I cannot blame PostNord for this.

One star is too much for rating my experience.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing, both in terms of comfort and handling of lost property. I would not recommend staying here.
